New Motorcycle Range Contest
ARTICLE 1: SUBJECT Motul, a company domiciled at 119, boulevard Félix Faure BP 94 93303 Aubervilliers Cedex, under number 055 846/00016, is organising from March 7th to 25th 2013, a contest that is entirely free to participate in and without any purchasing obligation.
ARTICLE 2: PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS
2.1 This contest is open to any natural person of age 18 and over.
2.2 Are excluded from participating in this contest and from benefiting from any prize, whether directly or indirectly, all the personnel of the Company, including their family and spouses (marriage, P.A.C.S. [civil pact of solidarity] or marital life whether recognised or not).
2.3 People who have not given their full contact details and identities or who have supplied them inexactly or falsely shall be disqualified, as will people refusing the collection, recording and use of information of a nominative nature concerning them and which is strictly necessary for the needs and management of the contest.
2.4 Participation in the contest implies that the participant shall fully and unreservedly accept these rules. Non-compliance with these rules shall entail automatic cancellation of the participation and of any award of prizes.
ARTICLE 3: HOW TO PARTICIPATE
The contest is open to Motul page’s Fans only. Indeed liking the page is a mandatory step for entry in the contest (for those who do not like the pages yet). Participants shall connect to Motul Facebook wall www.facebook.com/motul.
They shall submit basic contact information such as: title, first and last names, email address and postal address. They should then answer three questions. They are then encouraged to invite their friends to increase their chances to win. Correct answers will be drawn by lot on March 26th 2013 and 10 winners selected .
The winners shall be contacted by email by the Organiser. If a participant does not claim his prize within one month following the sending of the email, he shall be considered as having renounced it and it shall remain the property of the Organiser.
The Organiser expressly informs participants and participants acknowledge that the Contest is not affiliated, sponsored or endorsed by Facebook. Information provided by participants during the contest is solely intended for the Organiser; not Facebook.

No exchange value for these prizes can be requested, either in cash or in any other form, and no exchanges are permitted.
ARTICLE 5: LITERARY AND ARTISTIC PROPERTY RIGHTS
Each participant declares that all the elements composing the photo are royalty free. Consequently, each participant undertakes to personally deal with any complaint, proceedings, dispute or any action taken by any third party, whatever the basis, especially but in a non-restrictive manner: with regards to intellectual property rights (copyright, related rights, trade mark law, design right) and/or personality rights and/or with respect to the elements composing the photo that would be in breach of the laws and regulations in force, especially but in a non-restrictive manner in breach of public order, decorum, and not complying with the dignity of human persons and private life.
ARTICLE 6: MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION OF THE CONTEST
The Company reserves the right to cancel, shorten, prolong, suspend, modify or postpone the contest any time if circumstances so require, without it incurring liability in these respects. Insofar as possible, these modifications or changes shall be brought to the notice of participants in all appropriate manners.
ARTICLE 7: REIMBURSEMENT OF CONNECTION FEES
Connection fees will be reimbursed within the limits of 3 minutes of connection, based on France Telecom local communication rate in force as theses terms are drafted (0.16€/minute).
Participants that do not pay any connection fees (subscribed to unlimited plans, ADSL cable subscribers) could not claim for any reimbursement.
Please address a written request to the Organizer to be reimbursed.
Participants must clearly indicate in their application their first and last names, complete address, provide their bank details and attach a copy of their internet bill with highlighted connection dates and hours.
Claim for connection fees reimbursement should be sent via a letter stamped at economic rate (less than 20g).
ARTICLE 8: NOMINATIVE INFORMATION
All the information which participants transmit on the form is solely intended for the Company, which will process it.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 27 of amended Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on data processing, files and freedoms, the participants in this contest shall have a right of access, rectification and deletion of data concerning them, by posting a request in this respect to the organising company.
Personal data submitted when subscribing to Facebook are stored and used in compliance with Facebook terms & conditions. The organising company is not responsible for processing data submitted when subscribing to Facebook and invite participants to consult Facebook terms & conditions.
ARTICLE 9: RULES OF THE CONTEST
These rules have been filed via www.depotjeux.com at COHEN-SKALLI-HOBA whose office is located at 5 Avenue Gabriel Péri BP42 93401 SAINT-OUEN CEDEX.
The rules shall be sent free of charge to anybody asking the Contest Organiser for them.
The stamps required to send a letter asking for a copy of the rules shall be reimbursed at the second-class tariff, on request.
ARTICLE 10: DISPUTES
Any dispute regarding the contest shall be made by return-receipted registered mail in a period of ten days from its end (postmarked no later than that date). It shall be sent to the organising company.
Any dispute that cannot be settled outside the court system shall be brought before the competent Courts designated in accordance with the Code of Civil Procedure.
ARTICLE 11: COMPANY LIABILITY
These rules are subject to French law.
Should a dispute arise concerning the organisation of this contest or its follow-up, the parties shall strive to resolve it amicably. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be brought before the court of Bobigny.
The Company cannot be held responsible if the winner cannot be reached through no fault of its own.
The Company cannot be held responsible if, due to force majeure outside its control, this contest were partially or totally modified, postponed or cancelled. No exchange value for the contest prizes shall be offered as compensation.
As it is a free contest without any purchasing obligation, it is expressly agreed, pursuant to Article 1152 of the Civil Code, that the Company's liability shall be limited – if it were sought – to a lump sum comprised between one euro and the average commercial value of the highest prize of this contest.
