Article 1 : Dispositions Générales du Jeu
La Société Interparfums, société anonyme au capital de 59 527 104 euros, dont le siège est
situé 4 rond-point des Champs-Elysées 75008 Paris, immatriculée au Registre du Commerce et
des Sociétés de Paris sous le numéro B 350 219 382 (ci-après dénommé « l’Organisateur »),
organise un jeu intitulé « Relookez-vous et osez le style Dandy ! » , qui aura lieu sur Facebook
dans la page « Lanvin Parfums » (Ci-après dénommé « le Jeu »), selon les modalités prévues
dans le présent règlement.
Ce Jeu n’est pas associé, géré ou sponsorisé par Facebook, dont la responsabilité ne
pourra en aucune manière être mise en cause du fait de l’organisation du Jeu par
l’Organisateur.
La participation au Jeu implique l’acceptation sans aucune réserve du participant au présent
règlement.
Article 2 : Conditions d’Admission au Jeu
La participation au Jeu est exclusivement réservée à toute personne physique majeure,
disposant d’un accès à Internet et d’une adresse électronique (e-mail).
Il ne sera accepté qu’une participation par personne.
Toutes personnes ne remplissant pas ces conditions ou refusant de les justifier à l’Organisateur
à première demande de ce dernier sera exclue du Jeu et ne pourra, en cas de gain, bénéficier du
lot.
Article 3 : Durée du jeu
Le Jeu débute le 20 Février 2012 à 11h00 et prend fin le 06 avril 2012, date de désignation
des gagnants.
Article 4 : Modalités d’inscription et de participation au Jeu
L’inscription et la participation au Jeu sont ouvertes du 20 février 2012 à 11h au 31 mars
2012 à 17h00, date et heure de connexion de la France Métropolitaine faisant foi.
Le Jeu est accessible exclusivement sur réseau Internet pendant la Durée du jeu sur la page
Facebook des parfums Lanvin dont l’adresse Internet est la suivante
http://www.facebook.com/parfumslanvin (ci-après la « Page du Jeu »).
Seules les inscriptions et participations par voie d’Internet seront validées.

Pour participer au Jeu, le participant doit successivement :
- Se connecter sur la Page du Jeu selon les modalités suivantes :
o Si le participant a déjà un compte Facebook, il lui suffit de se connecter à son
compte personnel afin d’accéder à la Page du Jeu
o Si le participant n’a pas de compte Facebook, il doit en créer un afin d’accéder à
la Page du Jeu
- Une fois sur son profil Facebook :
o Soit le participant est déjà Fan de la page Facebook des parfums Lanvin, et
auquel cas, il lui suffit de cliquer sur l’onglet « Révélez votre look Dandy ! »,
o Soit le participant n’est pas encore Fan, et en ce cas, il doit cliquer sur l’onglet
« J’aime », présent sur la Page du Jeu afin de devenir Fan des parfums Lanvin ;
il lui suffira alors de cliquer sur l’onglet « Révélez votre look Dandy ! » ;
- Ensuite, le participant doit joindre numériquement une photographie de lui sous forme
de portrait et la personnaliser en lui ajoutant au moins un accessoire parmi les 5 (cinq)
accessoires suivant qui lui seront proposés : chapeau haute-forme, cravate, lunettes,
moustache et noeud papillon, étant entendu que les accessoires « cravates » et « noeud
papillons » ne seront pas cumulables ;
- Le participant doit ensuite valider le choix de sa photo en cliquant sur « je valide ma
photo » ; il pourra, s’il le souhaite, publier la photo sur la page privée (son « mur ») de
son profil Facebook en maintenant la case « Publier ma photo sur mon mur » cochée. Si
le participant ne souhaite pas que sa photo soit publiée sur la page privé de son compte
Facebook (son « mur »), il a la possibilité de décocher la case « Publier ma photo sur
mon mur » ;
- Puis, le participant doit remplir le formulaire d’inscription, c'est-à-dire les champs,
nom, prénom et son adresse email, étant entendu ici que cette adresse email sera celle
qui sera utilisée par l’Organisateur pour communiquer avec le participant ;
- Et enfin, le participant devra valider sa participation en cliquant sur l’onglet « je valide
ma participation ».
Il est précisé ici que les photos jointes doivent impérativement répondre aux critères suivants :
- représenter le participant (et non une personne tierce), de préférence sur un décor neutre
- ne pas porter atteinte à l’ordre public, aux bonnes moeurs, au respect de la personne
humaine ou de sa dignité, à la protection des enfants et adolescents,
- ne pas représenter les candidats dans des tenues et/ou postures indécentes, incorrectes,
vulgaires, choquantes, dénudées et/ou susceptibles de porter atteinte aux bonnes moeurs,
- ne pas représenter de marques et/ou signes distinctifs et/ou logos visibles et/ou
représenter ou porter atteinte à un quelconque droit de propriété intellectuelle, aux
emblèmes nationaux et blasons,
- ne pas encourager, contenir ou provoquer une discrimination, une injure, la haine ou la
violence à l’égard d’une personne, notamment à raison de son origine, de son
appartenance ou non à une ethnie, une nation, une race, ou une religion déterminée, ou
de son handicap,
- ne pas comporter des données personnelles tels que noms patronymiques, numéros de
téléphones ou adresses email.
Seront automatiquement exclues les participations comportant une photo contraire aux critères
ci-dessus énumérés.

