Plan – Northern Lights”, entre todos los participantes en la promoción que cumplan los requisitos
establecidos en las presentes Bases.
2. Premios
La presente promoción consta de varios premios ganados al instante (instant win):
- Tres noches para dos en el hotel Tree Hotel, en Harads, Suecia (fechas a elegir durante el mes de
enero de 2014)
- Dos maletas de marca Samsonite modelo: Cubelite Spinner 68/25 Graphite, Cubelite Spinner 68/25
Champagne, de un valor de 419 € por maleta.
- 100 cupones para descuentos de 10% en Splendia
3. Condiciones de participación
Podrán participar en esta promoción las personas mayores de edad, que residan en cualquier territorio
menos Italia.
4. Mecánica de la promoción
Cada participante deberá entrar en la web https://www.facebook.com/splendia, registrarse en el concurso
rellenando con sus datos el formulario de inscripción habilitado al efecto y podrán saber inmediatamente
si han ganado.
5. Periodo promocional
Esta promoción tendrá lugar durante el período comprendido entre el día 14 de octubre del año 2013
(incluido), hasta el día 28 de octubre de 2013 a las 00h00 (GMT+2). A partir de esta fecha la promoción se
dará por concluida, por lo que toda petición de participación que se reciba con posterioridad a la fecha
señalada será excluida del derecho de participación.
6 Ganancia al instante
Los premios se otorgarán al azar y los ganadores serán informados al instante gracias a la tecnología de
Instant Win de la aplicación de concursos Kontest.
7. Notificación
Los ganadores serán informados al instante gracias a la tecnología de Instant Win de la aplicación de
concursos Kontest. Ademas, Splendia Operations S.L, contactará con el ganador del viaje a Suecia por
email confirmándole el premio otorgado. SPLENDIA y SAMSONITE no tienen ninguna obligación de
notificar a el ganador por ningún otro medio además de por email. Si la notificación es enviada a una
dirección de correo que no es correcta, este ganador será descalificado.
Si la persona notificada no responde en 7 días, ésta será descalificada y SPLENDIA y SAMSONITE
estarán autorizados a otorgar el premio a un sustituto.
8. Caducidad del premio y periodos excluidos para su disfrute.
El ganador del viaje en Suecia podrá disfrutar del premio con una estancia durante el mes de enero de
2014
El conjunto de maletas Samsonite será enviado al ganador tan pronto como el responda a la notificación
de correo electrónico.
Los cupones para descuentos en Splendia serán validos hasta el 31 de Marzo de 2014.

10. Aceptación de las bases
Estas Bases se entienden aceptadas por los participantes por el hecho de inscribirse en el Concurso.

momento, e incluso de anularlo o dejarlo sin efecto. En todo caso, se compromete a comunicar las bases
modificadas a través de la página Facebook http://www.facebook.com/splendia de forma que todos los
participantes tengan acceso a dicha información.

Las señas de los ganadores podrán emplearse con fines publicitarios y/o promociónales.

desarrollo. Los nombres, logotipos, iconos y cualquier elemento que se identifican con SPLENDIA, y los
que se identifican con SAMSONITE son propiedad y marcas de las mismas.

De conformidad con lo establecido en la Ley Orgánica 15/1999, de Protección de Datos de Carácter
Personal (LOPD), el participante consiente que sus datos personales facilitados para la participación en el
concurso “The Splendia Escape Plan – Northern Lights” sean incorporados a un fichero titularidad de
SPLENDIA y de SAMSONITE para tramitar la participación del concursante y para comunicarle el premio
en caso de que resultase ganador, así como para remitirle comunicaciones publicitarias o promocionales
por cualquier medio de los productos y servicios de ambas compañías. Si desea consultar, rectificar o
cancelar sus datos, u oponerse a recibir ofertas publicitarias de cualquiera de las dos empresas, le

14.-Prohibición de la participación
Los contratistas, agentes así como empleados y sus familiares directos de SPLENDIA y de SAMSONITE,
están excluidos del derecho de participación.
15. Modificación del sorteo
SPLENDIA y SAMSONITE, se reservan el derecho de modificar o prolongar el concurso si las
circunstancias lo exigen, previas las oportunas autorizaciones y comunicaciones administrativas que
correspondan.
SPLENDIA y SAMSONITE se reservan el derecho de sustituir los premios por otros de igual valor o
superior.

1. SPLENDIA OPERATIONS S.L., a company incorporated under the laws of the Kingdom of Spain,
whose registered office is situated at Rambla de Catalunya 2-4, 4th floor, Barcelona 08007, Spain, with
Tax Identification Number (C.I.F.) B64222516, and SAMSONITE EUROPE whose registered office is
situated at Westerring 17, 9700 Oudenaarde BE.0400.245.655 have organized a competition, “The
Splendia Escape Plan – Sweden”, between participants fulfilling the requirements established in the
Official Rules.
2. Prizes
The competition prizes are won instantly (instant win), and include:
- 3 nights for two people at the Tree Hotel, in Harads, Sweden
- 2 Samsonite suitcases (model Cubelite Spinner 68/25 Graphite, Cubelite Spinner 68/25 Champagne,
with a value of €419 per suitcase
- 100 vouchers for discounts of 10% on bookings made with Splendia
3. Conditions for Participation
The competition is open only to natural persons aged 18, residing in all territories except Italy.
4. General Terms of Play
Participants must enter via the website https://www.facebook.com/splendia and register for the competition
by completing the application form with their personal data. In order to take part in the competition,
participants must complete all compulsory fields on the application form and provide accurate information.
They will find out immediately if they have won.
5. Promotion Period
The competition will run from October 14th, 2013 until October 28th, 2013 at 00h00 (GMT+2). All entries
must be received by SPLENDIA and SAMSONITE during this time. Entries generated later will not be
taken into account.
6. Instant Win
The prizes will be awarded at random and the winner will be notified immediately with Kontest application’s
Instant Win technology.
7. Notifying the Winners
The winners will be notified immediately with Kontest application’s Instant Win technology. SPLENDIA and
SAMSONITE will also contact the winner of the first prize - the hotel stay in Sweden - by email to confirm
the prize. SPLENDIA is not obligated to notify the winner by any other means than email. If an incorrect
email address has been provided, the winner will be disqualified.
If the notified winner does not answer within the following seven days, they will be disqualified and
SPLENDIA and SAMSONITE will remain authorized to award the prize to a substitute.
8. Validity of the Prizes
The winner of the hotel stay in Sweden will enjoy his prize during the month of January 2014.
The set of Samsonite suitcases will be sent to him as soon as he answers the email notification.
The Splendia discount vouchers will be valid until March 31st 2014.

10. Rules Acceptance
These rules are automatically accepted by participants upon registration for the competition.
SPLENDIA and SAMSONITE reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition at
their discretion. In which case, they will communicate the modified rules via the Splendia Facebook page
http://www.facebook.com/splendia so that all participants are able to access the information.
11. Authorisation of Winners
The winners (or substitute winners) authorise SPLENDIA and SAMSONITE to use their personal
information for advertising or promotional ends.

protection (LOPD), as well as development regulations. The names, logos, icons and any element that is
