RULES OF THE GAME
«Dakar Fantasy by Aramco»
Article 1- Organisation
1.1. Amaury Sport Organisation, having its registered office at Bâtiment Quai Ouest40-42 Quai du
Point du Jour, CS 90302 92650 Boulogne-Billancourt cedex, France, registered in the
NANTERRE French company registrar under number 383 160 348 RCS NANTERRE
(hereinafter referred to as the “ASO”), organizes the Dakar and as such, owns the exclusive
exploitation rights related to this competition.
On the occasion of the edition 2025 of le Dakar, to be held from 3rd January to 17th January 2025,
ASO is organising a contest that is free to enter, with no purchase necessary, called “Dakar Fantasy
by Aramco” (the « “Contest” and/or the “Game” »).
1.2. The Contest shall be open to enter from 2pm (UTC +1) on December 23th, 2024 until the end
of the last Dakar stage at 11pm (UTC+1) on 17th January 2025 (date and time shown in France, as
recorded by the ASO computing system), on a website that is accessible via the following address:
https://racetowinbyaramco.dakar.com
In the event that the Dakar 2025 is postponed for any reason; the duration of the Contest shall be
extended until the end of the last stage.
No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest. However, in order to enter the Contest Participants,
as defined herein, must have an Internet connection, access to a smartphone and/or computer
connected to the Internet, and a valid and active email address.
Article 2- Terms and conditions for participation
2.1. Participants
2.1.1. The Contest is open to any person (i) aged 18 years or older, (ii) of any nationality (hereinafter
individually and collectively referred to as the “Participant(s)”), except for those individuals who
directly or indirectly participated in the preparation of the Contest, ASO employees and their
immediate families.
2.1.2. Participation in the Contest is personal and non-transferable. A Participant cannot, under any
circumstances, enter using several accounts, in particular under several pseudonyms or on behalf of
other Participants, or under a false identity with false contact information, or use the identity and
contact information of a third party by any means whatsoever.

2.2. Acceptance of the regulations
2.2.1. By participating in the Contest, Participants agree to these terms and conditions (hereinafter
referred to as the “Rules”) in their entirety, as well as to the Dakar website Terms of Use] Internet
rules of conduct (Netiquette) and the laws and regulations applicable to competitions and contests.
2.2.2. Failure to abide by these Rules or any actions that appear to be in violation of French law
and/or the Internet rules of conduct may result in the cancellation of the Participant’s entry in the
Contest and a barring from future participation in the Contest.
Article 3- Principles of the Game/How to play
3.1. Principles of the Game
3.1.1. The Contest is a virtual game in which the Participant is required to choose real crews / drivers
from each stage of the real 2025 Dakar, in order to create a team. In total, there are 12 stages in the
event.
3.1.2. At each stage, depending on the real results obtained by the crews / drivers chosen by the
Participant at that stage, the Participant will be assigned a greater or lesser number of points. The
exact details of the calculation can be seen in the “Rules of the Game” section on
https://racetowinbyaramco.dakar.com.
3.1.3. The Participant will have the opportunity to create his/her own personal league on the
website https://racetowinbyaramco.dakar.com which will enable them to compare with their
performance in the Contest against other Participants.
3.1.4. On each stage, the Participant will have the opportunity to answer a bonus question that will
earn him or her a maximum of 100 bonus points.
3.2. Terms and conditions of entry
3.2.1. In order to enter the Contest, each Participant must:
• Go to the website https://racetowinbyaramco.dakar.com
• Fill out the Contest registration form by providing his/her surname, first name, email
address, date of birth
• Choose a username
• To be able to enter the Contest, each Participant must read and agree to the Contest Rules,
available at https://racetowinbyaramco.dakar.com
• Fill out the opt-ins specified in the entry form