Les photos téléchargées par les participants feront ainsi l’objet d’une vérification préalable par
l’Organisateur, avant leur communication au public par le biais de la publication sur le « mur »
du participant et/ou sur la Page du Jeu.
Il est entendu que les photos que le participant aura téléchargées ne seront pas restituées au
participant à la fin du concours et seront conservées dans les conditions précisées à l’article 7
ci-après.
Il est rappelé que le participant doit obligatoirement saisir tous les champs du formulaire
d’inscription. Tout formulaire incomplet ou contenant des indications d’identité ou adresse
fausses, erronées, inexactes, ou une photo ne correspondant pas aux critères précisés dans le
règlement, entraînera la nullité de la participation.
Les photos, accompagnées du prénom du participant, sont mises en ligne au fur et à mesure de
leur réception sur la Page du Jeu, sous réserve de validation par l’Organisateur.
En prenant part au Jeu, les participants acceptent, sans restriction autres que celle prévues dans
le présent règlement, que leurs photos, prénom, nom, soient communiqués par l’Organisateur
sur la Page du Jeu et sur le site http://www.facebook.com/parfumslanvin à compter du 20
février 2012 à 11h et jusqu’au 30 avril 2012 à 23h59.
Article 4 : Détermination des gagnants
Pendant la durée de l’inscription et de la participation indiquées en article 4 du présent
règlement, le public internaute, titulaire d’un compte Facebook, pourra voter pour le candidat
de son choix dans la limite d’une fois par jour maximum.
A l’issue de cette période d’inscription, les photos téléchargées par les participants seront
soumises à la validation d’un jury composé de trois personnes membres de l’équipe marketing
de l’Organisateur (ci-après le « Jury »).
Le Jury désignera ainsi les 5 (cinq) gagnants qu’il estimera représenter le mieux la « Dandy
Attitude » par ordre de préférence, en prenant en compte les votes mentionnés précédemment.
Il est cependant précisé ici que le Jury est souverain de son choix et ne saurait être tenu par les
votes mentionnés ci-dessus dans la désignation des gagnants.
Les gagnants devront se conformer au règlement. S'il s'avérait qu'ils ne répondent pas aux
critères du présent règlement, leurs dotations ne leur seraient pas attribuées. Les participants
autorisent toutes les vérifications concernant leur identité, leur âge, leurs coordonnées postales
ou la loyauté et la sincérité de leur participation. A ce titre, l’Organisateur se réserve le droit de
demander au gagnant de justifier son identité avant l’envoi de la dotation.
Toute fausse déclaration, indication d'identité ou d'adresse fausse entraîne l'élimination
immédiate du participant et le cas échéant la restitution à l’Organisateur des lots déjà
envoyées ou le remboursement de ces lots si ces derniers ont déjà été utilisés par les
participants.
A ce titre, les dotations envoyées à un participant ne répondant pas aux critères prévus ci-en
article 1 du présent règlement devra être restituée à l’Organisateur à l’adresse suivante, ci-après

