Terms and Conditions to Win a VIP Experience at
the Afrasia Bank Mauritius Open 2017
Article 1: Organiser
Heritage Events, headquartered at C/O VLH France, 10 rue Chardin, 75116 Paris, France
(“Organiser”), is organising a competition which does not bind participants to any purchase, and
which will be held from 00.01hrs on 22 September 2017 until 23.59hrs on 16 October 2017
(“Competition”).
The Competition title is: “Play, Win & Golf” at the Afrasia Bank Mauritius Open.
The Competition will run across the following platforms: Facebook; Twitter; Instagram and
various website pages as well as possibly be promoted by each of the sponsors across their social
channels.

Article 2: Conditions for entry
2.1 This Competition is open to all individuals aged 18 years or over, wishing to register freely via

The Organiser reserves the right to conduct any check it feels is appropriate regarding the
identity, postal address and/or email address of participants.
2.2 The employees, agents, partners, families and spouses (by marriage, or any other
relationship recognised by law), of the Organiser are excluded from participating or benefitting
from the Competition, whether directly or indirectly.
2.3 Any person who does not provide his/her full contact details and full name, or has provided
inaccurate or false information will be disqualified, as well as anyone refusing to provide his/her
personal nominative information deemed necessary for the proper management of the
Competition.
2.4 Participation in the Competition implies the unconditional acceptance of these Terms and
Conditions. Failure to abide to any part of these Terms and Conditions will lead to immediate
disqualification of the participant from the Competition and from winning any Prize.
Article 3: Method of participation
The Competition will take place as follows, and the participant must:

2. Fill out the entry form and read and accept the rules and regulations of the Competition:
• Each participant is only allowed to enter once
• The Competition will be organised from 00.01hrs on 22 September 2017 until 23.59hrs on
16 October 2017
The draw will take place as follows: the prize at stake will be drawn from all the participants of
the Competition who have validated their entry to the respective competition “Play, Win &
Golf”at the Afrasia Bank Mauritius Open.

Article 4: Selection of winners
Only one prize, as per Article 5, below will be awarded per winner (same name, same address).
The winners will be designated upon verification of their eligibility credentials to win a prize. The
designated winners will be contacted by email by the Organiser to the email address provided by
the winner at the time of registration for participation in the Competition. Should the winner fail
to respond to the email within five days, the winner’s Prize will be forfeited, and will remain the
property of the Organiser.
By accepting a prize, the winner is duly authorising the Organiser to utilise his/her surname, first
name as well as to mention his/her city or department of residence in all promotional materials,
on the Organiser’s website, on any other affiliated website and media platform, without any
further gratification apart from the prize won.
The winners must abide to these Terms and Conditions. Should any winner fail to satisfy any
provision in these Terms and Conditions, that winner will not be entitled to his/her Prize.
Participants authorise all checks regarding their identity, age, postal address or their loyalty and
sincerity in their participation. To this end, the Organiser reserves the right to request a copy of
the winner’s identity document before any prize is dispatched. Any false declaration, or the
provision of false names or addresses will result in the immediate disqualification of the
participant, and may lead to the return, at the winner’s costs, of any already dispatched Prize.
Article 5: Prizes
Each winner will win the following Prize:
A stay during the AfrAsia Bank Mauritius Open including the following:
• Two return air tickets in economy class from the capital of the country/ or nearest capital
of country served by Air Mauritius carrier, the winner lives in to Mauritius.
• Accommodation will be provided for 2 persons by Heritage Le Telfair for a 5-day stay
anytime during the Tournament week (30 November 2017 -3 December 2017) on a halfboard
basis.
• One entry to participate in the Pro AM organised before the tournament (subject to being
a golf player with a handicap of 24 maximum)
• Full access to the AfrAsia Bank Mauritius Open tournament
• The Prize’s estimated worth is: €6,000 VAT Inc.
Article 6: Dispatching of lots
In case a participant wins a Prize in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the winner will
receive information regarding the dispatching of the Prize via email within 15 days (excluding
week ends and public holidays), from the date the winners are announced.
The Organiser cannot be held responsible for sending the Prize to an incorrect address due to
neglect on the part of the winner. If the Prize could not be dispatched to the winner for any
reason which is beyond the control of the Organiser, (the winner moved out without updating
his/ her address, etc.), it will remain the property of the Organiser.
The Prize cannot be exchanged for any other object, or any cash alternatives. Participants are
informed that the sale or exchange of the prize is strictly prohibited.
The value of the Prize corresponds to the current normal retail price inclusive of taxes at the
time these Terms and Conditions were drafted, which is given as an indication and may be
subject to change. The winners will be responsible for all travel and other related expenses not
forming part of the Prize, including but not limited to:
• Airport transfers and transport to and from the AfrAsia Bank Mauritius Open Tournament
• Any meals or other refreshments in excess of the entitlements under Article 5 above
The Organiser cannot be held responsible for any incident/accident that may result from the use
of the Prize. Any brand, trademarks or product names shall belong to their respective owners.
Article 7: Competition does not bind winner to any purchase
The reimbursement of connection costs for participation in the Competition will be reimbursed
to the tune of 3 minutes of connection time on the basis of the cost of local call to the
Orange/France Telecom Tariff in force during the drafting of these Terms and Conditions (0.16
euros per minute).
Participants not paying for connection fees related to the volume of communication (holders of
an “unlimited” subscription, ADSL cable users…) will not get a refund.
All refunds will be processed upon a written request to the following address: Heritage Events