3.2.2. Only one entry will be accepted per Participant (same surname, first name and email address).
Any attempt, by one individual, to enter the Contest multiple times will lead to the cancellation of
all entries made by the Participant concerned.
3.2.3. Failure to abide by the terms and conditions for entry as set forth in the present Article 3, and
more generally these Rules, will result in the Participant’s disqualification from the Contest.
3.2.4. The Rules may be sent to any person, free of charge, who requests them from ASO in writing
at the following address: ASO – Direction Medias- Jeu “#Fantasy Dakar 2025” – Bâtiment Quai
Ouest, 40-42 Quai du Point du Jour, CS 90302 92650 Boulogne-Billancourt cedex, France, for free
(stamps being reimbursed trough simple request).
Participants shall not receive any reimbursement for expenses incurred for Internet access.
Article 4 - Rules of the Game
4.1. Putting the team together / Status of the crews/drivers on the team
4.1.1. Putting the team together
4.1.1.1. When a Participant starts the game, he/she needs to use his/her virtual budget of 70 stars to
choose a team of crews / drivers who taking part in the 2025 Dakar. The Participant’s team is to be
made up of a maximum of six (6) crews / drivers.
4.1.1.2. Participant won’t be eligible to win any points if he/she selects six (6) crews / drivers or less
in his/her team for the stage.
4.1.2. Status of the crews / drivers on the team
4.1.2.1. The Participant should assign a status level to each crew / driver within his/her team, before
beginning the next stage:
• 1 (one) Aramco Stage Winner Bonus
• 5 (five) Crews / drivers
4.1.2.2. The status chosen will have an influence on the number of points the Participant is able to
get in the game, and that will be based on the conditions explained in section 4.3 below.
4.1.2.3. The default is that the status levels a Participant gives to the crews / drivers in his/her team
in the previous stage and qualifying for the next stage will automatically be transferred to the next
stage.
4.1.2.4. The Participant can change the status of a crew / driver within his/her team, as long as the
next stage hasn’t yet started.
4.1.2.5. For each stage, the Participant won’t be able to select in his/her team more than:
• 1 driver from the « Rally GP » category
• 1 driver from the « Rally » category

• 1 crew from the « Ultimate » category
• 1 crew from the « Challenger » category
• 1 crew from the « SSV » category
• 1 crew from the « Camion » category
4.2. Changes made during the event
4.2.1. All of the Participants registered will have the possibility to make 2 (two) changes (in
aggregated during the entire Contest) by replacing 1 (one) of the crews / drivers within their own
team by 1 (one) additional crew / driver who is not yet a member of their team.
In addition, Participants will have the opportunity to obtain up to 1 (one) additional change each
time he/she sponsors a new participant in the Contest (up to 5 new sponsored participants).
4.3. Points to play for
4.3.1. The points awarded to the Participant’s chosen crews / drivers in each stage of the 2025 Dakar
are detailed in the game rules available on the https://racetowinbyaramco.dakar.com website.
4.3.2. Prior to each stage, Participants will be able to choose 1 (one) Aramco Stage Winner Bonus
for whom the points won during this stage will be doubled.
The points won by the other crews / drivers within the Participant’s team will not be increased.
4.3.3. In addition, a bonus question on the “Dakar: Race to Win" Aramco sponsor will be proposed
at each stage. A total of 100 points will be awarded for each bonus question. This question can take
the form of a slider, a multiple-choice question or a podium to complete.
The score of the Participant will be rounded up to the next unit if it contains a decimal number
higher or equal to 5. On the other hand, it will be rounded down if it is lower than 5.
4.3.4 For the 2
nd stage of the Dakar, which takes place over 2 days on January 5th and 6th, 2025, the
points indicated above in 4.3.1.1. will be doubled (example: 1st place: 400 points instead of 200
points on a classic stage).
4.3.5 In addition, Participants wishing to be awarded with bonus points, can consent, by ticking one
or both of the following boxes:
• “I agree to receive information and offers related to the Dakar” – 30 points
• “I agree to receive information and offers related to Aramco” – 30 points
4.3.6. In the event a crew / driver quits during a particular stage of the 2025 Dakar
If a crew / driver who belongs to the Participant’s team quits during a particular stage of the 2025
Dakar, the points that he/she would have won for the ranking position the crew/driver was in at the
moment that such crew/driver quit will be assigned to the Participant (see point threshold in section

