Rules of the online game contest with giveaway without obligation to purchase
“Werewolf: The Apocalypse - Earthblood”
ARTICLE 1: THE ORGANIZING COMPANY
The company, Nacon (a French société anonyme)., with its headquarters located at 396-466 Rue de la Voyette, CRT2 – 59273 Fretin (France), with a share capital of 65 097 988,00 euros, listed with the Registry of Commerce and Companies of Metropolitan Lille (Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés de Lille Métropole), registration number B 852 538 461(hereinafter the "Organizing Company"), is organizing a game contest with no obligation to purchase products, from March 17th, 2021 to March 25th, 2021 inclusive, which is named “Werewolf: The Apocalypse – Earthblood Custom PS5 Giveaway” and in accordance with the terms and conditions as described in these Rules (hereinafter referred to as the “Game”).

ARTICLE 2: ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES
Participation in the Game implies unconditional acceptance of these rules and of the principle of the game on the part of the Player. Any person who violates one or more of the articles contained in these rules will be denied the opportunity to participate in the Game, and also forfeits the rights to any prizes they may have won. In the latter case, said prizes will be put back into play.

ARTICLE 3: CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
Participation in the Game is open to natural persons of adult age only (over the age of 18), excluding all members of staff of the Organizing Company of the Game and of companies involved with its promotion and/or development.

ARTICLE 4: PRINCIPLE AND PROCEDURES OF THE GAME
Participation in the Game is open from March 17th, 2021 to March 25th, 2021 (10 a.m.) inclusive.
To be able to participate in the Game, the Contestant must go to the website: https://gleam.io/45wDG/werewolf-the-apocalypse-custom-ps5-giveaway and complete the following steps:
· Login by completing the registration form with your full name, email, and date of birth, alternatively you can log in via Facebook, Google or Twitter. These are used to contact winners.

· By completing actions via the Gleam App, you earn entries into the competition. You are free to complete as many actions as you wish, by completing an action you solidify your participation in the competition.

Any entries which are incomplete, incorrect, illegible, or submitted after the competition closes will not be considered and will be rejected as invalid. It shall be stated that it is not the responsibility of the Organizing Company to carry out additional research to determine the identity of the Contestant, who will receive neither their prize nor any damages or compensation.

ARTICLE 5: PRIZES
According to your application and choice, the following prizes are put into play respectively to each of the following platform:
- First prize: Custom Werewolf: The Apocalypse - Earthblood System and a copy of the game for PS5 (physical); worth €599.99 inc VAT
- 4 x second prize: a digital copy of Werewolf: The Apocalypse – Earthblood on PS4/PS5 (chosen by winner), worth 49.99 Euros each, including tax.

The prizes will be sent within 4 (four) to 8 (eight) weeks of the closing of the Game to the postal address that the winners provide to the Organizing Company.
The Organizing Company shall in no event be held liable for any loss and/or damage of prizes caused by the postal service or any similar third-party service provider.
Under no circumstances, will the Organizing Company be held liable for any delay in the delivery of prizes or if the winner is unable to receive the prize due to circumstances outside the control of the Organizing Company.
The Organizing Company reserves the right, in the event of circumstances beyond its control and if circumstances make it necessary, in particular in the event of insufficient stock with no possibility for resupply, to replace the prize with a prize of equal value, with the winner having no right to lodge any objection in this regard.

The prize cannot be exchanged, nor taken back, nor substituted with financial compensation or a monetary equivalent of the prize by the Organizing Company.
The Organizing Company accepts no responsibility for any incident and/or damage of any kind that may arise due to the enjoyment of the awarded prize and/or its use, which the winner expressly acknowledges.
For all claims relating to the use of the prize, in particular for any problems concerning the amount which has been credited or its operation, the Contestant may only contact the company, The Organizing Company, through the following address: Nacon, attn. ARTICLE 6: PROCEDURES FOR DETERMINING THE WINNERS
The winner is determined as follows: the winners will be randomly selected, i.e. randomly among all participants who registered by giving their email address and completed the terms of participation, in accordance with the provisions Article 4.
The Organizing Company will select ten (1) grand prize winner by random draw but, and (4) runner up prizes by random draw.
An email address will be send to each of the winners in order to inform them about the prize awarded and ask for postal details in cases where a prize needs to be mailed. If one or more of the winners does not respond to the e-mail within seven (7) calendar days, the prize winner will be redrawn.
The draw will end when all prizes have been awarded.
Winners authorize all verifications of their identity and home. It is expressly agreed that the data in the possession of the Organizing Society or its technical providers is probative of determining the winners.

