Règles pour le jeu Facebook : « Plutôt Alice ou Trisha ?»



Longchamp - Marketing Department – société inscrite sous le n° SIREN 737 050 187 et
ayant son siège situé au 12, rue Saint Florentin – 75001 Paris – France (ci-après
dénommé l’Organisateur) organise un jeu gratuit et sans obligation d'achat, sur le site
http://www.facebook.com/longchamp, du 30/11/2011 au 30/12/2011.

Ce jeu-concours n’est pas parrainé ou géré par Facebook. Par suite, les questions,
commentaires ou réclamations concernant le jeu-concours devront être adressés à
l’Organisateur (et non à Facebook).

Article I: participation

Le jeu est uniquement accessible à l’adresse suivante :
http://www.facebook.com/longchamp, toute participation sur papier libre ou sur tout
autre support ne sera pas prise en compte.



Article II: Conditions générales

Toute personne souhaitant participer au jeu doit avoir un ordinateur équipé de Mac Os
ou système windows pour se connecter à l’adresse :
http://www.facebook.com/longchamp.

Le jeu est ouvert à toutes les personnes majeures (plus de 18 ans) habitant en France,
Angleterre, Allemagne, ou Belgique.

La participation à ce jeu gratuit, sans obligation d'achat, est ouverte à toute personne
possédant une connexion Internet et une adresse email valide (sauf pour le personnel
et les représentants de la société organisatrice, ses partenaires et sous-traitants ainsi
que leurs conseillers et les membres de leur famille).

Les participants ne donnant pas leur noms, adresse mail, préférence de langage and
pays d’origine de manière complète ou erronée se verront disqualifiés.

La participation au jeu implique l'acceptation du présent règlement. Toute personne qui
ne respectera pas les règles ne pourra ni participer au jeu ni gagner un prix.

Principe du jeu :
L'utilisateur doit se rendre au site http://www.facebook.com/longchamp,et répondre à
deux questions à choix multiples, « Es-tu plutôt Alice ou Trisha ?», « Quelle héroïne
préfères -tu ? » Le résultat sera défini en fonction de la réponse donnée à chaque
question.
Désignation des gagnants :

Le gagnant sera désigné par tirage au sort le 4 janvier 2012 suivant le concours par un
officier de Depot jeux et les résultats seront validés par un huissier de justice.
L'Organisateur contactera le gagnant afin de lui faire parvenir son prix – après
vérification d’éligibilité.


Article III: Les prix
Le gagnant tiré au sort recevra l’un des prix suivants en fonction de ces réponses aux
questions posées.
Une paire de chaussure Longchamp :

- Une (1) paire de sandales compensée LEGENDE Verni , reference 8345 SAB 548 ,
cuir de veau rouge verni d’une valeure de 350 € TTC, ou une (1) paire d’escarpins
ouverts référence 8343 SAA 001 – cuir de veau noir – d’une valeur de 350 € TTC.

Un sac à main Longchamp:
- Un (1) sac Gloucester KATE MOSS FOR LONGCHAMP référence 1225 153 016 –
Cuir de vachette couleur naturelle – d’une valeur de 590 € TTC, ou un (1) sac à main
BALZANE référence 1833 714 001 – Cuir de taurillon noir – 750 € TTC .

Une ceinture Longchamp:
- Une (1) ceinture BALZANE référence 7563 714 016 – cuir de taurillon couleur
naturelle – d’une valeur de 80 € TTC, ou une (1) ceinture LEGENDE référence 7565
173 001 – cuir de veau noir - d’une valeur de 75 € TTC .

En cas de problème, ou d’indisponibilité des articles, l’Organisateur se réserve le droit
de modifier, sans préavis, la dotation. En cas d’impossibilité de l’Organisateur de
délivrer la dotation prévue au gagnant, l’Organisateur se réserve le droit de remplacer
les prix annoncés par une dotation ayant les mêmes caractéristiques techniques, d’une
valeur au moins égale à la dotation initiale, sans qu’aucune compensation ne puisse
être réclamée par le gagnant.


Article IV: Envoie des prix

Le gagnant s’engage à envoyer à l’Organisateur ses coordonnées complètes afin que
l’Organisateur puisse envoyer le prix. – trois (3) mois au plus tard après avoir été
informés du résultat à l’issu du jeu concours, passé ces délais les prix reviendront à
l'Organisateur.

L'Organisateur ne peut être tenu responsable pour le transport des lots à une adresse
erronée, due à la négligence du gagnant. Si, par inadvertance, les prix ne pouvaient
être transportés au gagnant en raison d'un problème (déménagement du gagnant sans
informer l’Organisateur, etc.), les prix reviendraient à l'Organisateur.

