Sponsor : SHADOW, a French société par actions simplifiée registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 891 586 299, with its registered office at 42 avenue de la Porte de Clichy – 75017 Paris, France (hereinafter "Shadow"), is the sponsor and organizer of this contest.
Eligibility : The Forza Horizon 6 x Shadow PC Contest (hereinafter the "Contest") is open only to individuals who are fifteen (15) years of age or older at the time of entry and who register at https://shadow.tech/fr/blog/open-world-japan-in-forza-horizon-6. Minor entrants must have obtained prior consent from their legal guardian. Shadow reserves the right to request proof of age from the winner of the Contest (hereinafter the "Winner") and, where applicable, parental consent, prior to awarding the prize.
The Contest is open in the United States, Canada, and Europe. The Contest is void where prohibited by law. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of Shadow, its affiliates, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate in the Contest. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Acceptance of Rules : By entering the Contest, the entrant (hereinafter the "Entrant") agrees to comply with and be bound by these rules (hereinafter the "Rules") and the decisions of Shadow. The Entrant represents and warrants that they meet all eligibility requirements. Furthermore, the Entrant acknowledges that Shadow's decisions regarding the interpretation and application of these Rules are final and binding. Entry Period : The Contest begins on May 12, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. (Paris time — CET) and ends on May 19, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. (Paris time — CET) (hereinafter the "Entry Period"). The time of receipt of entries by Shadow's system shall be deemed the time of entry. Any entries submitted outside the Entry Period will not be considered.
How to Enter : To enter the Contest, the Entrant must complete the online form available at https://shadow.tech/fr/blog/open-world-japan-in-forza-horizon-6 and comply with any verification procedures put in place by Shadow. Entries must meet all the conditions set forth in these Rules. Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or do not comply with the Contest rules may be disqualified at Shadow's sole discretion. Entrants must provide accurate and complete information. Any attempt to enter multiple times by using multiple email addresses, identities, devices, or any other method intended to circumvent the Contest rules may result in the Entrant's disqualification. Each Entrant may only enter once.
Prize : The Winner will receive the following prize:
one (1) Microsoft key for Forza Horizon 6 — Standard Edition;
one (1) six-month Shadow PC Neo subscription.
Approximate retail value of the prize: USD 297.93 / EUR 267.93.
If the Winner already has an active Shadow account, Shadow may, at its discretion, award Shadow credit equivalent to the value of the six (6) month subscription instead of providing the subscription.
The actual or estimated value of the prize may vary at the time of award. Prize details will be determined solely by Shadow. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or any other prize, except at Shadow's discretion. All expenses related to the prize, including, without limitation, all federal, state, and/or local taxes, are the sole responsibility of the Winner.
Selection and Notification of the Winner : The Winner will be selected by random draw at the end of the Contest from among the valid entries, under the supervision of Shadow. The Winner will be notified within seven (7) days of selection using the contact information provided at the time of entry. Shadow cannot be held responsible if the Winner does not receive the notification due to spam filters, security settings, or incorrect, unusable, or incomplete contact information provided by the Entrant. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, does not respond within seven (7) days of the award notification being sent, or refuses the prize, Shadow reserves the right to cancel the award and select a new Winner. The awarding of the prize is subject to compliance with these Rules and applicable law.
Terms and Conditions : Shadow reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest. In such cases, Shadow may select a Winner from among the eligible entries received before and/or after the action taken by Shadow, as applicable. Shadow reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or the website, or who violates these Rules. Shadow has the right, at its sole discretion and in order to maintain the integrity of the Contest, to cancel entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer exceeding the number allowed by the Contest rules; or the use of robots, macros, scripts, or other technical means to enter. It is understood that this data is collected by Gleam solely for the purpose of fraud detection.
Any deliberate attempt by an Entrant to damage a website or interfere with the proper functioning of the Contest may constitute a violation of criminal and civil laws. If such an attempt is made, Shadow reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability : Participation in the Contest is at the sole responsibility of the Entrant. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shadow shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from participation in the Contest, inability to participate, the operation of the website used for the Contest, or the awarding or use of the prize. In particular, Shadow shall in no event be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including, without limitation, any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of chance, or damage to reputation. This limitation applies in particular in the event of technical errors, computer failures, network interruptions, data loss, unauthorized intervention, malfunction of the platform used for the Contest, or any event beyond Shadow's control. This limitation does not apply in the event of gross negligence or intentional misconduct on the part of Shadow, nor in cases where applicable law prohibits such limitation.
Disputes : This Contest is governed by French law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute relating to participation in the Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts. In the event of a dispute, Entrants agree to seek an amicable settlement before taking any legal action. Any damages awarded shall be limited to direct and proven damages only.
Privacy Policy : Personal information provided when participating in the Contest is subject to Shadow's privacy policy as well as Gleam.io's privacy policy. The email address and name provided when registering for the Contest will be used solely to contact the Winner and will not be shared with third parties for any other purpose. However, Gleam acts as the administrator of the Contest and may therefore process the data provided in this context. We encourage you to review their privacy policy, available here.
In accordance with the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés of January 6, 1978, as amended), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to define directives regarding the fate of your data after your death. Personal data will be retained for the period strictly necessary for the management of the Contest and, for the Winner, for the awarding of the prize, and will then be archived in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
Social Media : The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, X, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn, or any other social media platform used to share the Contest. You understand that you are providing your information to the Contest owner and not to Facebook, X, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn, or any other social media platform.
Acceptance of Rules : By entering the Contest, you acknowledge that you have read, accepted, and agreed to all of the official Rules and terms and conditions.
