Règlement du jeu-concours Zalando n°604832 1 shooting avec stylisme pour 2 personnes avec des looks Zalando (3 000 €).

FR : Conditions Générales du Jeu-Concours “Star Academy x Zalando – Vote ton duo préféré”
Zalando SE (« Zalando »), dont l'adresse enregistrée est Valeska-Gert-Straße 5, Berlin, Allemagne,
immatriculée au registre du commerce Amtsgericht Berlin (Charlottenburg) sous le numéro HRB
158855B, organise un jeu-concours en France, permettant à un participant et à une personne de son
choix de gagner un shooting en duo avec stylisme et des looks Zalando, d’une valeur totale maximale
de 3 000 € TTC (le « Jeu-Concours »). La participation à ce Jeu-Concours implique l’acceptation sans
réserve du présent règlement par tous les participants.
§ 1 Conditions
1. La période du Jeu-Concours va du 07.10.2026, 12h00 au 14.10.2026, 12h00 (la « Période du
Jeu-Concours »). Le Jeu-Concours sera promu via le compte Instagram de @zalando.fr.
2. Le territoire sera la France (« le Territoire »).
3. La participation est gratuite et les participants ne sont pas tenus d'effectuer un achat pour
participer.
4. Les participations en dehors de la Période du Jeu-Concours et du Territoire ne seront pas
éligibles pour gagner le Prix.
§ 2 Participants / Exclusion du Jeu-Concours
1. Les participants au Jeu-Concours doivent être majeurs (18 ans ou plus) et résider dans le
Territoire (« Participants »). Chaque Participant peut participer plusieurs fois pendant la
Période du Jeu-Concours et doit fournir les informations personnelles requises de manière
complète et exacte.
2. Les employés de Zalando sont exclus de la participation au Jeu-Concours.
3. Zalando se réserve le droit d'exclure tout Participant qui enfreint les présentes conditions
générales, la loi, ou agit contre les bonnes pratiques généralement acceptées ou l'ordre
public. Dans ce cas, le Participant exclu ne sera pas éligible pour gagner.
4. Les personnes ayant utilisé des moyens non autorisés ou d'autres manipulations pour obtenir
un avantage seront également exclues. Dans ce cas, le Prix peut également être annulé et
récupéré si nécessaire.
§ 3 Mécanisme du Jeu-Concours
1. Pour participer au Jeu-Concours, les Participants doivent disposer d'un Compte Instagram,
suivre le compte Instagram @zalando.fr et commenter la publication du Jeu-Concours
publiée sur le compte Instagram @zalando.fr pendant la Période du Jeu-Concours en
indiquant leur duo préféré parmi les duos présentés dans les performances de l’épisode «
Before StarAc avec Zalando ».
2. Chaque commentaire publié conformément aux présentes Conditions Générales constitue
une participation au Jeu-Concours et une chance supplémentaire de participer au tirage au
sort.
3. À l’issue de la Période du Jeu-Concours, le duo ayant obtenu le plus de votes dans les
commentaires de la publication sera désigné comme le duo préféré des internautes.
4. Un (1) gagnant sera sélectionné aléatoirement parmi l’ensemble des participations valides au
Jeu-Concours via un outil de génération de gagnant, sans qu'aucune donnée personnelle ne
soit partagée lors du tirage au sort.
5. Le gagnant remportera, pour lui-même et une personne de son choix (ci-après «
l’Accompagnant »), un shooting en duo comprenant une prestation de stylisme ainsi que des
looks Zalando, d’une valeur totale maximale de 3 000 € TTC (ci-après le « Prix »). Le gagnant
et l’Accompagnant doivent tous deux être âgés de 18 ans ou plus et résider en France.
6. Le transport jusqu’au lieu du shooting n’est pas inclus dans le Prix.
7. Le gagnant sera choisi aléatoirement à l’issue de la Période du Jeu-Concours. Zalando
annoncera le gagnant sur le compte Instagram @zalando.fr et l’informera au plus tard le
14.10.2026 via Message Privé Instagram afin de lui demander toutes les informations