Article 5 : Détermination des lots / dotations
Les lots (appelés également et indifféremment dotations dans le présent règlement) sont
déterminés par l’Organisateur. Ils ne peuvent donner lieu à aucune contestation ni à la remise
de leur contre valeur en argent sous quelque autre forme que ce soit, ni à leur remplacement ou
échange pour quelque cause que ce soit.
Les 5 (cinq) gagnants désignés par le Jury remporteront les lots suivants dans les
conditions ci-dessous :
1er gagnant : 1(un) lot de « 1(un) porte-monnaie Lanvin, d’une valeur unitaire de 285 € TTC
(deux cent quatre-vingts cinq euros toutes taxes comprises) et 1 (un) flacon de 100 ml de la

TTC (soixante-dix euros toutes taxes comprises) » d’une valeur unitaire totale de 355 € TTC

3ème gagnant : 1(un) lot de « 1 (une) écharpe de la marque Lanvin, d’une valeur unitaire de
135 € TTC (cent trente cinq euros toutes taxes comprises) et 1 (un) flacon de 100 ml de la
nouvelle fragrance Lanvin dénommée AVANT GARDE d’une valeur unitaire de 70 € TTC
(soixante-dix euros toutes taxes comprises) », d’une valeur unitaire totale de 205 € TTC (deux
cent cinq euros toutes taxes comprises).
4ème gagnant : 1(un) lot de « 1 (un) flacon de 100 ml de la nouvelle fragrance Lanvin
dénommée AVANT GARDE », d’une valeur unitaire de 70 € TTC (soixante-dix euros toutes
taxes comprises).
5ème gagnant : 1(un) lot de « 1 (un) flacon de 100 ml de la nouvelle fragrance Lanvin
dénommée AVANT GARDE », d’une valeur unitaire de 70 € TTC (soixante-dix euros toutes
taxes comprises).
Article 6 : information des gagnants et délivrance des lots
Les participants désignés comme gagnants par le Jury dans les conditions prévues à l’article 4
du présent règlement en seront informés par l'Organisateur par l’envoi d’un courrier
électronique, à leur adresse email personnelle saisie lors de leur participation dans le mois
suivant la fin du Jeu. Les gagnants recevant le courrier électronique les informant de leur gain
doivent alors se manifester auprès de l’Organisateur afin de préciser s’ils acceptent ou non leur
gain, et ce dans un délai d’un mois suivant l’envoi de ce courrier par courrier électronique à
l’adresse email suivante : lejeu@lanvinparfums.fr, en y indiquant leurs nom, prénom, adresse
postale (comprenant notamment l’indication de sa ville et de son département).

La délivrance des lots est subordonnée à la validité de la participation comme indiqué en article
2 et 4 du présent règlement.
Du seul fait de l’acceptation de son prix par l’envoi du courrier précité, les gagnants autorisent
l’Organisateur à utiliser sur son site Internet leurs nom(s), prénom(s), dans un but
d’informations, sans que cette utilisation puisse ouvrir de droit à rémunération autre que le prix
gagné.
Si un désigné gagnant ne se manifeste pas auprès de l’Organisateur dans le mois suivant l'envoi
du courrier électronique par l’Organisateur il sera considéré comme ayant renoncé à sa
dotation. Cette dotation restera donc la propriété de l'Organisateur.
Les lots seront acheminés par voie postale dans un délai de 60 (soixante) jours suivant la
réception par l’Organisateur du courrier électronique précité, envoyé par les gagnants à
l’Organisateur, dans lequel ces derniers confirmeront leurs coordonnées et leur qualité de
gagnant.
L’Organisateur ne pourra être tenu pour responsable de l'envoi des dotations à une adresse
inexacte du fait de la négligence des gagnants. A ce titre, il est entendu que si les dotations
n'ont pu être livrées à leur destinataire pour quelque raison que ce soit, indépendamment de la
volonté de l’Organisateur (le gagnant ayant déménagé sans mettre à jour son adresse, etc.…),
elles resteront définitivement la propriété de l’Organisateur.
Article 7 : Données Personnelles
Il est rappelé que pour participer au Jeu, les participants doivent nécessairement fournir
certaines informations personnelles les concernant (comme leurs noms, prénoms, adresses
email et postales).
Conformément à la Loi Informatique et Libertés du 6 janvier 1978 telle que modifiée par la Loi
du 6 août 2004, les participants disposent d’un droit d’accès, de rectification et de radiation des
informations nominatives les concernant collectées dans le cadre du Jeu. Ils disposent en outre
d’un droit d’opposition quant à la collecte de leurs données personnelles. Ce droit peut être
exercé gratuitement sur simple demande en indiquant par courrier l’objet de sa demande et ses
nom, prénom(s) et adresse postale à l’Adresse du Jeu.
Ces informations sont enregistrées et sauvegardées dans un fichier informatique et sont
nécessaires à la prise en compte de leur participation, à la détermination des gagnants et à
l'attribution et à l’acheminement des dotations.
Ces informations sont destinées à l’Organisateur mais pourront, dans le cadre du Jeu, être
transmises à ses prestataires techniques et au prestataire assurant l’envoi des dotations.
En participant au Jeu, le participant pourra également solliciter son inscription aux courriers
électroniques d’information et offres promotionnelles de l’Organisateur.
S’agissant des photos mentionnées à l’article 4 du présent règlement, conditionnant la validité
de l’inscription et de la participation des participants, l’Organisateur s’engage à ne pas les

