La campagne se déroule du 1 décembre 2021 au 20 mars 2022
Il y a deux tirages au sort pour cette campagne. Les gagnants seront annoncés le 31 janvier 2022 et le 31 mars 2022.
Tu as une chance de gagner chaque tirage.
Au moment du tirage au sort, tu dois être inscrit à la newsletter (sinon nous ne pourrons pas t'envoyer un e-mail pour confirmer ton gain).
En t'inscrivant à la promotion, tu t'inscris également à la newsletter, afin que nous puissions te faire savoir si tu as gagné ou non et tu seras la première à être informée de nos super réductions et promotions.
1. Scope
1.1. These general terms are applicable to the by SkiWebShop, Laagsteen 28, 4815PH Breda (hereafter: "Provider") organized promotion (hereafter: "Promotion") for the promotion of SkiWebShop
1.2. To be eligible to enter the promotion the Contestants must be a real person, at least 18 years old and eligible to place an order onto the following websites: skiwebshop.com or any other of her domains. The contestant should be registered for our newsletter at the moment the prize is drawn (herafter: "Contestant").
1.3. The promotion will be held until the promotion is communicated.
1.4. The promotions has got two draws. The winners will be drawn at the most on 31-01-2022 and on 31-03-2022.
1.5. The promoter reserves the right to terminate, interrupt or modify the promotional campaign, at its own discretion and without any prior notification, and/or to change the Terms and Conditions governing Promotional Campaigns and/or the prizes, if circumstances arise rendering this necessary, without being obliged in any way to indemnify Contestants
1.6. The Terms and Conditions have been translated from Dutch to English as a courtesy. In the event of differences of interpretation, the Dutch version shall prevail and shall be binding between the Parties.
2 Participation
2.1. To enter the promotion you have to leave your email address in the correct form
2.2. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
2.3 Participation is free of charge.
2.4. If the contestant does not meet the eligibility requirements or is subject to any entry restrictions, that Contestant shall not be entitled to be adjudged a winner, and will not be entitled to a prize in any circumstances.
3. Winners and prices
3.1. If Participants meet the conditions of the Game Conditions, they have a chance to win a pair of skis which are communicated by SkiWebShop.
3.2. The prizewinner will be drawn by random selection from all Participants within a few days after the end of the promotion. / The raffle will take place within a few days after the end of the promotion.
3.3. The draw will take place within a few days after the end of the Promotion. If for any reason the prize cannot be awarded to a prize winner, the Provider reserves the right to draw a new prize winner.
3.4. The price is personal. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or payable in cash or for other products or services. In case of refusal or non-acceptance of the prize or the conditions attached to the Promotion, the prize will not be paid. In that case, the Provider is entitled to select another winner.
4. Personal data
4.1. The provision of personal data is necessary in order to participate in the Promotion. Personal data will be processed for the realisation of the Campaign and everything related to the Campaign
4.2. Personal data of participants can be used internally to automatically sign up for the SkiWebShop newsletter.
4.3. By participating in the Promotion, the Participants grant SkiWebShop permission to use their names, as well as any photos/videos of the Promotion, for promotional purposes relating to the Promotion and to publish them, inter alia, on the Website, on the social media pages and on SkiWebShop's newsletter.
4.4. The (personal) data provided by the participants will be included in a file of SkiWebShop. The (personal) data will be used by SkiWebShop for the implementation of the Promotion, including the drawing of the prize, sending its own commercial offers
4.5. By participating in the Promotion, the participant acknowledges to have been informed about the collection of certain data and the use that can be made of them as set out in the privacy policy.
5. Liability
5.1. By entering you agree to release and hold harmless SkiWebShop and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such contestant’s participation in the promotion and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.
5.2. If, despite the stipulations in paragraph 5.1, the Provider’s liability for damages suffered by a Contestant must be accepted the Provider’s obligation to reimburse the damages in question remains limited to the amount the Provider’s insurance company will pay in respect of the claim.
5.3. Provider is not liable for damages caused for example the loss or the misplacement of contestant’s information.
6. Disputes
6.1. This promotion is governed by the laws of The Netherlands, excluding the Vienna Trade Treaty. As a condition of participating in this Promotion, Contestant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, shall be resolved individually, exclusively before a court located in The Netherlands having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will Contestant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than Contestant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Giveway), and Contestant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
6.2. This Promotion is organized in accordance with the Code of Conduct for promotional games of chance
6.3. There will be no further communication regarding the results of the contest. If the Terms and Conditions do not provide the answer, the Provider makes the decision.
6.4. As mentioned in paragraph 1.5 the Terms and Conditions have been translated from Dutch to English as a courtesy. In the event of differences of interpretation, the Dutch version shall prevail and shall be binding between the Parties.
