REGLEMENT «Concours Designerbox x Phaidon : book never
ends»
ARTICLE 1 : LA SOCIETE ORGANISATRICE
La Société DESIGNERBOX ICONIC PRODUCT COLLECTION au capital de 157 500 euros,
immatriculée au RCS de Paris sous le numéro B 79017119300036 et dont le siège social est situé 2
rue de la Lune 75002 PARIS agissant poursuites et diligences de ses représentants légaux, domiciliés
en cette qualité audit siège, organise dans le cadre d’une opération promotionnelle du 20 Avril, au 13
Mai, une série de 8 jeux gratuits et sans obligation d’achat intitulé :
«Concours Designerbox x Phaidon : book never ends»
Le planning de jeu sera le suivant :
- Premier concours le 21/04/16 à 7h au 23/04/16 à 23h.
- Puis du 24/04/2016 à 7h au 26/04/16 à 23h.
- Puis du 27/04/16 à 7h au 29/04/16 à 23h.
- Puis du 30/04/16 à 7h au 02/05/16 à 23h.
- Puis du 03/05/16 à 7h au 05/05/16 à 23h.
- Puis du 06/05/16 à 7h au 08/05/16 à 23h.
- Puis du 09/05/16 à 7h au 11/05/16 à 23h.
- Dernier concours du 12/05/16 au 14/05/16 à 23h.
ARTICLE 2 : CHAMPS D'APPLICATION
Ce jeu est ouvert à toute personne physique majeure résidant dans un pays de l’Union Européenne et
aux Etats-Unis, à l'exception du personnel de la société organisatrice et des membres des sociétés
partenaires de l'opération ainsi que de leurs familles.
Dans tous les cas, le participant devra posséder une adresse email valide.
La société organisatrice se réserve le droit de demander à tout participant de justifier de ces
conditions. Toute personne ne remplissant pas ces conditions ou refusant de les justifier sera exclue
du jeu et ne pourra, en cas de gain, bénéficier du lot.
S'il s'avère qu'un participant gagne une dotation en contravention avec le présent règlement ou par
des moyens frauduleux ou déloyaux, la dotation concernée ne lui serait pas attribuée et resterait la
propriété de la société organisatrice ou des sociétés partenaires éventuelles de l’opération, sans
préjudice des éventuelles poursuites susceptibles d'être intentées à l'encontre du participant par la
société organisatrice ou par des tiers.
Sera notamment considéré comme fraude le fait pour un participant de s’inscrire puis de participer au
jeu sous un ou des prête-noms fictifs ou empruntés à une ou plusieurs tierces personnes. Chaque
Participant devant s’inscrire et participer au jeu sous son propre et unique nom.

De même, la captation d’e-mails, l’inscription d’ami(e)s fictifs ou n’ayant aucun lien avec la personne
participant sont proscrites. La violation de ces règles entraînera l’élimination définitive du participant.
La participation au jeu implique l’entière acceptation du présent règlement.
ARTICLE 3 : MECANISME DU JEU
Pour jouer, se rendre sur http://dsgnrbox.com/bookneverends7
et suivre les instructions données et
compléter dûment le bulletin de participation.
Le participant est invité à compléter le formulaire de participation en indiquant notamment nom,
prénom et adresse email.
Une seule participation par personne (même nom, même adresse) sera retenue par jour et par jeu.
A la fin de chaque jeu, la plateforme Agorapulse (tirage électronique) désignera les deux gagnants
parmi les participants ayant dûment satisfait aux conditions du jeu.
Toute participation indiquant des coordonnées incomplètes, erronées ou falsifiées sera considérée
comme nulle. L'Organisateur se réserve le droit de vérifier les coordonnées des gagnants et leur
authenticité. Toute falsification entraîne l'élimination du participant et/ou du lauréat.
ARTICLE 4 : LOTS OFFERTS
Sont mis en jeu pour chaque jeu : un bookend à gagner par un premier gagnant et un livre à gagner
par un second gagnant.
Au total pour les 8 jeux : 8 bookends édités par designerbox et 8 livres édités par Phaidon.
Les livres mis en jeu seront dans l’ordre : Aalto, Carl Andre, Concrete, Peter Doig, Peter Fischli,
Katsura, Alex Katz et Minimalism.
Pour chaque jeu, le premier gagnant tiré au sort par Agorapulse gagnera le bookend designerbox et le
second le livre Phaidon.
Les gagnants recevront un e-mail les informant de leur gain et leur demandant de confirmer leur
participation et leurs coordonnées complètes. Sans réponse de leur part dans un délai de 15 jours à
compter de l’envoi de cet e-mail, ils perdraient le bénéfice de leur lot qui serait attribué à un nouveau
gagnant.
En aucun cas, il ne pourra être exigé de contrepartie financière en substitution du lot offert qui ne sera
ni repris ni échangé.
La Société Organisatrice pourra remplacer l’un (ou plusieurs) des lots annoncés par un autre (ou
d’autres) lots si des circonstances extérieures l’y contraignent.
La Société Organisatrice ne saurait être tenue pour responsable de l’utilisation, voire du négoce, des
lots fait par les gagnants.
ARTICLE 5 : CONTROLES ET RESERVES