ARTICLE 7: FILING OF THE RULES
These rules have been filed at the office of Alain KINGET, Julien MARLIERE, Associated Court Bailiffs, 51 Boulevard de Strasbourg, 59000 LILLE, who have been entrusted with the supervision of their proper implementation. ARTICLE 8: PERSONAL DATA
It is recalled that in order to participate in the Game, Participants must necessarily provide certain personal information about themselves (name, first name, DOB, email address, etc.) when participating on the site https://gleam.io/privacy. This information is collected and stored in a file and is necessary to take into account their participation, to determine the winners and to award and deliver the endowments.
This information is intended for the Organizing Society for the Good Management of the Game. They can be passed on to its technical providers for the purposes of the good management of the Game and to a provider who sends the endowments.

The Organizing Society reserves the right to first ask participants for permission to use their contact information for commercial exploration purposes.
Any further action requiring the collection of data on behalf of Nacon will be subject of your previous information and written consent for the use of this data accordingly.
In accordance with the provisions of Act 78-17 of 6 January 1978, as amended by the Act of 6 August 2004, known as the Computer Law and Freedoms Act, every person has the right to access, object, correct and delete data about her with the Organizing Company. These rights may be exercised by simple written request to the email address or address of the aforementioned Organizing Company.

ARTICLE 9: DECISIONS OF THE ORGANIZING COMPANY - FRAUD
The Organizing Company reserves the right, at any time, to change these rules and to take any decisions which it may consider useful for the application and interpretation of the rules. The Organizing Company will inform the Contestants by any means of its choosing and at the earliest convenience which circumstances allow.
The Organizing Company also reserves the right to modify, extend, cut short, suspend or cancel the Game, without notice, due to any event beyond its control and preventing its normal progress, and in particular in an event which constitutes a case of force majeure or a fortuitous event.

In particular, the Organizing Company shall reserve the right, if applicable, to void and/or to cancel all or part of the Game, if it appears that fraud or malfunction has occurred in any form, as part of participation in the Game or in determining the winners.

The Organizing Company reserves the right, in such circumstances, to not award the parties who have committed fraud their prize and/or to bring proceedings against the parties who have committed such fraud before the relevant jurisdictions. The act of fraud will result in immediate disqualification to the party which has committed it.
The Organizing Company shall not be held liable in accordance with the foregoing and the Contestants will not be entitled to any damages or compensation of any nature.

ARTICLE 10: APPLICABLE LAW – DISPUTES
These rules are subject to French law. The rules which shall be referred to in the event of a dispute will be the rules written in French.
For any potential objection relating to the Game to be considered, it must be submitted in writing to the following address: bigbengamesus@gmail.com, no later than forty five (45) days after the closing date for participation in the game as specified in these rules. No objection sent after this time will be considered by the Organizing Company.

With the exception of acts of fraud committed by the Contestants, any dispute which may arise as a result of the implementation of these rules shall firstly be resolved amicably between Organizing Company and the Contestant. Failing an amicable agreement, all disputes will be brought before the courts of Lille, subject to legal provisions.
In the event of any contradiction between the provisions of these rules and any communication and/or information whatsoever relating to the Game, the provisions of these rules shall prevail.

ARTICLE 11 - PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
As part of your participation in this competition, you will be asked to provide personal information about you for information on the participation form that is mandatory. They are processed computerized to allow you to participate in the contest game and, if necessary, to win one of the prizes. The recipient of the data is Nacon and its authorized providers. OVH's servers are located in the European Union.
The following data will be collected, processed and used during your participation: name, first name, email address, DOB through https://gleam.io and subject to Gleam’s privacy Policy (https://gleam.io/privacy)This personal data will be the subject of a computer processing intended to manage your participation in this contest game and if necessary for receiving newsletter from Nacon. They will be kept in total for 36 months from the receipt of your file (hereafter Preservation Time).

Any further action requiring the collection of data on behalf of Nacon will be subject of your previous information and written consent for the use of this data accordingly.
In accordance with Article 34 of the Computer and Freedoms Act of 6 January 1978 and the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) which came into force on 25 May 2018, you have a right to the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) which have been in force since 25 May 2018. access, a right to rectify, a partial or full right of erasure, personal data about you. You can also object to the processing of your personal data, request its limitation, or portability where possible. You can finally send instructions to Nacon about how to use your data after you die.