4.3.1.1. – e.g. if they were ranked 3rd at the moment that they quit, the Participant would be awarded
120 points).
If a crew / driver who belongs to the Participant’s team quits during a particular stage of the 2025
Dakar, the Participant will have to use one of his available changes in order to replace him with
another crew / driver with effect from the start of the following stage. The Participant will only be
able to use the same number of virtual stars or less as what he used to acquire the crew / driver who
quits to replace him.
4.3.7. In the event a crew / driver is disqualified during the 2025 Dakar
If a crew / driver who belongs to the Participant’s team is disqualified during the 2025 Dakar, the
points that he/she has won for the ranking position the crew/driver was in at the moment that such
crew/driver is disqualified will not be assigned to the Participant.
If a crew / driver who belongs to the Participant’s team is disqualified during the 2025 Dakar, the
Participant will have to use one of his available changes in order to replace him with another crew /
driver with effect from the start of the following stage. The Participant will only be able to use the
same number of virtual stars or less as what he/she used to acquire the crew / driver who quits to
replace him/her.
4.4. Values for the crews / drivers
In order to determine the virtual value of the crews / drivers - measured in virtual stars - the
following criteria are used:
- 2024 World Rally-Raid Championship ranking
- 2023 World Rally-Raid Championship ranking
- Stages won during the 2024 Dakar
- Stages won during the 2023 Dakar
- General ranking during the 2024 Dakar
- General ranking during the 2023 Dakar
Article 5- Prizes
5.1. Prizes will be awarded according to the ranking of Participants in the general league for the
Contest. There will be thirty-two (32) prizes (hereinafter referred to as the “Prize(s)”) awarded over
the duration of the Contest, as per the Winner (as defined herein)s’ general ranking stated in article
6 hereafter. These prizes are as follows:
Overall ranking:
➢ Prize 1: 1st position:
1x VIP experience for the winner of the league and the guest of his/her choice (two
people in total) on the Dakar 2025 (all-inclusive in the limit of USD2000 (two

thousand US Dollars) per person (USD4000 (four thousand US Dollars in total) of
travel expenses)
➢ Prize 2: 2nd to 10
th position:
1x Dakar Goodie (valued at 1000€ (one thousand euros)) in total
Ranking by stage:
➢ Prize 1: 1st position
1x 25 % discount on the Dakar official shop
5.2. In parallel with the above-mentioned general league, Aramco will offer a closed VIP league
accessible through a password and only available to Aramco’s employees, which will reward the
Winners of this league in the same way as the list indicated in 5.1.
Article 6 Determination of the Winners/Information about the Winners
6.1. Determination of the winners (hereinafter referred to as the “Winner(s)”)
6.1.1 Determination of the Winners in the Overall ranking (at the end of the Dakar)
The Participants who will be considered the Winners of the Overall ranking (at the end of the
Dakar) are the 10 (ten) Participants who will have earned the greatest number of points during the
entirety of the Contest. A ranking in descending order will be established at the end of the 12th
stage of the 2025 Dakar.
If there is a tie between two Participants, it will be broken in the following manner, in order of
priority:
1. The Participant who will have obtained the greatest number of points during a single stage,
2. The Participant who will have gotten the greatest number of points in a single stage with a
crew / driver he/she chose as Aramco Stage Winner Bonus,
3. The Participant who will have gotten the greatest number of points in the 12th and final
stage of the 2025 Dakar.
If these 3 points still do not break the tie, a draw will be made to determine which Participant wins.
The draw will be done electronically, and, by design, it will be random.
6.1.2 Determination of the Winners in the ranking by stage
The Participants who will be considered as the Winner of the stage ranking are the 12 (twelve)
Participants in total who will have earned the greatest number of points for each stage.