Participants must clearly indicate their surname, first name, full address, and attach a copy of a
bank statement along with a photocopy of the dates and times of connection clearly underlined.
The reimbursement shall be made on the basis of an unregistered letter of less than 20 grams
franked at the economy rate.

2.2 Sont exclus de toute participation au présent Jeu et du bénéfice de toute dotation, que ce
soit directement ou indirectement l'ensemble du personnel de la Société et des Partenaires, y
compris leur famille et conjoints (mariage, P.A.C.S. ou vie maritale reconnue ou non), ainsi que
les personnes mineures.
2.3 Les personnes n'ayant pas justifié de leurs coordonnées et identités complètes ou qui les
auront fournies de façon inexacte ou mensongère seront disqualifiées, tout comme les
personnes refusant les collectes, enregistrements et utilisations des informations à caractère
nominatif les concernant et strictement nécessaires pour les besoins de la gestion du jeu.
2.4 La participation au Jeu implique pour tout participant l'acceptation entière et sans réserve du
présent règlement. Le non respect dudit règlement entraîne l'annulation automatique de la
participation et de l'attribution éventuelle de gratifications.
Article 3: Modalité de participation

• Le joueur ne peut jouer qu'une seule fois mais peut revenir pour inviter
ces amis.
Les tirages au sort se déroulent comme suit : le lot mis en jeu fera l'objet d'un tirage au sort sur
l'ensemble des participants ayant validé leur participation au Jeu nommé «Play, Win & Golf”at

