REGLEMENT DU JEU – CONCOURS
"My Megane By Renault Sport Superstar "
1. Présentation de l’opération.
La société RENAULT SAS prise en sa division RENAULT SPORT TECHNOLOGIES SAS au capital de
533.941.113,00 €uros inscrite au RCS de NANTERRE sous le numéro B 780 129 987 dont le siège
social se trouve 13 Quai Alphonse le Gallo - 92100 BOULOGNE BILLANCOURT ("l’Organisateur")
organise du 07 décembre 2012 à 15h00 au 23 décembre 2012 à 23h59 (heure française) un jeu
dénommé "My Megane By Renault Sport Superstar" sur la page Facebook de Renault Sport
https://www.facebook.com/renaultsport (ci-après "le Jeu"). C’est la division Renault Sport
Technologies qui organise ce jeu.
Le jeu-concours est gratuit sans obligation d’achat et soumis exclusivement au présent Règlement
(ci–après le "Règlement"). La participation au jeu implique de la part des participants
l’acceptation sans aucune réserve du Règlement et du principe du Jeu. Le participant doit
obligatoirement être en possession d’un permis B en France (ou équivalent dans les autre pays
mentionnés à l’article 2) non seulement au moment de leur inscription mais également au
moment de l’éventuelle attribution effective du lot s’il est désigné gagnant.
Tout contrevenant à l’un ou plusieurs des articles du Règlement sera non seulement privé de la
possibilité de participer au Jeu mais également du lot qu’il aurait pu éventuellement gagner.
2. Définition des participants.
Ce Jeu gratuit sans obligation d’achat est exclusivement ouvert à toute personne physique âgée
de 18 ans révolus au moment de l’inscription disposant d’une adresse email et titulaire du permis
B ou équivalent international.
Sont exclus du Jeu les collaborateurs de l’Organisateur, les personnes qui contribuent à
l’organisation ou à la réalisation du Jeu, et les membres de leurs familles.
3. Modes d’inscription au Jeu / participation.
3.1 Modalités d’inscription.
Le support du Jeu est une application sur la page Facebook de Renault Sport
(https://www.facebook.com/renaultsport). Le jeu étant accessible sur Facebook,
(www.facebook.com ) en aucun cas cette plateforme ne sera tenue responsable en cas de litige
lié au Jeu. Facebook n'est ni organisateur ni parrain de l'opération.
Les participants ne doivent pas faire référence à des propos racistes, xénophobes, négationnistes,
pédophiles, pornographiques, diffamatoires, incitant au meurtre, au suicide ou ne respectant pas
les lois en vigueur en France.
Au moment de l'inscription, les participants devront fournir des informations personnelles telles
leur nom, prénom, adresse électronique.... Les informations personnelles communiquées par les
concurrents seront soumises aux dispositions et règlementation en la matière en France, comme
précisé ci-après au présent Règlement.
Toute information transmise par tout autre moyen (courrier, télécopie) ne sera pas prise en
compte. Les différents tirages au sort précisés ci-dessous permettront de déterminer les gagnants
des "lots" 1 mentionnés ci-après à l’article 5 du présent Règlement. Le lot 2 sera attribué par un
jury.

Les participants ne peuvent participer qu’une seule fois et ne peut utiliser ni un autre outil ou
artifice pour s'inscrire plusieurs fois au Jeu. Il est rigoureusement interdit de participer avec
plusieurs adresses e-mail ainsi que de participer au bénéfice d’une autre personne. Une seule et
unique inscription sera possible par personne possédant le même nom, prénom, domicile et pays
de résidence. Une seule participation est autorisée par foyer. Les membres d’une même famille ne
peuvent participer au Jeu qu’une seule fois.
Tout participant qui tente, au moyen d'un outil ou artifice, de jouer de manière déloyale, de
tricher ou d'enfreindre de quelque façon que ce soit le présent Règlement officiel verra sa
participation annulée de plein droit sans besoin d’une quelconque notification préalable.
Ce jeu est ouvert à tout les pays .
3.2 Enregistrement des images.
Sous réserve des dispositions précédentes pour obtenir son compte, les participants peuvent
participer au Jeu en enregistrant une image. Le participant doit disposer des droits de propriété
ou de l’autorisation préalable de l’enregistrement de l’image. Toute image enregistrée par le
participant lui permettant d’être inscrit au Jeu est soumise aux termes et conditions du présent
Règlement, notamment de l’article 4 ci-après.
Seules les images de Megane by Renault Sport sont autorisées. Toute image d’un autre véhicule
sera susceptible d’être effacée et ne pourra être éligible au jeu-concours.
En aucun cas l’image enregistrée ou chargée par le participant ne doit (a) contenir de virus, vers,
chevaux de Troie, etc., susceptible d’endommager le Site, les systèmes informatiques de
RENAULT ou de nuire à leur bon fonctionnement, (b) être mal acquise ou violer les droits d’un
tiers, (c) enfreindre les lois et réglementations en vigueur, (d) contenir des éléments de
harcèlement, des éléments préjudiciables, diffamatoires, violents, vulgaires, obscènes, haineux ou
critiquables du point de vue racial ou ethnique, ou contraires aux bonnes moeurs, ou susceptibles
de porter atteinte au respect de la personne humaine et de sa dignité, ainsi qu’à la protection des
mineurs, (e) enfreindre les dispositions du Règlement ou (f) porter atteinte à l’image de marque
interne et externe de RENAULT.
Seules les légendes de photos en français et anglais ont autorisées. Tout message dans une autre
langue sera susceptible d’être effacé et ne pourra être éligible au jeu-concours.
3.3 Limites de participation par Internet.
La participation au Jeu implique la connaissance et l'acceptation des caractéristiques et des limites
de l'Internet, notamment en ce qui concerne les performances techniques, les temps de réponse
pour consulter, interroger ou transférer des informations, les risques d'interruption, et plus
généralement, les risques inhérents à toute connexion et transmission sur Internet, l'absence de
protection de certaines données contre des détournements éventuels et les risques de
contamination par des éventuels virus circulant sur le réseau. Il est précisé que la société
Organisatrice ne peut être tenue responsable de tout dommage direct ou indirect issu d'une
interruption, d'un dysfonctionnement quel qu'il soit, d'une suspension ou de la fin du Jeu, et ce
pour quelque raison que ce soit, ou encore de tout dommage direct ou indirect qui résulterait,
d'une façon quelconque, d'une connexion à l’application. Il appartient à tout participant de
prendre toutes les mesures appropriées de façon à protéger ses propres données et/ou logiciels
stockés sur son équipement informatique contre toute atteinte. La connexion de toute personne à
l’application et la participation au Jeu se font sous leur entière responsabilité.