If there is a tie between two Participants (or more), it will be broken in the following manner, in
order of priority:
1. The Participant with the best overall position at the end of the stage concerned.
2. The Participant who will have gotten the greatest number of points for the Aramco Stage
Winner Bonus for the stage
3. The Participant who will have gotten the greatest number of points with the Aramco Bonus
Question
If these 3 points still do not break the tie, a draw will be made to determine which Participant wins.
The draw will be done electronically, and, by design, it will be random.
6.2 Informing the Winners
6.2.1. ASO shall inform the Winners individually of the rankings and any potential draw by email
on January 24th at 10.00 am GMT+1, sent to the email address given upon entry, as set forth in
article 3 above.
Only the contest Winners shall be informed of the results. No emails, even in reply, will be sent to
Participants who are not named as Winners.
6.2.2. Each Winner must accept his/her Prize within one (1) week following receipt at his/her email
address of the confirmation email mentioned in article 6.2.1. (connection date and time shown in
France, as recorded by the computing system). The Winners must provide their postal address in
their reply.
If a Winner fails to accept his/her Prize within the deadline set forth in this article, said Winner
shall be deemed as having refused his/her Prize and ASO shall be free to dispose of said Prize as it
sees fit and shall not be held liable in this respect.
6.2.3. In the event that one or several Winner(s) fails to accept their Prize(s) or has/have failed to
adhere to the conditions set forth in these Rules, the Prize(s) shall be considered undelivered and
shall once again become the property of ASO. ASO shall not be held liable in any way whatsoever
in this respect.
In the event that the details provided by a Winner in the entry form mentioned in article 3.2.1 are
unusable (incomplete details, incorrect or non-existent email address, etc.), the Winner concerned
will be deemed to have failed to accept their Prize. The Prize will therefore be deemed as lost and
ASO will be free to dispose of said Prize as it sees fit, and shall not be held liable in any way in this
respect.
6.2.4. By entering the Contest each Participant gives ASO permission to publish their country of
residence if they are a Winner.
Article 7- Distribution and enjoyment of the Prize(s)

7.1. ASO shall not be held responsible if the Winner(s) is/are unable to enjoy their Prize(s) for
reasons beyond ASO’s control.
7.2. The Winners must be up to date with and will themselves be responsible for ensuring they have
satisfied the necessary formalities required in order for them to take possession of their Prize (such
as a valid passport and/or visa) and any costs associated with obtaining these formalities. The
Winners declare that they have all of the necessary physical and legal capacities to receive and enjoy
the Prize. ASO shall not be held liable in this respect.
7.3. The Prize(s) awarded shall not give rise to any disputes and/or claims of any kind from the
Winners. The Prizes cannot, under any circumstances, be exchanged for cash or for other prizes.
7.4. If required by circumstances, ASO reserves the right to replace the Prizes announced by other
prizes of equivalent value. ASO shall not be held liable in this respect.
7.5. ASO shall under no circumstances be held liable for any incidents and/or accidents of any nature
whatsoever, nor for their consequences, which may occur during the use of the Prize(s) by the
Winner(s)/Winner(s) or by third parties.
Article 8 - Liability
8.1. ASO’s liability is strictly limited to the delivery of the Prize(s) actually and validly won in
accordance with the provisions of these Rules, subject to each Participant abiding by the provisions
of these Rules, except in the event that said delivery is rendered impossible due to reasons beyond
the ASO’s control.
8.2. ASO cannot be held liable in any way if force majeure or events beyond its control make it
impossible to run the Contest normally and/or deliver the Prizes, and/or for the Winners to enjoy
their Prizes, or if the circumstances are such that ASO must shorten, postpone or cancel the Contest
or change its terms and conditions.
8.3. ASO shall not be held liable in any way in the event of the following:
✓ an anomaly, malfunction or bug affecting the Internet or Intranet preventing the
smooth running of the Contest;
✓ technical failure of the Participant’s reception equipment preventing the smooth
running of the Contest;
✓ technical failure or accidental disconnection by the Participant’s telephone company or
Internet service provider of the lines of communication, preventing the smooth running
of the Contest;
✓ service-provider, software or equipment problems and malfunctions;
✓ technical failure of the website https://racetowinbyaramco.dakar.com allowing
participation in the Contest;
✓ human error or electrical issues preventing the smooth running of the Contest;
✓ any disturbance that might affect the smooth running of the Contest;
✓ a force majeure event as defined by French Supreme Court case law.