Les prix ne peuvent être échangés pour un autre objet, ou remboursés entièrement ou
partiellement par de l'argent. Le prix ne peut être envoyé à une autre personne que le
vainqueur lui-même.

En acceptant la dotation, le gagnant autorise expressément l’Organisateur à utiliser son
nom, en faisant référence à sa ville de résidence sur tous les supports souhaités par
l’Organisateur et à toutes fins nécessaires et notamment sur le site internet et sur tous
les sites et les supports affilés, et ce sans aucune autre compensation que la dotation
initialement prévue.

En participant le gagnant s’engage à accepter l’ensemble des conditions d’écrites dans
ce règlement. Si il s’avérait que le gagnant ne remplisse l’ensemble des critères décrits
dans ce règlement, le prix ne serait pourrait lui être attribué.
Pour ces motifs, l’Organisateur se réserve le droit d’exiger au gagnant la copie d’une
pièce d’identité avant d’expédier la dotation. Toute absence de présentation de ces
justificatifs, de fausse identité ou adresse erronée entrainera immédiatement et
irrévocablement l’élimination du participant et la demande de restitution ou de
remboursement de la dotation qu’il aurait déjà reçu.

Article V : Remboursement des frais de participation

L’accès au SITE et la participation au JEU qui y est proposée sont entièrement libres et
gratuits.

Les frais de connexion au SITE, exposés par le participant, lui seront donc remboursés
à sa demande.

Cependant, étant observé qu’en l’état actuel des offres de service et de la technologie,
certains fournisseurs d’accès à Internet offrent une connexion gratuite ou forfaitaire aux
internautes, il est expressément convenu que tout accès au SITE s’effectuant sur une
base gratuite ou forfaitaire (tels que notamment connexion par câble, ADSL ou liaison
spécialisée) ne pourra donner lieu à aucun remboursement, dans la mesure où
l’abonnement aux services du fournisseur d’accès est dans ce cas contracté par
l’internaute pour son usage de l’Internet en général et que le fait pour le participant de
se connecter au SITE et de participer au JEU ne lui occasionne aucun frais ou débours
supplémentaire.

Le cas échéant, pour obtenir le remboursement de ses frais de connexion, ainsi que les
frais d’affranchissement de sa demande de remboursement, sur la base du tarif postal
en vigueur (courrier lent), le participant doit donc adresser à la Société organisatrice
une demande écrite, établie sur papier libre, contenant les éléments suivants :
l’indication de ses nom, prénom et adresse postale personnelle, étant précisé qu’un
seul remboursement par participant est admis.



Article VI: Droit d'auteur littéraire et artistique

Conformément à la législation Française sur le droit d'auteur, la reproduction littéraire et
artistique ou la représentation de tout ou partie des éléments composant ce jeu sont
strictement interdites. Les marques citées sont des marques déposées de leurs
propriétaires respectifs.


Article VII: Les données personnelles - Informatique et Libertés

Une fois les participants ayant pris part au jeu, ils doivent fournir quelques données
personnelles (nom, prénom, adresse e-mail, la langue de préférence, pays) ces
données sont copiées et sauvegardées dans un fichier informatique et sont nécessaires
pour le processus du jeu, la désignation des gagnants et le transport des prix. Ces
données sont pour le bénéfice de l'Organisateur et peuvent être partagées avec les
partenaires techniques et les partenaires responsables de l'envoi des prix.
Quand il s’enregistre pour le jeu, les participants ont également confirmé leur
abonnement aux bulletins d'information de l'Organisateur. Les données recueillies
peuvent ensuite être utilisées légalement.
Toutes les données personnelles recueillies dans le cadre de ce jeu sont traitées
conformément à la loi "Informatique et Libertés" du 6 janvier 1978. En vertu de l'article
27 de la loi française de protection des données, tous les participants dans le jeu ainsi
que leurs représentants légaux, s'ils sont mineurs, ont le droit d'accès et de rectification
des données les concernant. Toute demande d'accès, de rectification ou d'opposition