nécessaires pour le contacter en dehors de la plateforme de médias sociaux et poursuivre la
conversation par e-mail. Si le gagnant ne répond pas comme demandé avant le 15.10.2026,
son droit au Prix sera annulé et un nouveau gagnant sera sélectionné.
8. Zalando se réserve le droit de communiquer les coordonnées du gagnant et de
l’Accompagnant à des tiers afin d'organiser la remise du Prix. Le Participant consent au
transfert des informations fournies et est responsable de l'exactitude de l'adresse
électronique et/ou postale communiquée.
9. Le Prix est non transférable et non remboursable. Le Prix ne peut pas être échangé contre sa
valeur en espèces ou contre un autre prix. Le refus du Prix ou des conditions générales
entraînera la confiscation du Prix.
10. Zalando n'est pas responsable de la déclaration d'un avis de Jeu-Concours auprès des
autorités fiscales ni du dépôt ou du paiement de toute taxe auprès des autorités fiscales
nationales. Zalando informe par la présente le gagnant de son obligation de remplir
correctement ses déclarations fiscales selon la législation nationale et ne pourra être tenu
responsable à cet égard.
11. Aucune autre partie que Zalando ne gère, soutient, organise ou contrôle ce Jeu-Concours.
Zalando reste l’unique organisateur du Jeu-Concours.
12. Les questions, demandes ou plaintes doivent être adressées au compte Instagram
@zalando.fr via Message Privé.
§ 4 Résiliation prématurée du Jeu-Concours
Zalando se réserve le droit d'annuler le Jeu-Concours à tout moment sans préavis. En particulier,
Zalando peut annuler le Jeu-Concours en cas de problèmes techniques (par exemple, virus
informatiques, manipulation ou erreurs matérielles/logiciels), ou si, pour des raisons juridiques, le
Jeu-Concours ne peut pas être correctement mis en œuvre. Si un Participant est responsable de
l'annulation du Jeu-Concours, Zalando pourra demander une compensation pour les dommages.
§ 5 Responsabilité du contenu, droits d'utilisation
1. Les Participants sont entièrement responsables du contenu de leur participation au
Jeu-Concours. Les Participants garantissent que leur participation ne contient aucun contenu
illégal, offensant ou nuisible de quelque manière que ce soit et ne peut pas être interprétée
comme une diffamation à l'encontre de tiers. La soumission ou la publication de tout matériel
publicitaire ou promotionnel n'est pas autorisée. Tout commentaire qui ne respecte pas les
conditions générales peut être modifié ou supprimé sans préavis.
2. Zalando ne pourra être tenu responsable en cas de violation des droits de tiers par un
Participant, ni des litiges juridiques qui en découlent. Zalando n'est également pas
responsable des frais juridiques.
§ 6 Protection des données
1. En participant au Jeu-Concours et en acceptant les présentes Conditions Générales, les
Participants consentent à la collecte et au traitement des données personnelles mentionnées
ci-dessus aux paragraphes § 2 et § 3 des présentes Conditions Générales, ainsi qu'à toute
autre donnée personnelle requise pour la mise en œuvre et l'exécution du Jeu-Concours et la
remise du Prix offert.
2. Vos informations personnelles seront uniquement utilisées pour la participation et le
développement ultérieur du Jeu-Concours, pour la gestion de l'expérience utilisateur ainsi
que pour le partage du Matériel Image avec des tiers. Vos informations sont enregistrées,
utilisées et traitées conformément à toutes les lois applicables. Les informations ne sont
transmises à aucun tiers non impliqué dans la mise en œuvre ou la gestion du Jeu-Concours.
Par exception à cette règle, les informations peuvent être divulguées, si nécessaire, aux
autorités compétentes conformément aux obligations légales ou à des tiers impliqués dans
l'attribution du Prix, tels que des agences événementielles ou des prestataires impliqués dans
l’organisation du shooting.