8.4. Each Participant is entirely responsible for his/her connection via the websites
https://racetowinbyaramco.dakar.com
ASO shall not be liable in any way in the event that it is impossible to access or there is an
interruption in access to the website https://racetowinbyaramco.dakar.com for technical reasons,
updating or maintenance. ASO shall not be liable in any way for such interruptions or the
consequences thereof.
8.5. Participation in the Contest via the Internet implies knowledge and acceptance of the
characteristics and limits of the Internet, particularly as regards technical performance and response
time for consulting, requesting or transferring information. ASO shall not be held liable in any way
for the lack of protection of certain data against possible theft or the risk of viruses.
ASO shall not be held liable in the event of an Internet malfunction, particularly resulting from
external malicious acts preventing the smooth running of the Contest.
8.6. ASO shall not be held responsible if, for reasons beyond ASO’s control:
➢ the Prize(s) are not delivered (e.g. a Winner fails to accept the Prize within the allotted
time set forth in article 5.2, a Winner and/or the person accompanying them is late or does
not show up, the electronic mail is not received for whatever reason, the Prize(s) is/are not
received by post at the address provided for whatever reason, an incorrect address is given
by the Winner, the Prize is stolen or lost in transit, etc.);
➢ the Prize(s) are found to be damaged or destroyed upon delivery to the Winner(s);
➢ subsequently to their delivery, the Prize(s) are lost or damaged for whatever reason.
In any event, no compensation will be offered to the Winner if they are unable to enjoy their Prize
for reasons beyond the ASO’s control.
If, for reasons independent of ASO, the Prize(s) cannot be delivered to the Winner(s), the latter will
lose their rights over said Prize(s).
8.7. ASO shall not be liable in any way for any incidents and/or accidents that might happen during
the enjoyment of the Prizes by the Winners or by the persons accompanying them.
8.8. ASO reserves the right to halt or discontinue the Contest in the event of fraud or attempted
fraud.
Article 9 - Personal data
9.1.Within the scope of the Contest, ASO is the Data Controller of the personal data
communicated by the Participants which are kept for a period of three (3) years, before
being deleted.