utiliser d’une autre façon que celle prévue au présent règlement. Conformément à la Loi
Informatique et Libertés du 6 janvier 1978 telle que modifiée par la Loi du 6 août 2004
précitée, elles seront conservées sous une forme permettant l’identification des personnes
concernées pendant une durée qui n’excède pas la durée nécessaire aux finalités du Jeu.
Article 8 : Limitation de Responsabilité de l’Organisateur
La responsabilité de l’Organisateur ne saurait être engagée, si, en cas de force majeure ou
d'événements indépendants de sa volonté, elle était amenée à annuler le présent Jeu, à
l'écourter, le proroger, le reporter ou en modifier les conditions et ce sans que cette décision ne
puisse être remise en cause par les participants et sans un quelconque dommage moral ou
financier pour les participants.
La responsabilité de l’Organisateur ne saurait être engagée si :
- les participants subissaient une panne technique quelconque lui empêchant de s’inscrire
et/ou participer ou d’envoyer un courrier électronique de confirmation (notamment état
le la ligne, incident serveur, déconnexion accidentelle)
- les participants fournissaient des coordonnées inexactes ou incomplètes ne permettant
pas de les informer de leurs gains ou de leur faire parvenir le lot éventuellement
attribué.
La participation au Jeu par Internet / Facebook implique la connaissance et l’acceptation des
caractéristiques et des limites des technologies utilisées par l’Internet et les technologies qui y
sont liées, notamment en ce qui concerne les performances techniques, les temps de réponse
pour consulter, interroger ou transférer des informations, les risques d’interruption, et plus
généralement, les risques inhérents à toute connexion et transmission, l’absence de protection
de certaines données contre des détournement éventuels et les risques de contamination par des
éventuels virus circulant sur le réseau Internet.
A ce titre, l’Organisateur met tout en oeuvre pour offrir aux utilisateurs des informations et/ou
outils disponibles et vérifiés, mais ne saurait être tenue pour responsable des erreurs
(notamment d’affichage sur le site du Jeu, d’envoi d’e-mails erronés aux participants), d’une
absence de disponibilité des informations et/ou de la présence de virus sur leur site, de tout
dysfonctionnement du réseau Internet empêchant le bon déroulement du Jeu ; des interruptions,
des délais de transmission des données, des défaillances de l’ordinateur, du téléphone, du
modem, de la ligne téléphonique du participant, des serveurs, des fournisseurs d’accès Internet,
des opérateurs de téléphonie, des équipements informatiques, des logiciels ; de la perte de tout
courrier électronique et plus généralement, de la perte de toute donnée, des conséquences de
tous virus, bug informatique, anomalie, défaillance technique, de tout dommage causé à
l’ordinateur d’un participant, de toute défaillance technique, matérielle et logicielle de quelque
nature, ayant empêché ou limité la possibilité de participer au Jeu ou ayant endommagé le
système d’un participant. Il appartient ainsi à tout participant de prendre toutes les mesures
appropriées de façon à protéger ses propres données et/ ou logiciels stockés sur son équipement
informatique et téléphonique contre tout atteinte. La connexion de toute personne au site et la
participation au Jeu se fait sous son entière responsabilité.
En outre, l’Organisateur ne peut être tenue responsable des retards, pertes, avaries
occasionnées aux dotations lors de leur acheminement ou du manque de lisibilité des cachets
postaux.