Article 4: Sélection des gagnants
Un seul lot sera attribué par gagnant (même nom, même adresse), lot décrit à l’article 5.
Les gagnants seront désignés après vérification de leur éligibilité au gain de la dotation le
concernant.
Les participants tirés au sort seront contactés par courrier électronique par l'Organisateur.
Si un participant ne se manifeste pas dans les 5jours suivant l'envoi de ce courrier électronique, il
sera considéré comme ayant renoncé à son lot et le lot restera la propriété de l'Organisateur.
Du seul fait de l'acceptation de son prix, le gagnant autorise l'Organisateur à utiliser ses nom,
prénom, ainsi que l'indication de sa ville et de son département de résidence dans toute
manifestation publi-promotionnelle, sur le site Internet de l'Organisateur et sur tout site ou
support affilié, sans que cette utilisation puisse ouvrir de droit et rémunération autres que le prix
gagné.
Les gagnants devront se conformer au règlement. S'il s'avérait qu'ils ne répondent pas aux
critères du présent règlement, leurs lots ne leur seraient pas attribués. Les participants
autorisent toutes les vérifications concernant leur identité, leur âge, leurs coordonnées postales
ou la loyauté et la sincérité de leur participation. A ce titre, l'Organisateur se réserve le droit de
demander une copie de la pièce d'identité du gagnant avant l'envoi de la dotation. Toute fausse
déclaration, indication d'identité ou d'adresse fausse entraîne l'élimination immédiate du
participant et le cas échéant le remboursement des lots déjà envoyés.
Article 5: Dotations
Le Jeu est composé de la dotation suivante :
Un séjour VIP pendant le AfrAsia Bank Mauritius Open 2017 incluant :
• Deux billets d'avions Aller-Retour en classe Economie, depuis la capitale du pays où
habite la vainqueur, vers l'Ile Maurice
• L'hébergement pour 5 nuits à Heritage le Telfair pour deux personnes pendant la
semaine du tournoi (30 novembre 2017 -3 décembre 2017), en demi pension
• Une entrée pour participer au Pro AM organisé avant le tournoi (sous réserve d’avoir un
handicap de maximum 24)
• Les accès au AfrAsia Bank Mauritius Open pendant la compétition officielle.
Prix généralement constaté : 6,000€ € TTC
Article 6: Acheminement des lots
Suite à leur participation en cas de gain comme décrit aux présentes, les gagnants recevront
toutes les informations nécessaires à l'acheminement des lots via un email dans les 15 jours
(hors week-end et jours fériés), à partir de l'annonce des gagnants.
L'organisateur ne pourra être tenu pour responsable de l'envoi des dotations à une adresse
inexacte du fait de la négligence du gagnant. Si les lots n'ont pu être livrés à leur destinataire
pour quelque raison que ce soit, indépendamment de la volonté de L'organisateur (le gagnant
ayant déménagé sans mettre à jour son adresse, etc. ...), ils resteront définitivement la propriété
de L'organisateur.
Les lots ne sont pas interchangeables contre un autre objet, ni contre une quelconque valeur
monétaire et ne pourront pas donner lieu à un remboursement partiel ou total. Les Participants
sont informés que la vente ou l'échange de lots sont strictement interdits.
La valeur indiquée pour le(s) lot(s) correspond au prix public TTC couramment pratiqué ou
estimé à la date de rédaction du règlement, elle est donnée à titre de simple indication et est
susceptible de variation. La Société Organisatrice ne peut être tenue pour responsable de tout
incident/accident pouvant subvenir dans l'utilisation des lots. Toutes les marques ou noms de
produits cités sont des marques déposées de leurs propriétaires respectifs.
Article 7: Jeu sans obligation d’achat
Le remboursement des frais de connexion engagés pour la participation au Jeu se fera dans la
limite de 3 minutes de connexion, sur la base du coût de communication locale au tarif
Orange/France Telecom en vigueur lors de la rédaction du présent règlement (soit 0.16 euros la
minute).
Les participants ne payant pas de frais de connexion liés à l'importance de leurs communications
(titulaires d'un abonnement « illimité », utilisateurs de câble ADSL...) ne pourront pas obtenir de
remboursement.
Le remboursement se fera sur simple demande écrite à l'adresse suivante : Heritage Events, C/O
VLH France, 10 rue Chardin, 75116 Paris, France.
Les participants doivent indiquer lisiblement leur nom, prénom, adresse complète, et joindre
impérativement à leur demande un R.I.B (ou un R.I.P.) ainsi que la photocopie de la facture
justificative, avec les dates et heures de connexion clairement soulignées.
Le remboursement des frais de demande de remboursement se fera sur la base d'une lettre
simple de moins de 20 grammes affranchie au tarif économique.