9.2.When organising the Contest, ASO uses a data processor, Feeling Sports (the “Data
Processor”), which offers all the guarantees regarding the implementation of technical and
organisational measures to ensure that the processing meets the requirements of the French
Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of 6th
January 1978 as amended by the French Data
Protection Act No. 2018-493 of 20th
of June 2018, as well as the EU Regulation No. 2016/679
on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the
free movement of such data (GDPR).
9.3.Personal data described in this section may include the following data: surname, first name,
email address, postal code, postal address, nickname, time zone and password (hereinafter
the "Data"). This data is communicated by the Participant when creating an account on the
Site.
9.4.ASO informs the Participant that the Data collected as part of his/her registration and
participation in the Contest will be used for the following purposes:
• For the performance of the contract with the Participant; to ensure the registration
and smooth running of the Contest as well as the sending of the Prizes to the
Winners,
• To inform the Participants, only to the extent of their freely given Consent, by
"ticking" the corresponding box:
o offers and information relating to the Dakar,
o offers and information relating to the partner Aramco
o acceptance of the Game rules (mandatory). If the Participant does not accept
the Game rules, he/she has to relinquish the Contest immediately.
• For ASO’s legitimate interests : to produce anonymized statistics and studies relating
to ASO’s activity .
9.5.ASO undertakes to respect the confidentiality of personal data communicated by
Participants and to process them in compliance with the French Data Protection Act No.
78-17 of 6th of January 1978 as amended by the Act of 20th of June 2018 and the GDPR.
The Participant is responsible for the confidentiality of the password and of the identifier
he/she will choose when registering on the Site. The password must be composed of at
least 8 characters as follows:
• A lowercase
• A capital letter
• A number
The Participant undertakes to take all confidentiality and protection measures to ensure
access to his/her account, and not to disclose the password or identifier to third parties.
The mandatory nature of the data is indicated by an asterisk to the Participant when they
are collected. Data not preceded by an asterisk are considered optional. The data collected
during the Participant's registration allows the creation of his/her account.

At the time of registration and during the Contest, the Participant communicates his/her
Data to the Data Processor directly in the platform developed by the latter.
The Data Processor acts on behalf of and in accordance with ASO's instructions. Data
hosting is provided for subcontractors by Amazon Web Services, on servers located in
France.
ASO may securely transfer certain Data to third parties to ensure delivery of the batch, to
combat fraud and more generally any criminally reprehensible activity. ASO may also
disclose the Data in response to an injunction from legal or regulatory authorities if such
request respects the fundamental rights and liberties of the persons the Data is required
from.
9.6. In accordance with the regulations on the protection of personal data and in particular with
French Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of 6th
January 1978 on information technology, data
files and civil liberties as amended by the French Data Protection Act No. 2018-493 of 20th
of June 2018, and GDPR, the Participant has the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict
processing, object, and to data portability, in compliance with Articles 15 to 21 of the GDPR
to ASO in respect of data relating to his account. The Participant can also give directives to
the exercise of its post-mortem right.
Access rights: The Participant has the possibility to access his/her data by going directly to
his/her account.
Right of rectification: The Participant has the possibility to modify his/her data directly on
his/her account, if they are inaccurate or incomplete.
Right of erasure: The Participant can, by logging in, into his/her profile, delete his/her
account.
Right to restrict processing: The Participant may ask us to stop processing some of his/her
data.
Right of objection: The Participant has the right to object to the processing of his/her
personal data for reasons relating to its particular situation
Right to data portability: The Participant has the right to obtain communication of his/her
data in a format that is easily reusable.
Post-mortem right: The Participant also has the right to give instructions on the storage,
erasure and communication of his data after his/her death. These rights will be exercised by
his/her successors in title or by the person the Participant wishes to specifically designate
for the execution of his/her post-mortem rights.
The Participant may exercise his rights by sending his/her request to A.S.O’s DPO,
accompanied by the copy of a document proving his/her identity, to prevent any identity
fraud. A.S.O. securely deletes this document once verification has been made. The request

The Participant may also exercise his rights by post to the following address:

The Participant is informed that, in the event that he/she wishes to delete, restrict processing
or object to the processing the data concerning his/her account, the Participant will not be
allowed to continue participating in the Contest. The Organiser will not be able to
communicate usefully with him to provide him with all the information relating to the
Game and to provide him with the Services, which he acknowledges and consequently
releases the Organiser from any liability.
A document proving the identity of the person making the request will be required by
A.S.O. in order to verify that his/her identity has not been misused. ASO does not store any
document provided by the participant and commits to securely destroy it as soon as the
verification has been made.
ASO will respond to its request to exercise rights within the legal time limit of thirty (30)
days provided that this request is complete. Any request that does not provide all the
necessary information to process it within the legal deadline will interrupt this deadline and
extend it until all the necessary information is obtained.
If you think that we have not respected your rights, you can lodge a complaint before your
Data Protection Authority who will relay it to the Commission Nationale Informatique et
Libertés, which will act as a One-Stop- Shop.
9.7. The Participant also has the right to object to commercial prospecting.
If the Participant is contacted by e-mail prospecting, he/she can also modify his/her
preferences by connecting to his/her profile or by unsubscribing from newsletters by
clicking on a dedicated link in each newsletter.
Requests are processed within a maximum of 48 (forty-eight) business hours, except for
requests sent by post, which require a processing time of 15 (fifteen) days.