4. Droits sur les images enregistrées / Droit sur l’application My Mégane By Renault Sport
Superstar
4.1 Le participant garantit sans aucune réserve qu'il est l'auteur de l’image envoyées ou enregistrée
sur l’applications (à moins qu’il n’utilise une des 9 images Renault proposées) pour participer au
Jeu et qu'il détient l'ensemble des droits et autorisations nécessaires à leur reproduction,
publication et/ou diffusion par tous moyens que RENAULT déciderait.
Par son enregistrement et l’envoi des images sur le Site pour participer au Jeu, le participant cède
sans aucune réserve, au profit de RENAULT s.a.s. et des ses sociétés affiliées, à titre gratuit et
non exclusif, ses droits de propriété intellectuelle afférents aux images. Cette cession est faite
pour le monde entier et pour toute la durée des droits de propriété littéraire et artistique prévus
par les lois françaises et étrangères et les conventions internationales, actuelles et futures, ainsi
que les prolongations qui pourraient y être apportés.
Les droits cédés comprennent notamment les droits de reproduction, de représentation, de
numérisation, d’intégration par quelque moyen que ce soit dans une création seconde et de
diffusion des photographies à des fins de diffusion dans les réseaux commerciaux du cessionnaire,
d’information, de communication interne et/ou grand public, de formation.
La cession est consentie pour tous supports présents et à venir, tels que notamment les supports
vidéographique, numérique, immatériel (notamment internet, intranet et extranet), électronique
(notamment disquettes, cd, cd-rom, CD-I, e-book, DVD).
Le droit de reproduction comporte notamment le droit de reproduire les images, par tous moyens
et sur tous supports présents et à venir, tels que notamment ceux listés ci-dessus ; le droit
d'établir ou de faire établir tous duplicata, maquettes, doubles et/ou copies des images, en vue de
leur reproduction, dans les conditions prévues par le présent Règlement, par RENAULT s.a.s. ou
par toute société affiliée de cette dernière ou par tout tiers mandaté par RENAULT.
Le droit de représentation comporte notamment le droit de représenter ou de faire représenter
publiquement de manière durable ou temporaire tout ou partie des images, y compris ses
adaptations, pour des diffusions dans des salons professionnels, présentations aux clients
prospects, sites internet, sites intranet, diffusion et présentation aux fournisseurs, à des fins de
formations, pédagogiques, diffusions dans les réseaux commerciaux du monde entier.
Le droit d'adaptation comporte notamment le droit de procéder aux adaptations nécessaires à
l'exploitation normale de tout ou partie des images dans les conditions visées dans le présent
Règlement.
RENAULT sera libre d’accorder à RENAULT Sport Technologies s.a.s. et à ses sociétés affiliées, à
savoir toutes entités dans lesquelles la société RENAULT s.a.s. détient, directement ou
indirectement, une participation de plus de 50 % du capital social, ainsi qu’au réseau commercial
de RENAULT s.a.s. le droit de reproduire et de représenter, et plus généralement d'exploiter les
images, dans la limite des droits qui lui sont conférés par le présent Règlement.
L'auteur de l’image sera responsable de l’obtention, au nom et pour le compte de RENAULT, de
toutes les autorisations et/ou cessions des droits nécessaires à l’exploitation des images et portant
sur les droits des tiers éventuellement impliqués dans la réalisation dédites images, pour toute la
durée des droits prévue par le présent Règlement et notamment :
- l'autorisation de toute personne représentée sur l’image et/ou de celle des parents ou tuteurs
légaux, s'il s'agit d'enfants mineurs représentés (droit de la personnalité, et notamment droit à
l’image des personnes représentées sur l’image) ;
- l'autorisation des propriétaires des lieux, des biens et/ou des oeuvres et/ou des marques
protégées qui figurent sur l’image ;