Les frais engagés par le participant pour le timbre nécessaire à cette demande

Article VIII: Responsabilités de l’Organisateur

L’Organisateur ne saurait être tenu responsable si, pour des raisons indépendantes de
sa volonté, les modalités du jeu devaient être écourtées, prorogées, modifiées ou
annulées.
Toutes modifications, substantielles ou non, au présent règlement peuvent
éventuellement être apportées pendant le déroulement du jeu, lesquelles modifications
seront portées à la connaissance des participants notamment sur le SITE.
La participation au JEU implique la connaissance et l'acceptation des caractéristiques et
des limites d'Internet notamment en ce qui concerne les performances techniques, les
temps de réponse pour consulter, interroger ou transférer des informations, et plus
généralement, les risques inhérents à toute connexion et transmission sur Internet, et
les risques de contamination par des éventuels virus circulant sur le réseau.
L’Organisateur ne saurait davantage être tenu pour responsable du mauvais
fonctionnement du SITE et/ou du jeu pour un navigateur donné.
L’Organisateur ne garantit pas que le SITE et/ou le JEU fonctionnent sans interruption
ou qu'ils ne contiennent pas d'erreurs informatiques quelconques, ni que les défauts
constatés seront corrigés.
L’Organisateur ne pourra être tenu responsable si les données relatives à l'inscription
d'un participant ne lui parvenaient pas pour une quelconque raison ou lui arriveraient
illisibles ou impossibles à traiter.
L’Organisateur se réserve également le droit, s'il y a lieu, d'invalider et/ou d'annuler tout
ou partie du jeu, s'il lui apparaît que des fraudes ou des dysfonctionnements sont
intervenus sous quelque forme ou de quelque origine que ce soit, dans le cadre de la
participation au jeu. Il se réserve encore le droit d'exclure de la participation au présent
jeu toute personne troublant son bon déroulement.

Article IX: Élection de domicile

Ces règles sont conformes à la législation française.
Aucune réponse ne sera donnée à toute demande écrite ou téléphonique concernant
l'interprétation ou l'application de ces règles, la mécanique ou aux modalités et
conditions du jeu ou la liste des gagnants. En cas de contestation, seule une lettre
recommandée avec accusé de réception dans les 90 jours suivant la proclamation des
résultats est considérée comme acceptable.
Les participants sont soumis à la réglementation française relative aux jeux et concours.
Tout différend qui ne peut être réglé à l'amiable sera de la compétence des tribunaux
compétents désignés dans le Code français de procédure civile.

Rules for the Game Facebook contest “Are you Alice or Trisha”




Longchamp - Marketing Department - register as number SIREN 737 050 187 and having its
registered head offices at 12, rue Saint Florentin – 75001 Paris – France (hereinafter called the
“Organizer”), will be running a free game with no purchase required, on the website
http://www.facebook.com/longchamp, from the 30/11/2011 to the 30/12/2011.

This contest is not organized or managed by Facebook. Questions, comments or requests
about the contest have to be sent to the Organizer (and not Facebook).


Article I: Access to the game

The game is only available at the following address: http://www.facebook.com/longchamp any
participation on plain paper or by any other means will be rejected.

Article II: Conditions and terms Conditions

Anyone wishing to participate in the game must have a computer equipped with Mac OS or a
Windows system and to connect to the following address: http://www.facebook.com/longchamp.

The game is for all people over 18 years old, who live in France, United Kingdom, Germany,
and Belgium.

Participation in this free game, which carries no obligation to buy, is open to any individual with
an Internet connection and a valid email address (save for staff and representatives of the
Organizer, its partners and sub contractors as well as their advisers and members of their
families).
Participants who didn’t give their full names, email address, language preference and originating
country or who partially or wrongly gave them will be disqualified. So will be all the participants
who refuse to have the necessary private information collected recorded and used by
Longchamp.

The participation in the game implies the acceptation of the present rules. Any breaking the
rules brings about the cancellation of the participation and of the chances to get a prize.

Terms
The user must go to the SITE and answer two multiple choice question: Are you more Alice or
Trisha? Which heroine do you prefer? The result is determined by the responses given to each
question.

Designation of the winners

The winner will be determined by draw on January 4th
, 2011 following the contest by an officer
Depot jeux and results will be validated with a bailiff.
The Organizer will then contact the winner in order to send him his prize – after verification of
his eligibility.

Article III: Prizes

The participant designed will have the following prizes, according to answers given to questions
asked:

leather – € 350,00 worth, taxes included OR One (1) Deltaligne peep-toe pumps

– Natural cowhide leather – € 590,00 worth, taxes included OR One (1) BALZANE

One Longchamp belt :
- One (1) BALZANE belt referenced as 7563 714 016 – Natural young bull leather –
€ 80,00 worth, taxes included OR One (1) LEGENDE belt referenced as 7565 173 001 –
Black patent calfskin leather - € 75,00 worth, taxes included.


Should any issue come up, the Organizer takes the right to modify anytime and without any
notice the awarded prizes. Should the Organizer be unable to deliver the awarded prizes by the
participants, it should keep the right to replace the given lots by other similar prizes – with the
same technical specifications. It should be equally or more expensive. The participant may not
ask any compensation to the Organizer thereby.