ARTICLE 10. - Cookies

ASO deposits only Technical cookies, which are essential to the proper functioning of the
application game and which ensure its security. None of these technical cookies are personal data.
They will disappear when the Participants closes the application game.
Article 11 - Legal formalities / Modifications to the rules and regulations
11.1. For the duration of the Contest, the Rules can also be read on the following web pages:

A copy of the Rules may be obtained, free of charge, by simple request sent in writing to the
following address: ASO – Direction Medias- Jeu “#Fantasy Dakar 2025” – Bâtiment Quai Ouest

11.2. ASO reserves the right to amend the present terms and conditions at any time. The user will
be advised of the changes at their next connection to the game. His/her consent will be requested
again.
Article 12- Verification of identity
The Participants hereby authorise any and all verifications of their identity and age. Any indication
of a false identity and/or age may result in the cancellation of an individual’s entry in the Contest
and, as the case may be, make it impossible for a Winner to enjoy his/her Prize, and this is expressly
acknowledged and accepted by each Participant.
Article 13- Fraud
13.1. Any entry containing fraudulent, false, incomplete or illegible information or entry from a
Participant whose details are found to be incorrect or who is found to have adopted a false identity
after verification, shall be considered void and shall result in the cancellation of said entry without
prejudice to any damages or compensation that might be claimed and/or any legal action that might
be undertaken by ASO.
Furthermore, the Participants concerned shall be unable to claim any of the Prizes.
13.2. Participants are formally prohibited from altering or attempting to alter the Contest in any
way whatsoever, in particular by modifying the results or any other factors that might decide the
outcome of the Contest and the selection of the Winners. Where necessary, the provisions shown
in article 13 will be applied.
13.3. It is strictly forbidden to use, reproduce, exploit, modify or distribute the name, image or
trademark of a team and/or its crews and/or drivers. Any breach may be prosecuted by the racing
teams.
13.4. ASO reserves the right to remove any content, comment or image published by a Participant
that violates or denigrates the name, image or brand of a racing team and/or its crews and/or drivers
or associates them with content, comments or images that are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist,
pornographic, or more generally prejudicial to personal dignity or public safety.

Article 14- Disputes / Applicable law
14.1. Any and all dispute that might arise pursuant to the performance of these Rules shall, insofar
as possible, be resolved amicably. In the event of ongoing disagreement as to the application or
meaning of these Rules, and failure to reach an amicable solution, any and all dispute in connection
with the Contest shall be brought before the competent courts having jurisdiction over the ASO’s
registered office, unless provided otherwise by public policy.
14.2. These Rules are governed by French law.
Article 15 – Miscellaneous
15.1. In the event of a contradiction between the provisions of these Rules and any and all message
and/or information whatsoever concerning the Contest, the provisions of these Rules shall prevail.
15.2. In the event that one or several of the provisions of these Rules turns out to be invalid or
inapplicable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. ASO shall replace the
invalid or inapplicable provision with a valid provision that has an equivalent impact to the original
provision.
15.3. Any dispute or claim shall be sent within a month of the Contest’s closing date, as stated in
article 1 of these Rules. After the above deadline, no claim/dispute shall be admissible.
15.4. In case of dispute, the French version will prevail over the English version. Any other versions
or translations of these Rules are available for information purposes only, for the perusal of nonFrench-speaking Participants, and have no legal standing.