- la renonciation des personnes représentées et/ou des propriétaires des lieux, des biens, et des
marques photographiés ou enregistrés, à percevoir une quelconque rémunération du fait de la
publication de l’image.
L’envoi et enregistrement des images n’emporte pour RENAULT aucune obligation de publication
dédites images. Les participants renoncent de façon expresse et irrévocable à réclamer une
quelconque rémunération du fait de la publication de leurs images.
4.2 L’ensemble de l’application et chacun de ses éléments pris séparément relèvent de la législation
française et internationale sur la propriété intellectuelle (droits d’auteur, marques, bases de
données...). A ce titre, tous les droits de reproduction, de représentation et de communication
publique sont réservés y compris pour les documents téléchargeables et les représentations
visuelles, iconographiques, photographiques, audiovisuelles ou autres. Aucune licence, ni aucun
autre droit que celui de consulter le Site n'est conférée à quiconque au regard des droits de
propriété intellectuelle. La reproduction de tout ou partie du Site sur un support électronique quel
qu’il soit est formellement interdite sauf autorisation expresse de RENAULT. Cependant la
reproduction des documents du Site est autorisée sous réserve d’une utilisation strictement
personnelle et privée et du respect de l'intégrité des documents reproduits (pas de modification ni
altération d'aucune sorte).
5. Détermination des gagnants.
Pour les lots de catégorie 1 (miniatures Mégane Trophy V6), 20 participations seront tirées au sort
parmi les 50 photos les plus plébiscitées. Elles seront tirées au sort entre le 2 et le 4 janvier 2013.
Les 20 gagnant seront annoncés jusqu’au 7 janvier sur la page Facebook Renault Sport et
contactés par email.
Les utilisateurs pourront voter une fois par jour et par photo. Les 50 participations les plus votées
seront sélectionnées. En cas d’égalité à la 50ème place, tout les utilisateurs ayant le même nombre
de points seront inclus dans le tirage au sort.
Pour les lots de catégorie 2 (une participation pour 2 personnes à une Journée Passion Renault
Sport en France, au volant d’une Mégane R.S.), une seule invitation sera attribuée par un jury.
L’invitation concerne le participant, c'est-à-dire, elle est valable pour (1) personne qui pourra
choisir de venir accompagnée ou non. L’invitation se fera attribuer parmi les 50 participations les
plus votées. Le jury se retrouvera du 2 au 4 janvier et le gagnant sera annoncé le 7 janvier.
Les résultats aux gagnants seront communiqués par l’Organisateur à l’adresse e-mail
communiquée par le participant lors de son inscription à partir du 7 janvier 2013.

Description détaillée des lots
Catégorie 1 :
Le pack Miniature Mégane Trophy V6 comprend une miniature au format 1/ 18 ème, en Zamac avec 3
portes ouvrantes : 2 portes et un coffre. Valeur unitaire : 55,00 € TTC.
Catégorie 2 :
L’invitation une journée passion pour le participant (invitation nominative). Elle comprend :
- La participation à 1 Journée Passion Renault Sport organisée par RENAULT Sport incluant des
tours de circuit (une seule voiture) durant l’année 2013.
- Une (1) nuit d’hôtel pour deux personnes à la date et à l’hôtel qu’aura choisi et réservé
RENAULT Sport, d’une valeur maximale de 100 euros pour deux personnes.
- RENAULT Sport dédommagera le gagnants en frais de déplacement, sur la base d’un
transport par voie ferrée 2de Classe Aller/Retour (200 euros maximum par personne).
- Valeur du lot : 250,00 € HT.
Lors de ces journées, les deux participants pourront essayer l’une de nos Mégane R.S.
spécifiquement équipée pour le roulage sur circuit (ou autre véhicule de la gamme actuelle
Renault Sport) dans le cadre des Journées Passion organisées par Renault Sport
Technologies.
Cette journée aura lieu courant 2013, la date et le lieu seront précisés ultérieurement par
l’organisateur.
Il est précisé que le gagnant pourra, s’il le souhaite, venir seul à la Journée Passion gagnée,
et que s’il vient accompagné, les deux personnes seront dans la même voiture et réaliseront
alternativement des tours de circuit au volant du véhicule.
Le gagnant doit également prendre connaissance du règlement des Journées Passion

La dotation offerte est strictement nominative et ne peut donc pas être cédée à une autre
personne.
Le lot ne comprend pas les éventuelles dépenses personnelles du gagnant (achat de souvenirs…).
Le remboursement des frais de transport sera effectué sur justificatifs de dépense (billet de train),
ceux-ci devront être envoyés à la société organisatrice au plus tard 15 jours après l’évènement (le
cachet de la poste faisant fois).