Enfin, il est entendu que dès l’instant où les photographies mentionnées en article 4 du présent
règlement seront téléchargées sur la page privée du participant (sur son « mur ») par le biais de
l’option « publier ma photo sur mon mur », celui-ci sera responsable de la gestion de cette
dernière, l’Organisateur n’étant maître et responsable que de la Page du Jeu. L’Organisateur ne
saurait alors être tenu pour responsable en cas de communication de la photographie sur la
page privé du participant au delà de la durée mentionnée en article 4 du présent règlement, ou
pour toute autre finalité que celle prévue par ledit règlement.
Article 9 : Dépôt du Règlement
Comme indiqué en article 1 du présent règlement la participation au Jeu implique l’acceptation
sans aucune réserve du participant au présent règlement.
Le présent règlement est déposé auprès de l’Etude Synergie Huissiers 13, sis au 21, Rue
Bonnefoy 13006 MARSEILLE. Le présent règlement est consultable sur la Page du Jeu
pendant toute la durée du Jeu.
Tout contrevenant à l’un ou plusieurs des articles du présent règlement se verra privé de son
droit de participer au Jeu ainsi que, le cas échéant, de la dotation obtenue.
Article 10 : Droit applicable - différends
Le Jeu et le présent Règlement ont été élaborés et interprétés en conformité avec les lois
françaises en vigueur.
En cas de contestation, réclamation ou différent relatif au Jeu ou au présent Règlement, les
différentes parties tenteront de trouver un règlement amiable. Si les parties ne parviennent pas
à trouver ce règlement amiable, le désaccord sera du ressort exclusif des tribunaux compétents
de Paris.

Rules governing the Contest “Reinvent your style and dare the Dandy one!”
Article 1 : General provisions governing the Contest
Interparfums, a public limited liability company [société anonyme], having share capital of
EUR 59,527,104, having its registered office at 4 rond-point des Champs-Elysées 75008 Paris,
registered at the Paris Company Register under No. B 350 219 382 (hereinafter referred to as
“the Organiser”), is organising a Contest titled “Reinvent your style and dare the Dandy one!” ,
which will take place on Facebook on the “Lanvin Parfums” page (hereinafter referred to as
“the Contest”), in accordance with the conditions contained in these Rules.
This Contest is not associated with or managed or sponsored by Facebook, which cannot
in any way incur liability as a result of the Organiser’s organisation of the Contest.
Participation in the Contest implies the participant’s unconditional acceptance of these Rules.
Article 2 : Contest admission conditions
Participation in the Contest is exclusively reserved for any adult natural person having Internet
access and an e-mail address.
Only one participation per person will be accepted.
All persons not satisfying these conditions or refusing to prove the satisfaction of these
conditions to the Organiser as soon as requested by the latter shall be barred from the Contest
and shall not be entitled to their prize, should they win a prize.
Article 3 : Contest period
The Contest will start on 20 February 2012 at 11 AM and shall end on 6 April 2012, the
date on which the winners will be designated.
Article 4 : Contest registration and participation conditions
Registration for and participation in the Contest are open from 20 February 2012 at 11
am to 31 March 2012 at 5 pm; metropolitan France connection date and times shall be
authoritative.
The Contest can only be accessed on the Internet network during the Contest period, on the
Facebook page of Parfums Lanvin, the Internet address of which is as follows:
http://www.facebook.com/parfumslanvin (hereinafter the “Contest Page”).
Only registrations and participation by Internet shall be validated.
To participate in the Contest, the participant must do the following, in succession:

