OFFICIAL RULES
1. Promotion Description: The “SCUF 1 Million Twitter Follower” Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Scuf Gaming International LLC (“SCUF”) and will be open from May through August of 2016. From the moment we receive the “SCUF 1 Million Twitter Follower”, you have one million seconds to enter and win.
2. Eligibility: The Giveaway is open to all legal residents of the U.S. and all global audiences regardless of age. The winners who are selected and under the age of eighteen (18), must be accompanied by an adult. Officers, directors and employees of SCUF Gaming International LLC (the “Sponsor”), and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliate companies, suppliers and other vendors including (spouses, parents, siblings and children) are not eligible to enter the Giveaway or win a prize. International restrictions may apply.
By participating in the Giveaway participants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. See Section 17.
How to Enter: Eligible participants who follow the instructions set forth above will be able to enter the Giveaway by clicking on a Tweeted link: http://scuf.co/1million and will be re-directed to the “SCUF 1 Million Twitter Follower” landing page where they can login, enter and participate using their email, Facebook, Instagram and/or Twitter accounts.
The Participant must visit one of the required links of the official entry form: Follow@ScufGaming on Twitter, Retweet@ScufGaming on Twitter, Tweet on Twitter, and Tweet With The # Hashtag to increase your chances of winning by unlocking four (4) more links. Of the four (4) links you may (i) Visit ScufGaming on Facebook, (ii) Follow ScufGaming on Instagram; (iii) Visit Scuf Gaming on YouTube, and (iv) Visit Scuf Gaming website.
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. Winners will be chosen at random.
3. Winner Determination: Winners will be selected within one million seconds of the Scuf 1 Million Twitter Follower using the GLEAM selection tool powered by Random.org that selects winners using true random numbers.
4. Representations and Warranties/Indemnification:
BY ENTERING THIS GIVEAWAY YOU AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SCUF GAMING INTERNATIONAL LLC (“SCUF”) AND ITS RESPECTIVE PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY OR ANY INJURY, LOSS OF DAMAGE OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS GIVEAWAY, OR ANY PRIZE WON; AND THAT SCUF’S DECISIONS WILL BE FINAL AND BINDING RELATED TO THE GIVEAWAY; AND THAT BY ACCEPTING A PRIZE, SCUF MAY USE OF YOUR PROPER NAME AND STATE OF RESIDENCE ONLINE AND IN PRINT, IN ANY OTHER FORM OF MEDIA INCLUDING SOCIAL MEDIA STREAMING, IN CONNECTION WITH THIS GIVEAWAY, WITHOUT PAYMENT OR COMPENSATION TO YOU, EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

6. Grant of Rights: For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and legal sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, each participant entered in the Giveaway (and if the participant is a minor) their parent or legal guardian, hereby irrevocably grants Sponsor, their successors and assigns, a non-exclusive license (but not the obligation) to reproduce, publicly perform, stream, exploit, make derivative works of and otherwise use of the Giveaway promotion for any purpose by means of any and all media and devices whether now known or hereafter devised without compensation. Sponsor shall have the right to edit, composite, morph, scan, duplicate, alter and publish any and all participant photographs, videos and/or print for the purpose of which the Sponsor deems necessary or desirable, and each participant irrevocably waives any and all so-called moral rights they may have therein. Sponsors shall have the right to freely assign their rights hereunder, in whole or in part to any person or entity. Sponsor shall retain their rights granted by each participant even if the participant is disqualified, deemed ineligible or otherwise fails to meet any of the Giveaway requirements herein.
7. Publicity Release: By participating in the Giveaway, in addition to any other grants which may be granted in any other agreement entered into between Sponsor and any participant or Winner of the Giveaway, each participant (and any minor participant’s parent or legal guardian) irrevocably grants the Sponsor the right to use participant’s name, biographical information, and any individual(s) participating therein, in any and all printed and published works and mediums such as photographs and videos for the purpose of promoting the SCUF brand on YouTube, www.scufgaming.com, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
8. Winner Requirements: A potential Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected by the GLEAM selection tool on Twitter. Winners will be notified by e-mail and phone number using the contact information they provided on their official entry form. Once Scuf’s 1 Million Twitter Follower is reached, participants will have one million (1,000,000) seconds, or eleven (11) days to participate and win. The winners and photos will also be posted on SCUF’s web site www.scufgaming.com.
The potential winner will be the account holder of the email address used to enter the Giveaway. Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by the potential winner for any reason. The potential Grand Prize winner, or if the (Grand Prize winner is a minor), his or her parent, or legal guardian, may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, a Publicity Release and a W-9/W-8 form. If you are a potential winner and you are 14 years or older, but considered a minor in your place of residence, we may require your parent or legal guardian to sign all required forms on your behalf. If you do not complete the required forms as instructed and/or return the required forms within the time period listed on the winner notification message, we may disqualify you and select a runner-up.
If you are a confirmed winner of the Giveaway:
You may not exchange your prize for cash or any other merchandise services. However, if for any reason an advertised prize in unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, and you may not designate someone else as the winner. If you are unable or unwilling to accept your prize, we may award it to a runner up; and if you accept a prize, you will be solely responsible for all applicable taxes related to accepting the prize; and if you are otherwise eligible for this Giveaway, but are considered a minor in your place of residence, we may award the prize to your parent or legal guardian on your behalf; and unless otherwise noted, all prizes are subject to their manufacturer’s warranty and/or terms and conditions.

