gratuit et sans obligation d'achat, sur http://www.facebook.com/Concorde.La.Fayette, du
12/11/2012 au 17/12/2012.
Article II : Accès au jeu
Le jeu est uniquement accessible à l’adresse suivante :

La société organisatrice informe expressément les participants au Jeu, et les participants
au Jeu reconnaissent, que Facebook ne parraine pas le Jeu ni ne gère le Jeu de quelque
façon que ce soit. Les informations fournies par les participants dans le cadre de la
participation au Jeu sont destinées à la Société Organisatrice, et non à Facebook.
Article III : Conditions générales
Le jeu est ouvert à toutes les personnes majeures (plus de 18 ans).
La participation à ce jeu gratuit, sans obligation d'achat, est ouverte à toute personne
possédant une connexion Internet et une adresse email valide (sauf pour le personnel
et les représentants de la société organisatrice, ses partenaires et sous-traitants ainsi
que leurs conseillers et les membres de leur famille).
Les participants ne donnant pas leur nom, adresse mail, préférence de langage et pays
d’origine de manière complète ou erronée se verrontdisqualifiés.
La participation au jeu implique l'acceptation du présent règlement. Toute personne qui
ne respectera pas les règles ne pourra ni participer au jeu ni gagner un prix.
Principe du jeu :
L'utilisateur doit se rendre sur le site http://www.facebook.com/Concorde.La.Fayette et
répondre aux questions à choix multiples :

Quels sont les deux moyens de récupérer la clef au eCheck-in ?
- Scanner le QR code ou taper le code à 4 chiffres
- Appeler un numéro spécial ou demander sa clef à la reception
Question 2 :
Quel est le bénéfice principal du eCheck-out ?
- Je passe par la réception pour régler ma facture
- Le gain de temps : je reçois directement ma facture, je la règle en ligne sans
passer par la réception !
Les participants doivent également répondre positivement à la question « J'ai lu et
j'accepte les conditions ». Les participants qui ont complété avec succès les champs
obligatoires seront automatiquement inscrits pour participer au jeu.
Désignation du gagnant :
Le gagnant sera tiré au sort le 1er jour ouvrable suivant la fin du concours par un
huissier.
Le gagnant sera tiré au sort parmi les joueurs ayant répondu correctement aux 2
questions.
L’Organisateur contactera ensuite le gagnant de sorte à lui envoyer le prix.
Article IV : Les prix
Ce jeu est doté des prix suivant :
•Une (1) nuit dans l’une de nos suites vue Tour Eiffel pour deux (2) personnes,
petit-déjeuner buffet inclusà l’Hôtel Concorde La Fayette et 2 consommations
offertes au Bar La Vue. Valable sur réservation préalable et selon disponibilité,
pour un séjour compris entre le 11 décembre 2012 etle 30 avril 2013, hors
période de congrès, de festivals et jour de l’An. Les transports et acheminement
ne sont pas compris. La valeur de ce prix est estimée à 350 (trois cent
cinquente) euros.
Le gagnant recevra un bon cadeau électronique à utiliser, selon la disponibilité de
l’hôtel au moment de la réservation, à valoir avantle 30 avril 2013.
Les prix ne peuvent être remboursés entièrement ou partiellement. Le prix ne peut être
envoyé à une autre personne que le gagnant lui-même.
Les gagnants seront désignés après vérification de leur éligibilité à gagner le prix.
Si le gagnant n’a pas répondu dans un délai de 60 (soixante) jours au plus tard après
avoir été informé du résultat à l’issue du jeu concours, le gagnant sera disqualifié et le
gain sera attribué au suppléant.
En acceptant la dotation, le gagnant autorise expressément l’Organisateur à utiliser son
nom, en faisant référence à sa ville de résidence sur tous les supports souhaités par
l’Organisateur et à toutes fins nécessaires et notamment sur le site internet et sur tous
les sites et les supports affilés, et ce sans aucune autre compensation que la dotation
initialement prévue.
En participant, le gagnant s’engage à accepter l’ensemble des conditions écrites dans
ce règlement. S’il s’avérait que le gagnant ne remplisse pas l’ensemble des critères
décrits dans ce règlement, le prix ne pourra lui être attribué.
Pour ces motifs, l’Organisateur se réserve le droitd’exiger au gagnant la copie d’une
pièce d’identité avant d’expédier la dotation. Toute absence de présentation de ces
justificatifs, de fausse identité ou adresse erronée entrainera immédiatement et
irrévocablement l’élimination du participant et la demande de restitution ou de
remboursement de la dotation qu’il aurait déjà reçu.
Article V : Envoi de la dotation
Les prix ne peuvent être échangés pour un autre objet, ou remboursés entièrement ou
partiellement par de l'argent. Le prix ne peut êtreenvoyé à une autre personne que le
vainqueur lui-même.
Article VI : Remboursement des frais de participation
Le remboursement des frais de connexion lies à la participation au jeu peut être faite
uniquement dans la limite de 2 minutes, sur la basedes tarifs de France Telecom (0.16
euro/minute).
Les participants ne payant pas les frais de connexion (forfait illimité, ADSL…) ne
pourront se voir remboursés.
Le remboursement peut être demandé par demande écrite adressée l’organisateur.
Les participants devront clairement mentionner leurnom et prénom, leur adresse
complète et adresser leurs coordonnées bancaires ainsi qu’une copie d’une facture
justificative des dates et heures de connexion correspondant à la participation au jeu.
Le remboursement de la demande de remboursement desfrais de connexion peut être
également demandé sur la base du tarif d’une lettreaffranchie au tarif économique.
Article VII : Droit d'auteur littéraire et artistique
Conformément à la législation française sur le droit d'auteur, la reproduction littéraire et
artistique ou la représentation de tout ou partie des éléments composant ce jeu sont
strictement interdites. Les marques citées sont desmarques déposées de leurs
propriétaires respectifs.
Article VIII : Les données personnelles - Informatique et Libertés
Une fois les participants ayant pris part au jeu, ils doivent fournir quelques données
personnelles (nom, prénom, adresse e-mail, la langue de préférence, pays).Ces
données sont copiées et sauvegardées dans un fichier informatique et sont nécessaires
pour le processus du jeu, la désignation des gagnants et le transport des prix. Ces
données sont pour le bénéfice de l'Organisateur et peuvent être partagées avec les
partenaires techniques et les partenaires responsables de l'envoi des prix.
Quand les participants s’enregistrent pour le jeu, les participants ont également
confirmé leur abonnement aux bulletins d'information de l'Organisateur.
Les données recueillies peuvent ensuite être utilisées légalement.
Toutes les données personnelles recueillies dans lecadre de ce jeu sont traitées
conformément à la loi "Informatique et Libertés" du6 janvier 1978. En vertu de l'article
27 de la loi française de protection des données, tous les participants dans le jeu ainsi