- Connect to the Contest Page, in accordance with the following conditions:
o If the participant already has a Facebook account, he need only connect to his
personal account in order to access the Contest Page
o If the participant does not have a Facebook account, he must create one in order
to access the Contest Page
- Once on his Facebook profile:
o Either the participant is already a Fan of the Facebook page of Parfums Lanvin,
in which case, he need only click on the “Reveal your Dandy style!” tab,
o Or the participant is not yet a Fan, in which case, he must click on the "Like"
tab present on the Contest Page, in order to become a fan of Parfums Lanvins;
in this case, he need only click on the “Reveal your Dandy style!” tab;
- Then, the participant must digitally attach a portrait photograph of himself and
personalise said photo by adding to it at least one accessory from among the 5 (five)
following accessories, which will be offered to him: top hat, tie, glasses, moustache and
a bowtie; it is understood that the "tie" and "bowtie" accessories cannot be combined;
- The participant must then validate the choice of his photo by clicking on "I validate my
photo"; he will be able, if he so wishes, to publish the photo on the private page (his
"wall") of his Facebook profile, by keeping the "Publish my photo on my wall" box
ticked. If the participant does not wish for his photo to be published on the private page
of his Facebook account (his "wall"), he can untick the "Publish my photo on my wall"
box;
- Then, the participant must fill out the registration form, i.e. the fields, surname, given
name and email address; it is understood here that this email address shall be the email
address that will be used by the Organiser to communicate with the participant;
- And finally, the participant must confirm his participation by clicking on the "I validate
my participation" tab.
It is hereby stipulated that the attached photos must satisfy the following criteria :
- they must represent the participant (rather than another person), preferably against a
neutral décor
- they must not violate public policy or be immoral; it must respect human beings and
their dignity, and protect children and adolescents,
- they must not represent the candidates in clothing and/or positions that are indecent,
inappropriate, vulgar, shocking, unclothed and/or that could to be immoral,
- they must not represent trademarks and/or distinctive signs and/or visible logos and/or
represent or violate any intellectual property rights, national emblems and heraldry,
- that must not encourage, contain or provoke discrimination, insult, hatred or violence
vis-à-vis a person, in particular, as a result of his origin, whether or not he belongs to an
ethnic group, a nation, a race, or a specific religion, or his handicap,
- they must not contain personal data such as surnames, telephone numbers or e-mail
addresses.
The following shall be automatically barred: participations containing a photo that does not
satisfy the above criteria.
Accordingly, photos downloaded by the participants shall be checked beforehand by the
Organiser, before they are disseminated to the public via the publication on the participant’s
"wall" and/or on the Contest Page.

It is understood that the photos that the participant has downloaded will not be returned to the
participant at the end of the contest and will be kept in the conditions specified in Article 7
hereunder.
It is hereby recalled that the participant must necessarily fill out all of the registration form’s
fields. Any incomplete form or any form containing false, erroneous, or inaccurate identity or
address information, or any form containing a photo not satisfying the criteria specified in the
Rules shall void the participation.
The photos, together with the participant’s given name, shall be placed online as and when they
are received on the Contest Page, subject to confirmation by the Organiser.
By participating in the Contest, participants accept, without any restrictions other than those
stipulated in these Rules, that their photos, given name and surname can be communicated by
the Organiser on the Contest Page and on the site: http://www.facebook.com/parfumslanvin,
from 20 February 2012 at 11 am until 30 April 2012 at 11:59 pm.
Article 4 : Determination of the winners
Internet users holding a Facebook account can vote for the candidate of their choice, up to once
a day, during the registration and participation period indicated in Article 4 of these Rules.
At the end of this registration period, the photos downloaded by the participants shall be
submitted for confirmation to a jury comprised of three individual members of the Organiser's
marketing team (hereinafter referred to as the "Jury").
Accordingly, the Jury shall designate the 5 (five) winners that it deems best represent the
“Dandy Attitude”, in order of preference, taking account of the previously mentioned votes.
However, it is hereby stipulated that the decision of the Jury shall be completely independent
and that the Jury cannot be bound by the above-mentioned votes when designating the winners.
The winners must comply with the Rules. If they do not satisfy the criteria contained in these
Rules, their prizes shall not be awarded to them. The participants shall allow any checks
concerning their identity, age, post office contact information or the fairness and truthfulness of
their participation. As such, the Organiser reserves the right to ask the winner to prove his
identity prior to dispatching the prize.
Any false declaration, any false information or false address shall give rise to the participant's
immediate elimination and, if applicable, the return to the Organiser of the prizes already
dispatched or the reimbursement of these prizes if the latter have already been used by the
participants.
In this connection, the prizes sent to a participant but not satisfying the criteria referred to in
Article 1 above of these Rules must be returned to the Organiser to the following address,

