This promotion is in partnership with Miigen. By entering this promotion, you will be creating a memory in your Free Digital Time Capsule. By entering the promotion, you are agreeing with the Miigen terms and conditions found here and the promotion terms and conditions below.

Winners acceptance terms
The flights are not redeemable between the months of June, July, August or December. If this is required, the winner is accountable for the additional charges for flights and accommodation due to peak season prices. Miigen is responsible for flights from the winners home airport to Glasgow or Edinburgh International Airports. If the winner requests additional trips to other cities or countries, the cost is the responsibility of the winner. The winner is responsible to be back at the agreed return airport to fly back to their own country. This will be Glasgow or Edinburgh unless prior agreement with Miigen is agreed. If flights are missed due to own reasons, the winner is responsible to arrange alternate arrangements.
Any visa or entry requirements of the UK Border Agency and any subsequent countries being visited is the responsibility of the winner and passports must meet entry/existing requirements for all countries being visited on the trip.
Travel insurance and/or medical requirements for the UK/subsequent countries is recommended but this is the winners decision to determine which cover their wish to take.
If the winner does not leave the UK/subsequent countries at the end of the holiday period, Miigen or any of their partners are not held accountable for this. If the authorities ask Miigen or partners for any contact information, this will pass all information over without hesitation. Winners are bound by laws governed by the UK, its individual countries or any subsequent countries they visit.
Generic Terms
Otherwise stated on the promotion page or if there are specific terms above, the prize draw is open to all UK and ROI residents over the age of 18, except retirees or employees of the Promoter and the Promoter's Company Group (Miigen Ltd and its subsidiaries from time to time), their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
After the closing date, a draw will be held in which 1 winner will be chosen at random and contacted within two weeks. If after 5 days we have not had a response, we will re-draw the prize.
The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, network or server failure.
The winners will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process.
The winner will be notified by email or telephone and must provide a full mainland postal address and telephone number of the country(ies) stated on the promotion page, or in the specific terms above, to claim their prize. If no country(ies) are stated, the countries are UK or ROI. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 5 working days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or lower value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.
The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
The winners' name and county can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Miigen Ltd, 15 Borrowmeadow Road, Springkerse Industrial Estate, Stirling, FK7 7UW, Scotland, United Kingdom or an email to support@miigen.com within 60 days after the date of the closing date of the prize draw.
Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
Winners may be required to participate in publicity related to the prize draw, which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media. The Promoter's privacy policy can be located at www.miigen.com/privacy-policy/.
Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion may be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the prize.
The prize draw will be governed by Scottish law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