6.2. Les "gagnants" seront désignés après vérification de leur éligibilité au gain du lot. Les décisions
prises par l’Organisateur s'agissant de la désignation des gagnants sont définitives, contraignantes
et sans appel, quel qu'il soit.
Ils seront contactés par l’Organisateur à l’adresse électronique communiqué lors de son
inscription. Si le gagnant ne se manifeste pas positivement dans les sept (7) jours suivant l’e-mail
envoyé par la société Organisatrice par l’envoi d’un e-mail manifestant son acceptation du lot, il
sera considéré comme ayant renoncé à son lot et le lot reste la propriété de l’Organisateur.
Pour les lots de Catégorie 1, ils seront adressés dans une période de temps non définie après
confirmation des coordonnées des gagnants par e-mail.
En cas de litige quant à l'identité d'un participant, la participation sera réputée avoir été présentée
par le titulaire du compte de l'adresse électronique du participant fournie lors de l'inscription. Le
titulaire du compte est la personne physique identifiée comme telle par le fournisseur d'accès
Internet, le fournisseur de service en ligne ou toute autre organisation responsable de l'attribution
d'adresses électroniques dans le domaine de gestion comprenant l'adresse fournie. RENAULT se
réserve le droit de demander à tout gagnant potentiel une preuve démontrant qu'il est titulaire du
compte de l'adresse électronique fournie au moment de l'inscription.
6.3 Les lots gagnés ne sont ni échangeables ni remboursables contre leur valeur en espèces. La
société Organisatrice se réserve le droit, en cas de problèmes indépendants de sa volonté, liés à
leurs fournisseurs, ou à des circonstances imprévisibles revêtant le caractère de la force majeure,
de modifier la nature du prix et d’offrir une dotation différente de celle annoncée, mais à un prix
public équivalent ; le gagnant sera tenu informé par courrier électronique des éventuels
changements qui auraient lieu.
L’Organisateur se réserve le droit, si les circonstances l’exigent, de remplacer les lots par d’autres
lots d’une valeur équivalente, sans que sa responsabilité ne puisse être engagée de ce fait. Dans
l’hypothèse où les organisateurs seraient dans l’impossibilité d’adresser le(s) lot(s) à un ou
plusieurs gagnants (adresse email erronée, adresse postale introuvable, retour du lot par la Poste
avec la mention "N’habite pas à l’adresse indiquée" ou équivalent, fausse déclaration, …), ce(s)
lot(s) sera (seront) conservé(s) à leur disposition pendant deux (2) mois maximum. Au delà de
cette période, les lots non réclamés resteront la propriété de la société Organisatrice. La
responsabilité de la société Organisatrice ne saurait être engagée en cas de perte des envois ou
de retard d'acheminement postal pour des raisons indépendantes de sa volonté.
7. Responsabilité de l’organisateur.
L’Organisateur dégage toute responsabilité en cas de dysfonctionnement du réseau "Internet"
empêchant l’accès et/ou le bon déroulement du Jeu notamment dû à des actes de malveillances
externes. L'utilisation de robots ou de tous autres procédés similaires permettant de participer au
Jeu de façon mécanique ou autre est proscrite, la violation de cette règle entraînant l'élimination
définitive de son réalisateur et/ou utilisateur.
L’Organisateur pourra annuler tout ou partie du Jeu s'il apparaît que des fraudes sont intervenues
sous quelque forme que ce soit, notamment de manière informatique dans le cadre de la
participation au Jeu ou de la détermination des gagnants. Il se réserve, dans cette hypothèse, le
droit de ne pas attribuer les dotations aux fraudeurs et/ou de poursuivre devant les juridictions
compétentes les auteurs de ces fraudes.
Par ailleurs, la responsabilité de L’Organisateur ne pourra en aucun cas être retenue en cas de
problèmes d'acheminement ou de perte de courrier électronique.

Les frais d’affranchissement seront remboursés, sur demande expresse, au tarif lent en vigueur.
Le Règlement du Jeu est également disponible gratuitement sur l’application qui sera mise en
ligne sur la page Renault Sport sur Facebook.
La société Organisatrice se réserve le droit de modifier à tout moment le Règlement ; toute
modification fera l’objet d’un avenant déposé chez l’Huissier et disponible sur l’application mise en
ligne sur la page Renault Sport.
9. Utilisation de l’image des gagnants à des fins publicitaires.
Les participants dits "gagnantes", autorisent la société Organisatrice à utiliser, à titre publicitaire,
leurs noms et adresse sans que cette utilisation ne leur confère une rémunération, un droit ou
avantage quelconque autre que l’attribution du lot gagné.
10. Protection des données nominatives.
10.1Loi Informatique & Liberté.
Des informations personnelles telles que le prénom et le nom du participant, son adresse
électronique sont recueillies au moment de leur inscription au Jeu sur l’application. En s'inscrivant,
les participants déclarent et assurent avoir l'autorisation de fournir les informations demandées,
que lesdites informations sont exactes et complètes et qu'ils comprennent et autorisent l'utilisation
de tout ou partie de ces informations à toute fin liée au déroulement du Jeu, y compris, mais sans
s'y restreindre, la promotion et l'étude de commercialisation.
Conformément aux articles 38, 39 et 40 de la Loi " Informatique et Libertés ", tel que modifiée
par la loi du 6 août 2004, le participant dispose d'un droit d'accès et de rectification des
données le concernant ainsi que du droit de s'opposer à ce que des données le concernant
fassent l'objet d'un traitement informatique, en nous contactant par courrier à l’adresse