Article 5 : Determination of the prizes
The prizes are determined by the Organiser. They cannot give rise to any challenge or to the
handing over of their equivalent value in cash in any other form whatsoever, nor to their
replacement or exchange for any reason whatsoever.
The 5 (five) winners designated by the Jury shall win the following prizes in the
conditions defined below:
1st winner: 1 (one) prize of “1 (one) Lanvin wallet, having a value of EUR 285, including all
taxes (two hundred and eighty-five euros, including all taxes) and 1 (one) 100 ml flask of the
new Lanvin fragrance called AVANT GARDE, having a value of EUR 70, including all
taxes (seventy euros, including all taxes), having a total value of EUR 355, including all taxes
(three hundred and fifty-five euros, including all taxes).
2nd winner: 1 (one) prize of “1 (one) Lanvin wallet, having a value of EUR 285, including all
taxes (two hundred and eighty-five euros, including all taxes) and 1 (one) 100 ml flask of the
new Lanvin fragrance called AVANT GARDE, having a value of EUR 70, including all

taxes (seventy euros, including all taxes)”, having a total value of EUR 205, including all taxes
(two hundred and five euros, including all taxes).
4th winner: 1 (one) prize of “1 (one) 100 ml flask of the new Lanvin fragrance called
AVANT GARDE”, having a value of EUR 70, including all taxes (seventy euros, including all
taxes).
5th winner: 1 (one) prize of “1 (one) 100 ml flask of the new Lanvin fragrance called
AVANT GARDE”, having a value of EUR 70, including all taxes (seventy euros, including all
taxes).
Article 6 : information communicated to the winners and delivery of the prizes
The Organiser shall notify by email the participants designated as winners by the Jury in the
conditions stipulated in Article 4 of these Rules that they have won, to the personal email
address entered at the time of their participation, within one month following the end of the
Contest. Winners receiving the email informing them that they have won must then contact the
Organiser in order to indicate whether or not they accept their prize, within one month
following the sending of this email, by email, to the following email address:
lejeu@lanvinparfums.fr, indicating their surnames, given name, and postal address (including,
in particular, the name of the winner’s town/city and region [département]).
The delivery of the prizes is conditional upon the participation’s validity, as indicated in
Article 2 and 4 of these Rules.

Merely by accepting their prizes by sending the aforementioned email, the winners authorise
the Organiser to use on its Internet site their surnames and given names for information
purposes, although this use cannot give rise to any remuneration other than the prize won.
If a designated winner does not contact the Organiser within one month following the sending
of the email by the Organiser, it shall be deemed to have waived its prize. Accordingly, this
prize shall be kept by the Organiser.
The prizes shall be dispatched by postal mail within 60 (sixty) days following the Organiser’s
receipt of the aforementioned email, sent by the winners to the Organiser, in which the latter
will confirm their contact information and their identity as winners.
The Organiser cannot be held liable for the sending of the prizes to an address that is incorrect
as a result of negligence by the winners. Accordingly, it is understood that if it was not possible
to deliver the prizes to their recipient for any reason whatsoever outside the Organiser’s control
(if the winner has moved house, without updating his address, etc.) said prizes shall be kept by
the Organiser.
Article 7 : Personal data
It is recalled that in order to participate in the Contest, the participants must necessarily provide
certain personal information concerning them (such as their surnames, given names, and their
email and postal addresses).
In accordance with France's Data Processing and Freedoms Act [Loi Informatique et Libertés]
of 6 January 1978, as amended by the Act of 6 August 2004, the participants are entitled to
access, rectify and delete personal information concerning them and collected for the purposes
of the Contest. They also have a right of opposition concerning the collection of their personal
data. This right can be exercised free of charge, by sending a request, indicating by letter the
subject matter of his request and his surname, and given and middle names and postal address,
sent to the Contest Address.
This information is recorded and saved in a computer file and is needed to process their
participation, determine the winners, and award and dispatch the prizes.
Although this information is intended for the Organiser, for the purposes of the Contest, it can
be transmitted to the Organiser's technical service providers and to the provider responsible for
dispatching the prizes.
By participating in the Contest, the participant can also request his inclusion in the Organiser's
information email and promotional offers list.
The Organiser covenants not to use the photos mentioned in Article 4 of these Rules, upon
which the validity of the participants’ registration and participation is conditional, in a manner
other than the manner indicated in these Rules. In accordance with the Data Processing and
Freedoms Act of 6 January 1978, as amended by the aforementioned Act of 6 August 2004,
said photos shall be kept in a form permitting the identification of the persons in question, for a
period of time that cannot exceed the period of time necessary to the purposes of the Contest.