Article IX : Remboursement des frais de participation
L’accès au site et la participation au jeu qui y est proposée sont entièrement libres et
gratuits. Les frais de connexion au site, exposés par le participant, lui seront donc
remboursés à sa demande.
Cependant, étant observé qu’en l’état actuel des offres de service et de la technologie,
certains fournisseurs d’accès à Internet offrent une connexion gratuite ou forfaitaire aux
internautes, il est expressément convenu que tout accès au site s’effectuant sur une
base gratuite ou forfaitaire (tels que notamment connexion par câble, ADSL ou liaison
spécialisée) ne pourra donner lieu à aucun remboursement, dans la mesure où
l’abonnement aux services du fournisseur d’accès est dans ce cas contracté par
l’internaute pour son usage de l’Internet en général et que le fait pour le participant de
se connecter au site et de participer au jeu ne luioccasionne aucun frais ou débours
supplémentaire.
Le cas échéant, pour obtenir le remboursement de ses frais de connexion, ainsi que les
frais d’affranchissement de sa demande de remboursement, sur la base du tarif postal
en vigueur (courrier lent), le participant doit donc adresser à la Société organisatrice
une demande écrite, établie sur papier libre, contenant les éléments suivants :

copie du règlement peut être adressée sans frais à toute personne faisant une
demande écrite avant la fin du jeu. Les demandes doivent être envoyées par la poste à