le cadre du Jeu seront communiquées à un sous-traitant de la société Organisatrice, lié par un
engagement de confidentialité.
Les participants peuvent, à tout moment, choisir d'annuler leur inscription et faire supprimer et
retirer leurs nom, adresse électronique et autres informations personnelles des fichiers et des
systèmes de traitement de données de la société Organisatrice, en envoyant un courrier
électronique à : rs@wearesocial.fr
Les participants qui annulent leur inscription, tel qu'indiqué au paragraphe ci-dessus ne pourront
pas concourir. Les participants qui ont annulé leur inscription peuvent se réinscrire au Jeu pendant
la période d’inscription du Jeu en remplissant un nouveau formulaire d'inscription.
10.2 Utilisation des données personnelles.
Comme indiqué ci-avant à l’article 9, les participants autorisent la société Organisatrice à utiliser,
notamment à l’occasion de la proclamation des résultats du tirage au sort, en tant que tels leurs
noms, adresses sans que cela ne leur confère une rémunération, un droit ou un avantage
quelconque, autre que l’attribution de leur lot.
Seule la société Organisatrices et éventuellement ses sociétés affiliées sont destinataires des
informations qui leur sont communiquées.
Les Participants acceptent de recevoir des offres commerciales de la part de RENAULT et de ses
sociétés affiliées s’ils cochent la case correspondante sur le formulaire.
11. Remboursement des frais de connexion.
Les frais de connexion sont remboursables sur simple demande sur la base d’un appel local d’une
durée moyenne de connexion d’une (1) minute (forfait de 0.24€) dans la limite d’une demande
par participant (même foyer, même nom, même adresse électronique) pendant toute la durée du
Jeu.
La demande de remboursement doit être envoyée avant le 10 du mois suivant la date de fin du
Jeu (cachet de la poste faisant foi) à :

La demande de remboursement doit préciser le nom, l’adresse postale et internet du participant
ainsi que la date de la participation. A cette demande doit être joint un relevé d’identité bancaire.
Par ailleurs, le participant doit indiquer s’il souhaite se voir rembourser les frais d’affranchissement
de cette demande, sur la base du tarif lent en vigueur.
Une seule demande par participant sera prise en compte. Si la demande n’est pas complète, celleci
ne sera pas prise en compte par l’Organisateur.
12. Force majeure.
De façon expresse, sont considérés comme cas de force majeure, outre ceux habituellement
retenus par la jurisprudence des tribunaux en France, tels que notamment les intempéries, les
restrictions et modifications gouvernementales et légales, les pannes d’ordinateur et blocage des

La société Organisatrice ne saurait encourir une quelconque responsabilité si en cas de force elle

13. Réclamation / prescription.
Toute réclamation - autre que celle relative aux lots et décrits dans l’article 6, doit être faite par
écrit à la société Organisatrice, dans un délai de trente (30) jours après proclamation des résultats
du Jeu. Aucune réclamation ne sera acceptée passé ce délai. Il est convenu que les données
contenues dans les systèmes d’information de la société RENAULT ont force probante quant aux
éléments de connexion et aux informations résultant d’un traitement informatique relatif à la
présente opération.
14. Litiges.
Sauf dispositions particulières dans la législation du pays du participant –tel une loi de police-, le
Jeu, le Règlement et tous les droits et obligations générés ou s’y rapportant sont soumis à la
législation française interne et sont interprétés et appliqués conformément à celle-ci.
Tout litige au sujet du Jeu et/ou du Règlement doit d’abord faire l’objet d’une tentative de
règlement à l’amiable entre le participant et la société Organisatrice avant d’être soumis à la
juridiction exclusive des tribunaux de PARIS auxquels le participant reconnaisse le pouvoir exclusif
de statuer, nonobstant la multiplicité des parties défenderesses ou des demandes d’indemnité
émanant de tiers.
15. Langue.
Le présent Règlement est rédigé en français. En cas de conflit entre le document résultant de la
traduction du Règlement et le présent Règlement, c’est ce dernier, rédigé en français qui prévaut.

GAME/COMPETITION RULES
"My Megane by Renault Sport Superstar"
1. Description of the event
RENAULT SAS, including its RENAULT SPORT TECHNOLOGIES SAS division, with a capital of
€533,941,113, headquartered at 13 Quai Alphonse le Gallo, 92100 BOULOGNE BILLANCOURT ,
registered with the NANTERRE Registry of Commerce and Companies (RCS) under reference B
780 129 987 (“the Organiser”), shall organise a game entitled “My Megane by Renault Sport
Superstar” (hereinafter referred to as “the Game”) on Renault Sport Facebook Page
https://www.facebook.com/renaultsport , from 3PM on December 7th 2012 until 11:59PM on
December 23rd of 2012 (French time). The Renault Sport Technologies division shall organise the
Game.
The Game shall be free of charge, with no purchase obligation and shall be subject exclusively to
these Rules (hereinafter referred to as “the Rules "). Participation in the Game shall signify the
unconditional acceptance of the Rules and the objectives of the Game by the Participants. The
Participant must be in possession of a French driving licence (or its equivalent in foreign
countries), both at the time of registration and upon accepting any potential prizes that may be
won.
Violation of one or more of these Rules shall result in not only refusal of access to the Game, but
also disqualification from any potential prizes that may have been won.
2. Definition of the Participants
This free Game, which entails no purchase obligation, shall be open exclusively to any natural
person aged 18 years or over at the time of registration, who is in possession of an email address
and a valid French driving license or an international equivalent.
Employees of the Organiser, those involved in the organisation or performance of the Game and
any members of their families shall not be permitted to participate in the Game.
3. Registration for the Game/Participation
3.1 How to register
The platform for the Game shall be the Renault Sport Facebook fanpage (the "fanpage"). The Game
is accessible on https://www.facebook.com/renaultsport but Facebook cannot be held as responsible
for it. To enter the « My Megane by Renault Sport Superstar » game, participants must "like" the
Renault Sport Facebook Page.
Participants shall respect the basic rules of common courtesy, the username cannot be the same as
one already in use, and they must not be considered in any way to be racist, xenophobic, revisionist,
paedophilic, pornographic, defamatory, an incitement to murder or suicide, or to be disrespecting the
French laws in force.
At the time of registration, Participants must provide personal details, including their full name and
email address. The personal details provided by competitors shall be subject to the appropriate French
provisions and Rules, as specified below in these Rules.
Any information submitted by other means (post, fax) shall not be taken into account. The various
draws specified below shall determine the winners of the different “prizes” referred to in Article 5 of
these Rules.