4. Vous êtes également informé que vous disposez d'un droit d'accès, de rectification, de
suppression et d'opposition concernant vos informations personnelles, en écrivant à Zalando

§ 7 Responsabilité
Zalando mettra en œuvre des efforts raisonnables pour l'organisation et la gestion de ce
Jeu-Concours. Si toutefois des dommages surviennent en raison du Jeu-Concours lui-même, de la
publication du nom du gagnant ou pour toute autre raison, Zalando n'acceptera aucune
responsabilité. Zalando n'est pas responsable des erreurs d'impression, de grammaire ou d'autres
erreurs similaires dans le matériel publié.
§ 8 Autres
Les présentes conditions générales et la relation juridique entre les Participants et Zalando sont
régies exclusivement par les lois de l'Allemagne. Aucune action en justice n'est autorisée. La version
anglaise de ces conditions générales prévaut.

Zalando SE (“Zalando”), with registered address at Valeska-Gert-Straße 5, Berlin, Germany,
registered at the Amtsgericht Berlin (Charlottenburg) under HRB 158855B, is conducting a giveaway
in France involving the chance for one participant and a person of their choice to win a duo
photoshoot including styling and Zalando looks(the “Giveaway”). By entering the Giveaway, all
participants agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
§ 1 Conditions
1. The Giveaway period is from 07.10.2026, 6:00 PM to 14.10.2026, 12:00 PM (the “Giveaway
Period”). The Giveaway will be promoted on the @zalando.fr Instagram account.
2. The territory will be France (the “Territory”).
3. Participation is free of charge and participants are not required to make a purchase to enter.
4. Participations outside the Giveaway Period and the Territory will not be eligible to win the
Prize.
§ 2 Participants / Exclusion from Giveaway
1. Entrants of the Giveaway must be of full age (18 years or more) and be residents in the
Territory (“Participants”). Each Participant must provide the required personal details
completely and accurately.
2. Employees of Zalando are excluded from participating in the Giveaway.
3. Zalando reserves the right to disqualify and exclude any Participant who infringes the present
Terms & Conditions, the law or acts against generally accepted good practices or public order.
In this case, the excluded Participant will not be eligible to win.
4. Individuals who have made use of unauthorised aids or other kinds of manipulation to gain an
advantage will also be excluded. In such cases, the Prize may also be rescinded and
recalled, if necessary.
§ 3 Mechanics of the Giveaway
1. To participate in the Giveaway, Participants must have an Instagram Account, follow the
@zalando.fr Instagram account and comment on the Giveaway post published on the
@zalando.fr Instagram account during the Giveaway Period by indicating their preferred duo
among the duos featured in the performances of the “Before StarAc avec Zalando” episode.
2. Each Participant may enter multiple times during the Giveaway Period and each comment
submitted in accordance with these Terms & Conditions constitutes one entry into the
Giveaway and one additional chance in the random draw.
3. At the end of the Giveaway Period, the duo receiving the highest number of votes in the
comments on the post will be designated as the public’s favourite duo.
4. One (1) winner will be selected randomly from all valid entries to the Giveaway via a random
winner generator tool, while no personal data will be shared during the random selection.
5. The winner will receive, for themselves and one person of their choice (the “Accompanying
Person”), a duo photoshoot including styling and Zalando looks, with a total maximum value
of €3,000 including VAT (the “Prize”). The winner and the Accompanying Person must both be
at least 18 years old and reside in France.
6. Transportation to and from the location of the photoshoot is not included in the Prize.
7. Zalando will announce the winner on the @zalando.fr Instagram account and will notify the
winner by 14.10.2026 via Instagram Direct Message to request all necessary information to
contact the winner outside of the social media platform and continue the conversation via
email. If the winner does not respond as requested by 15.10.2026, their claim to the Prize will
lapse and a new winner will be selected.
8. Zalando reserves the right to transfer the winner’s and Accompanying Person’s details to third
parties in order to arrange the Prize. The Participant consents to the transfer of the details
provided and is responsible for the accuracy of the email and/or postal address provided.
9. The Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or
another prize. Rejecting the Prize or the Terms & Conditions will result in the Prize being
withheld.
10. Zalando is neither liable for filing any notice of the Giveaway to the tax authorities nor liable
for filing or paying any tax to the national tax authorities. Zalando hereby informs the winner of
their obligation to provide for the correct tax filings according to national laws and shall not be
liable in this respect.
11. No other party than Zalando runs, supports, organises or controls this Giveaway. Zalando
remains the sole organiser of this Giveaway.
12. Questions, enquiries, or complaints should be directed to the @zalando.fr Instagram Account
via Direct Message.
§ 4 Premature termination of the Giveaway
Zalando reserves the right to cancel the Giveaway at any time without prior notice. In particular,
Zalando may cancel the Giveaway in case of technical issues (e.g. computer viruses, manipulation or
hardware/software errors), or if, due to legal reasons, the Giveaway cannot be properly implemented.
Should a Participant be the cause for the cancellation of the Giveaway, Zalando may demand
compensation for damage.
§ 5 Responsibility for content, Usage Rights
1. Participants are entirely responsible for the content of their participation in the Giveaway.
Participants guarantee that their participation does not contain any illegal, offensive or
damaging content and could not be construed as libel towards third parties. Submission or
publication of any advertisements or promotional material is not permitted. Any comment that
does not comply with the Terms & Conditions may be altered or removed without prior
warning.
2. Zalando will not be held liable in the case of a Participant’s infringement of third-party rights
and any ensuing legal disputes. Zalando is also not responsible for any legal fees.
§ 6 Data protection
1. By entering the Giveaway and accepting these Terms & Conditions, Participants agree to the
collection and processing of personal data mentioned above under § 2 and § 3 of these
Terms & Conditions as well as any further personal data required in order to implement and
execute the Giveaway and provide the offered Prize.
2. Your personal information will only be used for participating in and further development of the
Giveaway, for managing the user experience as well as for sharing the Image Material with
others. Your information is saved, used and processed according to all relevant laws.
Information is not given to any third parties not involved in the Giveaway’s implementation or
management. The exception to this rule is that, if necessary, information may be disclosed to
competent authorities in compliance with statutory obligations or to third parties involved in
granting the Prize, such as event agencies or service providers involved in organising the
photoshoot.

