COMPETITION RULES OF ENTRY
By taking part in the sweepstake, every participant agrees to our Terms & Conditions as well as to our Data Privacy rules. The sign up is open to all persons aged 18 or over and is running from Saturday, 26th of March 2022 12.00 CET – Monday, 4th of April 2022 23:59 CET (see phase of participation above). The winner will be contacted directly. As soon as they have the confirmation of a win, they must confirm their email address and answer to our email with details and shipping information within 14 days.
Only direct participation in person is possible, not through competition clubs, automated services or other service providers. Also excluded are such persons who use prohibited resources or who otherwise gain an advantage through manipulation.
Völkl Dalbello Marker (International) GmbH reserves the right to terminate or interrupt the competition without notice if there is good reason to do so. In particular, the competition may be terminated if for technical or legal reasons it is no longer possible to ensure that it can be run properly. Völkl Dalbello Marker (International) GmbH may exclude individuals from the competition if there are legitimate reasons to do so, such as contravention of the rules of entry or (attempted) manipulation. In such cases we reserve the right to take legal action. If there are grounds for exclusion any winnings may be retrospectively withdrawn or recovered. Claims against Völkl Dalbello Marker (International) GmbH by any participant excluded for a legitimate reason are invalid.
In the event that any provision of these rules of entry is or shall become invalid, the remainder of the rules of entry shall remain in full force and effect.
No cash alternative is offered. No more than one prize per entrant (named individual). The organizers’ decision is final.
The competition is not connected in any way with Facebook or Instagram and is not sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook or Instagram. The sole point of contact and responsible party is Völkl Dalbello Marker (International) GmbH as the organizer.
Storage of data: For the duration of the competition it is necessary for us – Völkl Dalbello Marker (International) GmbH and the appointed service provider – to store your personal data (name) and, in the case of winners, also the address. This is exclusively in order to select the winners and deliver the prizes. The data will not be passed to any third party or used for any other purpose. Your data will be deleted at the end of the competition. If you would like your data to be deleted immediately please notify us by email at marketing@mdvsports.com We will then delete your data without delay but for technical reasons your participation in the competition will also end.