Participants may only create one account per person. Participants are not permitted to use multiple
accounts or any other tool or device to enter the Game multiple times. It is strictly prohibited to
participate with multiple email addresses, or to participate on behalf of an account opened by another
person. Only one single, unique entry shall be possible for someone with the same name, surname,
address and country of residence. Only one entry is permitted per household. Members of the same
family may only enter the Game once.
Any Participant who attempts to compete unfairly by means of a tool or device, or by cheating or
breaking these official Rules in any manner whatsoever, shall be automatically disqualified without any
prior notification.
This contest is opened for any country.
3.2 Storing images
Subject to the provisions detailed above for creating an account, Participants may enter the Game
by registering one or more images. The Participant must have property rights or prior consent to
upload the image. All images registered by Participants, entitling them to enter the Game, shall be
subject to the terms and conditions of these Rules, particularly Article 4 below.
Only pictures of Mégane by Renault Sport are authorized. Any picture uploaded representing
another car may be removed and the participation will not be valid.
Under no circumstances may the images registered or uploaded by the Participant (a) contain a
virus, worm, Trojan, etc. that could damage the Website, RENAULT’s computer systems, or affect
their functionality; (b) be dishonestly acquired or otherwise violate the rights of a third-party; (c)
violate the laws and Rules in force; (d) contain evidence of harassment, or may otherwise be
considered harmful, defamatory, violent, vulgar, obscene, objectionable from a racist or ethnic
perspective, immoral, or likely to undermine respect for others, their dignity and child protection;
(e) violate the provisions of these Rules, or (f) affect the RENAULT brand image either internally
or externally.
The messages written on the pictures are only allowed in French or in English. Any participation
using any other language can be deleted and the participation will not be valid anymore.
3.3 Limitations of internet participation
Participation in the Game shall signify the understanding and acceptance of the characteristics and
the limitations of the internet, notably regarding technical performance, support response times,
processing or transferring information, connectivity issues and more generally, the risks inherent
in any internet connection and transfer, the lack of protection of certain data against potential
misuse and the risks of contamination by any viruses present on the network. It shall be hereby
acknowledged that the Organising Company shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect
damage resulting from an interruption, a malfunction of any kind, a suspension or termination of
the Game for any reason whatsoever, or for any direct or indirect damage resulting in any way
from a connection to the Website. It shall be the responsibility of the Participants to take all
appropriate measures to protect their own data and/or software stored on their computer
equipment from any damage. Connection to the Website and participation in the Game by any
person shall be at their own risk.
Some participants may be required to download and install software (including internet browser
plug-ins). Competitors shall release the Organising Company of all liability and shall hold it
harmless from any loss, harm, cost, expense or damage of any kind which may result from
downloading, installing or using such software.
4. Rights to the registered images / My Mégane By Renault Sport Superstar website

4.1 The Participant shall unconditionally guarantee ownership of the images sent to or stored on the
Website to participate in the Game (unless he is using one of the 9 Renault Sport pictures
available in the Game), along with all necessary rights and permissions for their reproduction,
publication and/or distribution in any form as decided by RENAULT.
By registering and sending images to the Website to participate in the Game, the Participant shall
unconditionally grant the free and non-exclusive intellectual property rights related to the images
to RENAULT SAS and its affiliates. This cession shall be applicable worldwide and for the duration
of the literary and artistic property rights provided by French and international laws, and the
international conventions, present and future, in addition to any extensions which may be made.
The rights granted shall notably include the rights of reproduction, representation, scanning,
integration by any means into a secondary image and distribution of the photographs for the
Organiser’s commercial broadcasting purposes, information, internal and/or public communication
and training.
The cession shall be granted for all current and future media, including video, digital, intangible
(such as internet, intranet and extranet) and electronic (such as floppy disk, CD, CD-ROM, CD-i, ebook,
DVD).
The reproduction rights shall notably include the right to reproduce images by any means and
across all current and future media, such as those listed above; the right to produce or have any
copies, models, duplicates and/or copies of the images produced for reproduction under the
conditions stipulated within these Rules, by RENAULT SAS or any affiliate thereof, or by any thirdparty
authorised by RENAULT.
The representation rights shall notably include the right to publically represent or have
represented, permanently or temporarily, all images or parts thereof, including any adaptations,
for trade fair broadcasts, presentations to prospective clients, internet and intranet sites,
broadcasts and presentations to suppliers, for training and educational purposes and commercial
network broadcasts worldwide.
The adaptation rights shall notably include the right to make any necessary adjustments to the
normal use of all of the images or parts thereof under the conditions stipulated within these Rules.
RENAULT shall be free to provide RENAULT Sport Technologies SAS and its affiliates, including all
entities in which RENAULT SAS directly or indirectly holds a share of more than 50% of the social
capital, in addition to RENAULT’s commercial network, with the rights to reproduce, represent
and, more generally, use the images within the limitations of the rights granted by these Rules.
For and on behalf of RENAULT, the owner of the image shall be responsible for obtaining all
permissions and/or cessions of the necessary rights for the use of these images, along with the
rights of any potential third parties involved in the attainment thereof, for the duration of the
rights stipulated within these Rules, such as:
- the consent of any person depicted in the image and/or the consent of a parent or legal
guardian in the case of minors (personality rights, including image rights of those persons
depicted in the image);
- the consent of the owners of any premises, goods and/or works and/or trademarks appearing
in the image;
- a waiver of the represented persons and/or owners of premises, goods and photographed or
registered trademarks of any entitlement to compensation as a result of the publication of the
image.
Sending and saving images shall not signify any obligation for RENAULT to publish these images.
Participants shall expressly and irrevocably waive any claims for compensation arising as a result
of the publication of their images.