Upon arrival at Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, you and your guest will be picked up in style and driven to SCUF Headquarters, where you will be welcomed by the entire SCUF team and taken on a tour of the SCUF factory.
You and your guest will have the opportunity to design and build your own SCUF controllers (XB1 or PS4) with custom shell designs, colored button kits, custom printed paddles, the works! You will also each receive a SCUF Swag Bundle valued at $500, including apparel, accessories and other special gifts.
You will have the opportunity to play a game against one of SCUF's top affiliates: a professional gamer in the eSports community.
You and your guest will also be treated to a fine dining experience with SCUF's CEO and Pro Player.
Four (4) Second Place Prizes - CUSTOM SCUF CONTROLLERS – 4 Winners will be selected
You will have the opportunity to design your own custom SCUF controllers (XB1 or PS4) with custom shell designs, colored button kits, custom printed paddles, the works! You will also receive a SCUF Swag Bundle valued at $500, including apparel, accessories and other special gifts.

For all prizes:
Actual value depends on date/time/destination, and differences between actual value and stated value will not be awarded.
Travel is subject to availability and must be completed on dates specified by the Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Some travel restrictions may apply. Winners and any guests must travel on same itinerary. No cancellation of reservation or transfer of reservation to another date after reservation has been made.

10. Taxes: Any valuation of the Grand Prize stated above is based on available information provided to the Sponsor, and the value of any Grand Prize awarded to a winner must be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Winner agrees and is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes.
Upon notification, the Grand Prize winner must provide the Sponsor with a copy of the notification email and valid picture identification before any Prize will be awarded. Any Grand Prize winner and legal resident within the U.S. will be required to fill out a W-9 Form and will receive IRS Form 1099 at the beginning of the calendar year (2017) and a copy of such form will be filed with the IRS. Non-legal residents of the U.S. will be required to fill out and file a W-8 Form and will receive IRS Form 1042-S.
11. General Liability Release: Participants agree that the Sponsor and Promotion Entities shall not be responsible or liable for (a) any losses, damages or injuries of any kind (including death) resulting from participation in the Contest or any Contest-related or travel-related activity, or from participants’ acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of the prize(s); and (b) have not made any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to the prize(s), including without limitation the quality for fitness for a particular purpose. Sponsor assumes no damage to the participants’ computer system, phone line, hardware, software which is occasioned by accessing Websites or by participating in Giveaway.
12. Force Majeure: In the event of a Force Majeure event or occurrence, which is defined as a catastrophic event that is beyond the Sponsor’s control such as an act of God, or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared), pandemic, any lawsuit, federal, state or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis, temporary, preliminary or final order of any court or jurisdiction or other causes not reasonably within the Sponsor’s control, Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend, extend or terminate the Giveaway.
13. Nature of Relationship/Waiver of Equitable Relief: Each participant hereby acknowledges and agrees that the relationship between the participant and the Sponsor is not a confidential, fiduciary or other special relationship. Each participant acknowledges and agrees that the Sponsor and Promotion Entities do not now and shall not have in the future any claims, duty of liability, direct or indirect, vicarious, contributory, or otherwise, with respect to any claim by participant relating to or arising out of the Giveaway, actual or alleged exploitation or use of any materials or forms of media in connections to the Giveaway, the damage, if any, thereby caused to the applicable participant will not be irreparable or otherwise sufficient to entitle such participant to seek injunctive or other equitable relief, and participant’s rights and remedies in any such event shall be strictly limited to the right to recover damages, if any, in an action of law.
14. Governing Law/ Jurisdiction: The Giveaway will be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, and participant consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of the State of Georgia for any disputes arising out of this Giveaway.
15. Dates & Deadlines/Anticipated Number of Participants: Sponsors reserve the right, in addition to those other rights reserved herein, to modify any date(s) or deadline(s) set forth in these Official Rules or otherwise govern the Giveaway. Given the nature of the Giveaway, Sponsors cannot accurately predict the number of participants who will take part in the Giveaway.
16. Participant’s Personal Information: Except as stated in these Official Rules, information collected from the participant is subject to the Privacy Policies located at https://scufgaming.com/privacy-policy/. By participating in the contest participants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