Article 8 : Limitation of the Organiser’s Liability
The Organiser shall not incur liability if ―in case of a force majeure situation or events outside
its control― it cancels, shortens, defers or postpones this Contest or modifies its conditions, in
which case this decision cannot be challenged by the participants and without any nonpecuniary
or pecuniary damage for the participants.
The Organiser cannot incur liability if:
- the participants incur any technical problem preventing them from registering and/or
participating or sending a confirmation email (in particular, condition of the line, server
incident or accidental disconnection)
- the participants supply inaccurate or incomplete contact information making it
impossible to inform them of their wins or to dispatch to them the prize awarded, if
applicable.
Participation in the Contest through the Internet/Facebook implies knowledge and acceptance
of the characteristics and limits of the technologies used by the Internet and the associated
technologies, in particular, as regards technical performance and response time, to consult,
query or transfer information, the risks of interruption and, more generally, the risks inherent to
any connection and transmission, the absence of protection of certain data against possible
diversion and the risks of contamination by any viruses circulating on the Internet network.
In this connection, although the Organiser shall do everything in its power to offer users
information and/or tools that are available and have been checked, it cannot be held liable for
errors (in particular, for display errors on the Contest site, or for the sending of erroneous
emails to the participants), for the unavailability of the information and/or the presence of
viruses on the site, or for any malfunction of the Internet site that impedes the Contest’s
smooth implementation; or for interruptions, data transfer times, problems involving the
participant’s computer, telephone, modem, telephone lines, servers, Internet access providers,
telephony operators, IT equipment and software programs; or for the loss of any email and,
more generally, for the loss of any data, the consequences of any computer virus, bug,
anomaly, technical problem, or for any damage caused to a participant’s computer, or any type
of technical, hardware or software problem having prevented or limited the participant’s ability
to participate in the Contest, or having damaged a participant’s system. Accordingly, each
participant is responsible for taking all appropriate measures to protect its own data and/or the
software programs stored on its IT and telephony equipment from any attack. The connection
of any person to the site and participation in the Contest shall take place under said person's
entire responsibility.
In addition, the Organiser cannot be held liable for prizes that arrive late, or for prizes that are
lost or damaged during their dispatching, or if postal seals are illegible.
Finally, it is understood that as soon as the photographs mentioned in Article 4 of these Rules
will be downloaded on the participant's private page (or on the participant’s "wall") via the
"publish my photo on my wall" option, said participant shall be responsible for managing said
photo, and the Organiser shall only control and be responsible for the Contest Page. In this
case, the Organiser cannot be held liable if the photograph is disseminated on the participant's
private page after the period of time mentioned in Article 4 of these Rules, or for any purpose
other than the purpose stipulated by said Rules.

Article 9 : Filing of the Rules
As indicated in Article 1 of these Rules, participation in the Contest implies the participant’s
unconditional acceptance of these Rules.
These Rules shall be filed at l’Etude Synergie Huissiers 13, located at 21, Rue Bonnefoy 13006
MARSEILLE, France. These Rules can be consulted on the Contest Page throughout the term
of the Contest.
Any person violating one or more of the articles of these Rules shall be stripped of his right to
participate in the Contest, as well as, if applicable, the prize obtained.
Article 10 : Governing law - disputes
The Contest and these Rules were drawn up and construed in accordance with French laws in
force.
The various parties shall attempt to resolve amicably any dispute, complaint or disagreement
concerning the Contest or these Rules. The competent courts of Paris shall have full
jurisdiction to resolve any dispute that the parties fail to resolve amongst themselves.