4.2 The entire Website and all individual components thereof shall fall under the jurisdiction of French
and international legislation on intellectual property (copyright, trademarks, databases, etc.). In
this regard, all reproduction, representation and public communication rights shall be reserved,
including for downloadable documents and visual, iconographic, photographic, audio-visual or
other forms of representation. No other licence or rights, other than to consult the Website, shall
be granted to any person regarding intellectual property rights. Reproduction of the whole
Website or a part thereof using any kind of electronic medium is strictly prohibited without the
express permission of RENAULT. The reproduction of documents on the site, however, shall be
permitted exclusively for personal and private use and with respect for the integrity of the
documents reproduced (no modifications or alterations of any kind).
5 Determining the winners
For the first category of winnings (Megane Trophy V6 miniature), 20 participations will be drawn
lots among the 50 participation most voted (between the 2nd and the 4th of January 2013), the
equivalent of a winning per day. The 20 winning participants will be announced and contacted
until January 7 2013.
Users will be able to vote once a day per picture. The 50 most voted pictures will be selected. In
case user 50 and 51 have the same result, both will be included in the sweepstake.
For the second category, (an Enthusiast Day by Renault Sport for two, in France, driving a
Megane R.S) there will be one (1) winner among the 50 most voted participations. It will be
selected by a Jury (between the 2nd and the 4th of January 2013), and will win an invitation for an
Enthusiast Day. The winner will be able to come alone or with one person.
Results shall be communicated by the Organiser to the winners on or after 7 janvier 2013 using
the email address provided by the Participant at the time of registration.

An invitation to a Renault Sport Enthusiast Day (personal invitation), including:

- Participation in a 1-day event (with (1) lunch included) organised by RENAULT Sport,
including circuit racing.
- One (1) night in a hotel for on the date and at the hotel selected and reserved by RENAULT
Sport. Maximum cost: 100 euros for two.
- Renault Sport will compensate travelling costs. Travelling conditions must be by train, second
class and maximum 200 per person.
- Value: 250,00 € HT.
During the Enthusiast Day by Renault Sport, both participants (the winner plus one) can try one of our
Mégane R.S specifically equipped for circuits (or other vehicle of the current range ) within the
framework of the Enthusiast Day organized by Renault Sport Technologies.
This day will take place in the year 2013, the date and the place will be later specified by the
organizer.
The winner may participate alone to the Enthusiast Day. If he comes with a plus one, both persons
will be in the same vehicle and will be able to drive alternatively.

The lot shall not include any personal expenses incurred by the winner (souvenirs, etc.).
This reimbursement shall be made once evidence of expenditure has been provided (train tickets).
These should be sent to the Organising Company by no later than 15 days after the event (date as
per postmark).
The aforementioned reimbursement shall be made following proof of expenditure. This evidence must
be sent to the Organising Company by no later than 15 days after the event (meaning the
Participant’s involvement in the aforementioned gift experience day).

6.2. The “Winners” shall be appointed following verification of their eligibility to win the prize.
Decisions made by the Organiser regarding the Winners are final, binding and exempt from any
appeal.
They shall be contacted by the Organiser at the email address provided during registration. If the
Winner does not come forward with an email confirming acceptance of the prize within seven (7)
days of the email sent by the Organising Company, it shall be considered that the prize has been
waived and shall remain the property of the Organiser.
For Category 1 prizes, they shall be contacted within an unspecified period of time following email
confirmation of the Winners’ contact details.
In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of a Participant, the entry shall be considered to
have been submitted by the authorised account holder of the email address provided by the
Participant at the time of registration. The account holder is the natural person identified as such
by the internet access provider, the online service provider, or any other organisation responsible
for assigning email addresses for the domain management of the address provided. RENAULT
shall reserve the right to request evidence of account ownership of the email address provided at
registration from any potential Winner.
6.3 Prizes won are neither exchangeable nor refundable against their cash value. In the event of
problems beyond its control, relating to suppliers, unforeseen circumstances, or acts of God, the
Organising Company shall reserve the right to change the nature of the prize and offer a different