La Société organisatrice se réserve notamment en cas de force majeur, le droit d'écourter, de
prolonger, de suspendre, de modifier ou d'annuler le jeu. Ces changements feront toutefois l'objet
d'une information préalable par tous les moyens appropriés.
La participation au jeu implique la connaissance et l’acceptation par les participants des
caractéristiques et des limites d’Internet, dès lors la société organisatrice ne pourra être tenue pour
responsable en cas de dysfonctionnement du réseau Internet empêchant l’accès et/ou le bon
déroulement du Jeu, notamment du fait d’actes de malveillance externes.
Plus particulièrement, la société organisatrice ne saurait être tenue responsable de tout dommage,
matériel ou immatériel, causé aux participants, à leurs équipements informatiques et aux données qui
y sont stockées et aux conséquences pouvant en découler sur leur activité personnelle,
professionnelle ou commerciale.
En outre, la société organisatrice ne pourrait être tenue pour responsable notamment si les données
relatives à l’inscription d’un participant ne lui parvenaient pas pour une raison quelconque (à titre
d’exemple, problème de connexion à Internet pour une quelconque raison chez l’utilisateur,
défaillance momentanée des serveurs de la société organisatrice pour une raison quelconque etc) ou
lui arriveraient illisibles ou impossibles à traiter (à titre d’exemple, si le participant possède un matériel
informatique ou un environnement logiciel inadéquat pour son inscription, etc.)
De même, la Société Organisatrice ne sera pas tenue responsable de tout incident ou
dysfonctionnement du réseau postal empêchant l’envoi et la bonne réception du lot.
La société organisatrice se réserve également le droit de procéder à tous les contrôles qu’elle
estimerait opportuns.
Ne seront pas prises en considération les participations qui ne seraient pas conformes aux
dispositions du présent règlement.
En cas de litige un justificatif d'identité peut être demandé.
La participation au jeu est strictement personnelle.
Le gagnant autorise par avance et sans contrepartie financière la Société Organisatrice à utiliser à
des fins promotionnelles ou publicitaires ses nom, prénom, adresse ou image, et à les diffuser sur tout
support qui lui semblera adéquat. Cette faculté ne saurait cependant être une obligation à la charge
de la Société Organisatrice.
En particulier, les noms et prénoms des gagnants pourront faire l’objet d’une publication les pages du
jeu.

La Société Organisatrice se réserve le droit de poursuivre en justice quiconque aura fraudé ou tenté
de le faire. Elle ne saurait toutefois encourir aucune responsabilité d'aucune sorte vis-à-vis des
participants du fait des fraudes éventuellement commises, ni du fait de quelque autre acte de
malveillance qu’il soit.
Tous litiges pouvant intervenir sur l'interprétation du présent règlement seront expressément soumis à
l'appréciation souveraine des organisateurs et en dernier ressort à l'appréciation des Tribunaux
compétents de Paris.
ARTICLE 6 : REMBOURSEMENT
Aucune contrepartie financière, ni dépense sous quelque forme que ce soit, ne sera réclamée aux
participants du fait de leur participation. Les frais engagés pour la participation au jeu via Internet
seront remboursés sur demande écrite adressée à : DESIGNERBOX « Designerbox x Phaidon : book
never ends » 2 rue de la Lune 75002 PARIS, accompagnée de tout élément justificatif.