§ 7 Liability
Zalando shall use its reasonable endeavours in the organisation and management of this Giveaway.
If, however, damages occur resulting from the Giveaway itself, from publishing the winner’s name or
for any other reason, Zalando will accept no liability. Zalando takes no responsibility for potential print
or spelling mistakes, and other similar errors of any other kind in published material.
§ 8 Other
These Terms & Conditions and the entire legal relationship between the Participants and Zalando are
subject solely to the laws of Germany. Recourse to the court is not permitted. The English version of
these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

2. Data Processing Purpose and Scope
The following personal data will be collected and processed in connection with the Giveaway for the
following purposes and scopes:
a) Personal data for implementation of the “Giveaway” and the provision of the “Prize”
In order to organise the Giveaway and to offer a suitable prize, Zalando needs to collect and process
some personal data of the participants, namely:

● First and last name
● Postal Address
● Telephone number
The legal basis for the described data processing is Art. 6 (1) 1 lit. b) in order to fulfil and deliver its
obligations resulting from the contractually offered Giveaway and Art. 6 (1) lit. f) GDPR based on our
legitimate interest of a proper execution and implementation of the Giveaway.
b) Photo and/or video recordings (“Image Material”)
If a participant creates and/or publishes photo and/or video recordings (“Image Material”), i.e.
personal data acc. to Art. 4 No.1 GDPR, this data may be used in connection with the Giveaway for a
period of 5 years from the date of first publication of the material for the purposes of documentation
and corporate communication as well as for corporate publishing (including online use, e.g., website,
Zalando corporate website, etc.) in all media—including social networks—in whole or in part. The right
to technically alter such image material in colour or form is also granted, as is the Archive Right. This
includes the accessibility of the image material by nature worldwide via the internet.
The legal basis for this processing of personal data is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR in conjunction with the
General Terms and Conditions and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR where the processing is necessary for
Zalando’s overriding legitimate interests in the above-mentioned purposes.
3. Who receives your data
Your personal data according to Section 2 will be received by Zalando’s commissioned third parties,
such as service providers involved in organising the photoshoot. Apart from that, we use service
providers to process personal data, e.g., to upload your data in Google Drive, save your data at a
secure computer centre.

Commissioned processors are carefully selected, assist us under strict adherence to our directives
and only receive access to your data to the extent required for the performance of the respective
services or to which you consented for the processing and use of your data.
4. How long do we keep the data?
Zalando keeps your data according to 2.a) of this Privacy Policy for a term of 2 months, according to
2.b) of this Privacy Policy for 5 years from the date of first publication and other than that, personal
data which is required for bookkeeping purposes can be stored for up to 10 years.
5. Your rights according to GDPR
Art. 13, 14 GDPR – Right to be informed, Art. 15 GDPR – Right of access to information: On request
we will gladly inform you about the data stored about your person. The information is provided in text