Article IV : Transportation of the prizes

The winners commit themselves to send transmit to the Organizer their complete data in order
to receive their prizes – three (3) months following the information letting them know about the
result of the game at the latest. After this time, the prizes may not be distributed and will remain
the property of the Organizer.
All awarded prizes will be distributed within 3 months after the end of the game, except for
reasons that are beyond the Organizer’s control.
Any possible complaints regarding availability of the prizes must be submitted to the Organizer.
The Organizer cannot be held responsible for the transportation of the prizes to an inaccurate
address, due to the winner’s negligence. If, unintentionally, the prizes could not be transported
to their winners due to any problem (the winner moved without notifying, etc.), the prizes will
indefinitely be the Organizer’s.

The prizes cannot be exchanged for another object, or for money of any kind. They can not be
entirely or partially repaid for. The prize is not transferable to anyone else than the winner
himself.

From the mere fact of accepting the prize, the winner allows the Organizer to use his name, and
to mention his town and his area of residence in any promotional demonstration on the
Organizer’s website and any site or affiliate support, without being able to ask for compensation
other than the prize won.
Winners must comply with the regulations. If it turns out they do not meet the criteria of this
regulation, their prize would not be awarded.
For this reason, the Organizer reserves the right to request a copy of the identity card of the
winner before sending the prize. Any misrepresentation, false identity or address will result in
the immediate elimination of the participant and the appropriate reimbursement of the prizes
that have already been sent.

Article V : Refund of participating costs
The access of the SITE and the participation to the game that is therein proposed are totally
free.
Connexion costs to the SITE will be refunded to the participant at his/her request.
However, given the current status of service offers and technology, some Internet Access
Providers will make it possible for Internet users to benefit from a free or an all-inclusive
connexion. It is strictly specified that any access to the SITE carried out on a free or on an-
inclusive basis (especially such as cable connexions, ADSL or specialized links) may not make
it possible to allow any refunding, insofar as the subscription to Internet Access Providers
services is contacted by the Internet user in this case for his/her Internet use in general – also
because the fact that the participant must connect to the SITE and participate to the game
should not impose any additional cost on him/her.
In this particular case, to get the refund of his/her connexion costs as well as his/her stamping
costs on the in force costs (slow courier service), the participant must therefore send a written
request to the Organizer – established on a free written paper. This must contain the following
elements, such as his/her name, surname and personal mail address. One refund per
participant will be granted.
Article VI: Literary and artistic copyright

In accordance with French legislation on literary and artistic copyright, reproduction or
representation of all or part of the elements making up this game is strictly prohibited. The trade
marks referred to are the registered trademarks of their respective owners.

Article VII: Personal data

Once again, to take part in the game, the participants must give some personal data (first name,
last name, email address, language preference, country where he leaves).. These data are
copied and saved in a computer file and are necessary to the process of the game, the
designation of the winners and the transportation of the prizes. These data are for the
Organizer’s benefit and could be shared with technical partners and partners responsible for
sending the prizes.
When he registers to the game, the participants also confirm their subscription to the
Organizer’s newsletters. The data collected can then be used legally.
Any personal data gathered in the context of this game shall be processed in accordance with
the “Loi Informatique et Libertés” [French Data Protection Act] of 6 January 1978, modified in
2004. Any application for access, correction or opposition shall be addressed to Longchamp at

Article VIII : Liability of the Organizer
The Organizer shall not be held liable if, for reasons that are beyond its control, the game is
shortened, postponed, modified or cancelled.
Any modifications in these rules, whether or not substantial, may be made during the course of
the game, in which event they shall be brought to the participants’ attention, particularly on the
SITE.
Participation in the game implies thorough knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and
limits of the internet, particularly regarding technical performance, response times for consulting,
questioning or transferring information, more generally to all connected risks to any connexion
and transmission of the Internet, and the risk of the network being contaminated by possible
viruses.
Nor shall the Organizer be held liable for improper functioning of the SITE and/or game for a
given surfer.
The Organizer does not guarantee that the SITE and/or the game will function without
interruption or will not contain any computer errors, or that the defects observed therein will be
corrected.
The Organizer shall not be held liable if it does not, for any reason, receive the data related to
the enrolment of a participant, or if it receives them in an illegible form or in such a way as to
prevent their processing.
If necessary, the Organizer reserves the right to invalidate and/or cancel all or any part of the
game if it appears that fraud or malfunctioning occurs in any form regardless of the origin
thereof, in the context of participation in the game. The Organizer further reserves the right to
exclude from participation in the game any person who disturbs its proper course.

Article VIII: Disputes and liabilities

These rules are in accordance with the French legislation.
Participants shall be subject to the French regulations relating to games and competitions. Any
dispute which cannot be settled amicably shall be a matter for the competent courts as
designated in the French Code of Civil Procedure.


Article IX : Legal filing

to any person making a written request for one prior to the closure of the game. Requests