Une seule demande de remboursement pourra être présentée par envoi et par personne (même nom,
même adresse)
Toutefois, tout accès au site effectué sur une base gratuite ou forfaitaire (au moyen d’une connexion
par câble, ADSL, Wi-Fi ou liaison spécialisée, etc) ne pourra donner lieu à aucun remboursement
dans la mesure où le fait pour le participant de se connecter au site et de participer au jeu ne lui aura
occasionné aucun frais ou débours spécifique.
ARTICLE 7 – LOI INFORMATIQUE ET LIBERTES
Conformément à la Loi N° 78-17 du 6 janvier 1978, dite Loi Informatique et Libertés, le participant
dispose d’un droit d’accès et de rectification des données à caractère personnel le concernant. Il peut
s’opposer sans motif à l’utilisation des données à des fins de prospection notamment commerciale. Ce
droit d’accès, de rectification et d’opposition pourra être exercé à tout moment en écrivant à l’adresse

never ends"
ARTICLE 1: THE ORGANISING COMPANY
The Company DESIGNERBOX ICONIC PRODUCT COLLECTION (capital €157.500, registered with
the RCS Paris under number B 79017119300036), whose registered office is located in 2 rue de la
Lune, 75002, Paris (France) acting at the behest of its legal representatives located in the
abovementioned headquarters, is organizing, as part of a promotional campaign from April 20 to May
13, a series of 8 free competitions (no purchase is necessary to enter this competition):
"Designerbox x Phaidon Contest: book never ends"
Dates and timings of the competitions are as follows:
• First competition from 21/04/16 at 7am to 23/04/16 at 11pm
• Then from 24/04/16 at 7am to 26/04/16 at 11pm
• Then from 27/04/16 at 7am to 29/28/16 at 11pm
• Then from 30/04/16 at 7am to 02/01/16 at 11pm
• Then from 03/05/16 at 7am to 05/04/16 at 11pm
• Then from 06/05/16 at 7am to 08/07/16 at 11pm
• Then from 09/08/16 at 7am to 11/05/16 at 11pm
• Last Contest from 12/05/16 to 14/05/16 at 11pm
Entries received outside this time period will not be considered
ARTICLE 2: SCOPE OF APPLICATION

This game is open to any person over the age of 18 and a resident of the European Union or United
States, with the exception of employees of Designerbox or Phaidon, their immediate families, their
agents or anyone professionally associated with this promotion.
In all cases, the participant must have a valid email address.
The organizer reserves the right to ask any participant to justify these conditions. Any person not
fulfilling these conditions or refusing to justify them will be excluded from the game and will not, in case
of winning, obtain of the prize.
If a participant wins a prize without fulfilling the conditions or by fraudulent or unfair means, the
relevant prize will not be attributed to them and will remain the property of the promoters, without
prejudice to any proceedings that may be instituted against the participant by the organizer or by third
parties.
Each participant must register and participate in the game using their own personal name and email
address, anyone registering and participating to the game under a fictional name or a name borrowed
from a third person will be considered fraud and will be disqualified. Entries on behalf of another
person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
Similarly, the misuse of e-mail addresses, the registration of fictional people or unrelated to the
participant are prohibited. Violation of these rules will lead to the final dismissal of the participant.
Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
ARTICLE 3: THE CONTEST
To play, go to http://dsgnrbox.com/bookneverends7 follow the instructions and complete the entry
form.
The participant will be asked to complete the entry form including their name, address and email
address.
Only one entry per person (same name, same email address) will be retained per day and per play.
For each of the 8 games, The Agorapulse platform (electronic draw) will appoint the two winners
among participants who have duly met the conditions of the game.
Any participation indicating incomplete, false or falsified contact information will be void. The Promoter
reserves the right to verify the contact details of the winners and their authenticity. Any tampering will
cause the elimination of the participant or winner.
ARTICLE 4: PRIZES OFFERED
Prizes are awarded for each game: a bookend for the first winner and a book for the second winner.
Total for 8 games: 8 bookends provided by Designerbox and 8 books published by Phaidon. The
books will be brought into play in order: Aalto, Carl Andre, Concrete, Peter Doig, Peter Fischli,
Katsura, Alex Katz and Minimalism.