Article II: Access to the game

The organizer expressly informs the participants inthe Game and the Game
participants recognize that Facebook does not endorse nor manages the game in any
way whatsoever. Information provided by participants through participation in the game
are for the Organising Company and not to Facebook.
Article III: Conditions and terms
The game is for all people over 18 years old.
Participation in this free game, which carries no obligation to buy, is open to any
individual with an Internet connection and a valid email address (save for staff and
representatives of the organizing company, its partners and sub contractors as well as
their advisers and members of their families).
Participants who didn’t give their full names, email address, language preference and
originating country or who partially or wrongly gave them will be disqualified. So will be
all the participants who refuse to have the necessary private information collected
recorded and used by Concorde La Fayette.
The participation in the game implies the acceptation of the present rules. Any breaking
the rules brings about the cancellation of the participation and of the chances to get a
prize.

answer to the following quiz:

Participants must also respond positively to the question "I read and agree with the
terms of the competition”. Participants who will have successfully completed the
required fields will be automatically registered for participation in the game.
Designation of the winner
The only winner will be drawn under bailiff controlon the first working day of the
following day, among all the participants who foundthe four correct answers.
The Organizer will then contact the winner in orderto send him/her the prize.
Article IV: Prizes
This game is endowed with the following prizes:
•One (1) night for two (2) people in a suite with aview over Paris and the Eiffel
Tower, comprising buffet breakfast at the Hotel Concorde La Fayette and 2
drinks at the Bar La Vue, excluding transport and transfers on prior reservation
with the hotel. Reservation required. Subject to availability only from 11/12/12 to
30/04/2013, outside of any congresses, festivals, July, August and New Year’s
Eve. The value of this prize is estimated at 350 (three hundred and fifty) euros
The winner will receive an electronic gift certificate to use, depending on availability of
the hotel at the time of reservation, before 30

April 2013.
Prizes may not be replaced by a cash payment or anyother form of compensation and
are non-transferrable. Prizes are not transferable to anyone else than the winner
himself.
Winners will be named after checking their eligibility to win the prize.
If the winners have not replied within sixty (60) days of being informed of their win, they
will be disqualified.
From the mere fact of accepting the prize, the winner allows the Organizer to use his
name, and to mention his town and his area of residence in any promotional
demonstration on the Organizer’s website and any site or affiliate support, without being
able to ask for compensation other than the prize won.
Winners must comply with the regulations. If it turns out they do not meet the criteria of
this regulation, their prize would not be awarded. Entrants authorize all checks on
identity, age, postal address or their loyalty and sincerity of their participation. For this
reason, the organizer reserves the right to requesta copy of the identity card of the
winner before sending the prize. Any misrepresentation, false identity or address
will result in the immediate elimination of the participant and the appropriate
reimbursement of the prizes that have already been sent.
Article V: Transportation of the prizes
The prizes cannot be exchanged for another object, or for money of any kind. They
cannot be entirely or partially repaid for. The participants are informed that the
exchange or sale of the prize is prohibited. The prize is not transferable to anyone else
than the winner himself.
Article VI: No purchase required
The refund for the connection fees linked to the participation in the game can be done
only in the limit of two minutes on the base of France Telecom tariffs to this day (0.16
euro/minute).
Participants who don’t pay the connection fees (unlimited subscriptions, ADSL…)
cannot be repaid.
The refund can be asked by written request sent to the organizing company.
Participants must clearly write their first and last name, full address and send their bank
account details and the photocopy of the appropriate bill with the dates and hours
concerned underlined.
The refund for the repayment request can be obtained on the basis of the economical
tariff for a letter.
Article VII: Literary and artistic copyright
In accordance with French legislation on literary and artistic copyright, reproduction or
representation of all or part of the elements making up this game is strictly prohibited.
The trade marks referred to are the registered trademarks of their respective owners.
Article VIII: Personal data
Once again, to take part in the game, the participants must give some personal data
(first name, last name, email address, language preference, country where he leaves)..
These data are copied and saved in a computer file and are necessary to the process of
the game, the designation of the winners and the transportation of the prizes. These
data are for the organizer’s benefit and could be shared with technical partners and
partners responsible for sending the prizes.
When he registers to the game, the participants also confirm their subscription to the
organizer’s newsletters. The data collected can then be used legally.
Any personal data gathered in the context of this game shall be processed in
accordance with the “Loi Informatique et Libertés” [French Data Protection Act] from 6
