Steps to enter the SurfStitch Europe’s ‘Win a Surfboard’ competition are as follows:
1. You must "Like" the SurfStitch Europe Facebook page found here: https://www.facebook.com/surfstitcheurope
2. You must enter in your email address, fill in the form and tell us who of the world’s best surfers you would go surfing with and why.
Terms & condition:
1. SurfStitch Europe’s "Win a SurfStitch x Bradley Surfboard" competition starts (01.00PM, Thursday, September 26, 2013) and ends (11.59PM, Tuesday, October 29, 2013).
2. The competition is open to European residents, over 18 years, only.
3. There will be picked one winner who will receive a SurfStitch x Bradley surfboard. Custom made and shaped by Christiaan Bradley from Euroglass. The prize must be taken as stated and there will be no cash alternatives.
4. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on creative merit. Winner will be selected at the conclusion of the competition. Winners will be notified by email and announced on Facebook Friday, October 30th, 2013. When contacted, winners need to send their personal details to be able to receive the prize.
5. Should the winner’s electronic address and/or postal address be erroneous or if we are unable to contact the winner via the contact details provided within 7 days we reserve the right to award the prizes to the person who has been drawn right after him/her and so on and lost by the winner.
6. SurfStitch Europe will send the prize to the postal address provided by winner after being contacted within no more than one month’s time as from the announcement of the winner on https://www.facebook.com/surfstitcheurope
7. Should the prize be returned undeliverable, they may be kept by SurfStitch Europe and lost by the winner without the latter being entitled to make any claims for any reason.
8. SurfStitch Europe has no obligation to advise an entrant of an incomplete or otherwise non-compliant entry. Additionally, SurfStitch Europe is not liable for any mistakes, errors or incorrect steps taken by participants. Only valid email addresses will be accepted and SurfStitch Europe reserves the right to determine qualifying participants.
9. SurfStitch Europe is not liable for any technical glitches on Facebook occurring during any part of the competition.
10. Neither SurfStitch Europe employees and family nor agents of SurfStitch Europe are eligible for this competition.
11. Promoter of this competition is SurfStitch Europe.
12. By entering for this competition you grant us the right to add your contact details to our database. From time to time we may contact you about offers and new products. You can easily be removed by either unsubscribing via a link or contacting our Customer Service at customerservice-eu@surfstitch.com and we will remove you from marketing communications.
