Ready to test your driving skills under the blazing summer sun? Show your skills and win epic prizes by driving as long as possible with our newest summer tyre, ULTRAC+, which can run for more than 40,000 kilometres.
By accessing or using this online Contest, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Terms and Conditions
Endless Summer (hereinafter referred to as “Contest” is being brought to you by Apollo Tyres (Europe) B.V having its registered office located at Herikerbergweg 5, 1101 CB Amsterdam ( hereinafter referred to as “Company”).
1. Eligibility: Entry for the Contest will be only accepted if all the conditions mentioned below are met by the Contestant:
Contestant must reside in one of the EU countries, United-Kingdom and Norway, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Poland, Italy, Spain, Croatia, Hungary, Romania, Sweden, or Denmark.
Contestant must be 18 (eighteen) years of age or older on 01/04/2025.
We reserve the right to verify eligibility and may disqualify the contestant who does not meet these requirements.
An employee, contractor, agent and immediate family member of Company’s group companies will ONLY be eligible to participate in the Contest but WILL NOT be eligible for any prize.
2. Free Entry: Participation in the Contest is free of charge.
3. Technical Specifications: The Contest website is supported by:
iPhone, iPad, iOS Safari (iOS version 16 and higher),
Android mobile and tablets, Chrome (Android 12 and higher),
Mac browsers: Safari, Chrome and Firefox.
Windows browsers; Chrome, Firefox and Edge.The Contest Website is NOT supported on in-App browsers (e.g. Facebook Browser)
4. Time: The Contest starts on 01 April 2025 at 12:00 CET and closes on 31 May, 2025 at 23:59 CET.
Any entry and score submission made after the close time will not be accepted. Company shall not be responsible for any non- submission due to any technical issues due to software and/or server.
Upon ending the game, Contestant will get an option of playing again or opt for submission of score. Upon selecting submission of score, the score shall be final, and the Contestant will not be allowed to re-submit the score.
5. Data Protection and Privacy:
Upon submission of the score to enter the Contest, the Contestant would have to provide their personal data for the purpose of verification of age and address.
Data Collection: By entering the Contest, you agree that your personal data (including, but not limited to, your name, email address, age, gender, country and any other information you provide) will be collected, stored, and processed solely for the purposes of: (i) Administering the Contest; (ii) Contacting the winners.
Purpose of Data Collection: The personal data collected will be used solely for the purposes of administering the game, contacting winners, and distributing prizes. We may also use your data for marketing and internal analysis and may contact you in future with new offers and marketing emails.
Data Storage and Security: We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Data Sharing: We will not share your personal data with third parties except as necessary to administer the game or as required by law. Any third parties we engage will be required to comply with GDPR and ensure the protection of your data.

Data Retention: We will retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law.
Consent: By participating in this Contest you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in this clause. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not participate in the game.

6. Prizes:
There are a total of 4 prizes:
Best distance at end of week 2,
Best distance between beginning of week 2 and end of week 4,
Best distance between beginning of week 5 and end of week 6,
Grand prize for best distance overall at the end of the game period of time.
Grand Prize – A travel voucher worth € 2.500 for an endless summer
The winner of the Contest will enjoy a travel voucher worth € 2.500.
Other 3 prizes – A barbecue set worth €1.000
The winners of the Contest at the end of week 2, week 4 and week 6 will receive a barbecue set worth €1.000
Contestants who are not winners will not be given any prize or compensation. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at Company’s discretion.
7. Winner Selection
Please note the selection of winners for the Contest are a discretionary decision of the Company and you as a Contestant provide your full consent and acknowledgement that the Company reserves the right to decide or change the criteria for awarding prizes and no request from the Contestant such as changing of prize into cash rewards or any other alterative etc. will be entertained by the Company.
8. Notification of Winners:
The winner of the Contest must respond within seven (calendar) days of being contacted by Company. If the winner does not respond within seven (calendar) days, he/she can no longer claim the prize and we may select a replacement winner.
The winner of the Contest shall be notified by Company in writing via e-mail address provided by the Contestant at the time of score submission.
The winner of the Contest is responsible for providing all required information correctly.
The Prize will be sent by mail/courier services to the winner of the Contest on the address given by the winner of the Contest, Company shall not be responsible for any loss or damage of the prize and in no event will it be exchanged or replaced.
The Contest may click on the option of contact for marketing purposes to keep abreast with all the updates of the Company. You give permission to be contacted by telephone and/or receive emails from us regarding the Contest until all prizes have been distributed.
9. Grounds for Disqualification :
We reserve the right to disqualify any Contestant, if we determine that the entry is false, incomplete, inappropriate, or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions. This includes, but is not limited to, entries that: (i) Use falsified personal information; (ii) Include offensive or inappropriate content (iii) Are submitted through automated methods or bots.
Disqualified Contestant agree to forfeit any potential prize, and no further correspondence will be made by the Company in such scenarios.
If the winner of the Contest is under 18 years of age, and/or does not meet the other conditions for participation, the winner of the Contest will not be entitled to the prize. The prize will then be given to the person next in line in terms of the score.
If a Contestant obtains more than one entry by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins or any other methods, their eligibility for the Contest will be void including all their entries and that Contestant shall be disqualified.
10. Disclaimer :
Company is not responsible for any technical failures, including but not limited to server crashes, software malfunctions, or internet connection issues that may affect your ability to participate in the Contest or access the game. We also disclaim any liability for any delays or losses that may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. By participating in this Contest, you agree that Company group which refers to Company Tyres Limited including all its subsidiaries, associate including its affiliates, and its partners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from your participation, including but not limited to system failures, data loss, or third-party interference.
Company reserves the right to select and assign prizes to a Contest winner.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Company reserves the right to postpone, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest for any reason whatsoever without any liability or obligations.
Company solely has the right to take a decision in any contingency which is not covered by the present Terms and Conditions. In any such event, decision of Company shall be final and binding.
Participation in the Contest shall constitute unconditional and full acceptance of all the Terms and Conditions. Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions without notice.
Any disputes arising from or in connection with the Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Dutch Civil laws. Any legal disputes or claims will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Netherlands, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
11. Liability: By participating in the Contest, you agree to release and hold harmless Company from any liability, claim, or damage arising out of or in connection with your participation in the game or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize
12. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Netherlands. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts where the Company has its registered office.
