The organizer of this giveaway is SCOTT Sports SA, Route du Crochet 11, 1762 Givisiez,
Switzerland. By participating, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with,
Facebook, Instagram, or X (formerly Twitter). By entering, you release these platforms
from any liability related to this giveaway.
2. Participation is open to individuals aged 18 or older who are residents of the EU (excluding
Italy, due to national legal restrictions on prize promotions), the United Kingdom, and
Switzerland. Employees of SCOTT Sports SA and its affiliates, as well as anyone involved
in organizing the giveaway, are not eligible to participate.
3. Only one entry per person is allowed. Participants are responsible for ensuring the
accuracy of their submitted information.
4. The giveaway runs from March 1, 2026, 07:00 (CET) to June 30, 2026, 23:59 (CET).
5. To participate, you must fill in the form and consent to receiving the SCOTT Sports Group
newsletter, which includes product news, promotions, and updates. You may
unsubscribe at any time. Your consent is required solely for the purpose of receiving the
newsletter and can be withdrawn at any time using the link provided in each email.
6. One (1) winner will be selected randomly from all valid entries. The winner will be notified
via email within 7 days of the giveaway closing. If the winner does not respond within 14
days, SCOTT Sports SA reserves the right to select a new winner from the remaining
participants.
7. The prize is a SCOTT Addict20.
8. The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged or returned, and cannot be paid out in
cash.
9. SCOTT Sports SA reserves the right to disqualify participants who manipulate or attempt
to manipulate the giveaway process.
10. Any liability of SCOTT Sports SA and its affiliates for damages in connection with the
giveaway is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law.