award to the one stated but at an equivalent retail price; the Winner shall be informed by email of
any potential changes that may occur.
The Organiser shall reserve the right, should circumstances require, to replace the prizes with
others of equivalent value, without liability being incurred thereby. In the event that the
Organisers are unable to deliver the prize(s) to one or more Winners (incorrect email address,
postal address not found, prize returned in the post with the words “not at this address” or
equivalent, misrepresentation, etc.), this/these prize(s) shall be kept available to them for a
maximum of two (2) months. Beyond this period, unclaimed prizes shall remain the property of
the Organising Company. The Organising Company shall not be held responsible for lost
shipments or delayed postal delivery for reasons beyond its control.
7. Responsibility of the Organiser.
The Organiser shall accept no responsibility for any malfunction of the “Internet” preventing
access to the Game or the normal functioning thereof, particularly as a result of external malicious
acts. The use of robots or any other similar processes allowing mechanical or other participation in
the Game is prohibited. The violation of this rule shall result in the definitive disqualification of the
manipulator and/or the user.
The Organiser may cancel all or part of the Game if it appears that fraud has occurred in any form
whatsoever, including by computer, surrounding participation in the Game or the selection of
Winners. Under such circumstances, it shall reserve the right not to award prizes to fraudsters
and/or to begin legal proceedings against the perpetrators of the fraudulent activity.
Furthermore, the Organiser shall not be held responsible in the event of email delivery problems
or loss.

9. Use of the Winners’ images for publicity purposes

The winning Participants shall allow the Organising Company to use their names and addresses
for publicity purposes without any claims for remuneration, rights or benefits other than the
allocated prize.
10. Protection of personal data
10.1Computing & Freedom Act (data protection)
Personal details, including the full name and email address of the Participant, are collected at the
time of their Game registration on the Website. By entering, Participants shall thereby declare and
assure that they have the authority to provide the requested information, that such information is
accurate and complete and that they understand and authorise the use of all or part of this
information for any purposes related to participation in the Game, including, but not limited to,
promotion and market testing.
In accordance with Articles 38, 39 and 40 of the Computing and Freedom Act (data protection),
as amended by the Act of 6 August 2004, Participants shall be entitled to access and rectify any
data concerning them and to object to the electronic processing thereof by contacting us in

For the purposes of data processing, personal details collected within the framework of the Game
shall be provided to a subcontractor of the Organising Company, subject to a binding
confidentiality agreement.
Participants may, at any time, choose to cancel their registration and to delete and remove their
name, email address and other personal details held by the Organising Company in files and data
processing systems by sending an email to rs@wearesocial.fr
Participants who cancel their registration as described in the aforementioned paragraph shall not
be permitted to compete. Participants who cancel their registration may re-enter the Game during
the registration period by completing a new form.
10.2. Use of personal data.
As stated above in Article 9, Participants shall allow the Organising Company to use their names
and addresses, particularly when announcing the results of the prize draw, without any claims for
remuneration, rights or benefits other than the allocated prize.
Only the Organising Company and potentially its affiliates shall receive the information provided to
them.
Participants shall agree to receive commercial offers from RENAULT and its affiliates if they select
the appropriate box on the form.
11. Reimbusement of connection charges.
Connection charges shall be refundable upon request on the basis of a local call at an average
connection time of one (1) minute (0.24€ flat rate) at a limit of one request per Participant (same
household, same name, same email address) throughout the duration of the Game.

The refund request must be sent before the 10th day of the month following the end date of the
Game (date as per postmark) to:

The refund request must specify the name, email and postal address of the Participant along with
the date of participation. The request must be accompanied by relevant bank details.
The Participant must also indicate whether reimbursement for the postage of this request at the
second-class rate is required.
Only one request per Participant shall be considered. If the request is not complete, it will not be
accepted by the Organiser.
12. Acts of God.
Events clearly considered acts of God include those usually retained by the court jurisprudence in
France, such as adverse weather conditions, legal and governmental restrictions and
modifications, computer and telecommunications failures, RENAULT server failures and any other
events beyond the control of RENAULT.
The Organising Company shall not incur any liability in the event that it is forced to cancel,
shorten, extend or postpone the current game due to an act of God.
13. Complaints / Stipulations
Any complaints – other than those relating to prizes as described in Article 6 – should be made in
writing to the Organising Company within thirty (30) days after the results of the Game are
announced. No complaints shall be accepted after this time. It is hereby agreed that the data
contained in RENAULT’s information systems shall have probative value regarding aspects of
connection and information resulting from data processing for this event.
14. Disputes
Unless otherwise provided in the legislation of the Participant’s country, such as within public
policy enactment, the Game, the Rules and all generated rights and obligations pertaining thereto
shall be subject internally to French law and interpreted and applied in accordance therewith.
In the event of any dispute arising from the Game and/or the Rules, attempts to reach an
amicable settlement between the Participant and the Organising Company should first be made
before being submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the PARIS courts, the exclusive authority of
which shall be acknowledged by the Participant, notwithstanding the multiplicity of defendants or
indemnity claims from third parties.
15. Language
These Rules have been written in French. In the case of discrepancy between a translation of
these Rules and the original, the latter, French version shall prevail.