For each game, the first winner drawn by Agorapulse will win the Designerbox bookend and the
second winner a Phaidon book.
Winners will receive an email informing them of their win and asking them to confirm their participation
and full contact details. If the winner does not respond within 15 days of sending this email, then the
winner's prize will be forfeited and Designerbox shall be entitled to select another winner in
accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of
their win within 15 days or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects their prize or the
entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited and
Designerbox shall be entitled to select another winner.
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
The organiser retains the right to substitute one (or more) of the announced prize(s) with another (or
other) prize(s) if external circumstances require it.
The organiser shall not be held responsible for the misuse or trading of the prizes made by the
winners.
The Promoter does not accept responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, costs, emotional
damage, expenses or claims suffered as a result of registering for the competition or acceptance of
any prize(s).
The Promoter's decision in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
ARTICLE 5: CONTROLS AND RESTRICTIONS
The organiser maintains the right to shorten, extend, suspend, modify or cancel the game in case of
force majeure. However, these changes will be subject, where possible, to prior information by all
appropriate means.
Participation in the contest implies the knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations
of the Internet by the participant. The organiser cannot be held responsible for any malfunction of the
Internet network preventing access to and/or good running of the contest, including malfunctions
caused by acts of external malevolence. No responsibility will be accepted for any difficulties in
entering or any entries delayed or corrupted.
The organiser cannot be held responsible for any material or immaterial damage caused to
participants, their computer equipment or the data stored in it, as well as for the possible
consequences such as any damage entering the competition have on their personal, professional or
commercial activities.
Additionally, the organiser cannot be held responsible if a participant’s registration data does not reach
him for any reason (for example, a problem with the participant’s Internet connection, temporary failure
of the organising company’s servers, etc.) or are illegible or impossible to process.
Similarly, the organiser will not be held responsible for any incident or malfunction of the postal
network preventing the sending and the reception of the prize.
The organiser also reserves the right to conduct any checks it deems appropriate.
Entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions will not be taken into account.

In case of dispute, a proof of identity may be requested.
Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and only used for the purposes of this
Promotion.
By entering the contest any winners are authorising in advance and without payment for the organiser
to use his name, address or picture for promotional or publicity purposes in any medium that will seem
appropriate to the organiser. This possibility cannot however be considered as an obligation on the
side of the organiser.
In particular, the names and surnames of the winners might be published on pages relative to the
contest.

The organisers maintain the right to prosecute anyone who has defrauded or attempted to do so. It
cannot, however, incur in any liability whatsoever toward participants because of committed fraud or
some other malicious act.
Any disputes that may occur on the interpretation of these regulations will be expressly subject to the
sovereign discretion of the organiser and ultimately at the discretion of the competent Courts of Paris.
ARTICLE 6: REIMBURSEMENT
No financial compensation or expenses in any form whatsoever shall be claimed by participants due to
their participation. However, the costs incurred for participation in the contest via the Internet will be

de la Lune 75002 PARIS (FRANCE), along with any supporting information.”
Only one request for reimbursement may be made per person (same name, same address)
However, any access to the site made on a free or fixed base (via a cable connection, ADSL, Wi-Fi,
etc.) shall not give rise to any reimbursement insofar as the participant’s connection to the site to
participate in the contest will not have caused him any specific charges or expenses.
ARTICLE 7 - DATA PROTECTION ACT
In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6th, 1978, entitled Data Protection Act, the participants
have the right to access and correct personal data concerning them. They may prevent the use of their
data for marketing purposes. This right of access, rectification and opposition may be exercised at any
