General Regulations – 2014 Navigator Promotion:
Sponsor: The 2014 Navigator Promotion is sponsored by the Navigator Paper brand, property of Portucel Soporcel. All Portucel Soporcel employees, their families or any person connected with this promotion in any way are excluded of participating.
Eligibility: The promotion is open to all legal residents of the countries listed on the end of these regulations; The promotion will begin at 12:00 A.M. (GMT) on the 1st of July 2014 and will end at 11:59 P.M. (GMT) on the 31st of December 2014.
How to Enter: To take part in the 2014 Navigator Promotion, please visit www.navigator-2014.com and enter your e-mail address, your actual country and the promotional code you will find on the ream package or use a free code available on the same website.
Free Codes: To take part in the 2014 Navigator Promotion you do not need to purchase any Navigator product. On the promotion website, available at www.navigator-2014.com you will be able to obtain free codes replacing the promotional codes found on the Navigator packages.
Prizes: Navigator will give away 500 Apple iPad mini 16GB with Wi-Fi - non-optional colour (black or white). Prizes will be awarded randomly to 500 different participants throughout the promotional period. Prize winners will be sent an email by the organization. Email date and time registered by the game server will be considered official. Email receipt date and time will not be considered valid.
Limit of one (1) iPad prize per person (per Identification Document), for the duration of this Promotion.
Prize algorithm: Prizes will be awarded to the participants that are assigned a winning moment. A moment is an index of promotion participation that increases after each successful participation. Winning moments will be generated on a daily basis considering the amount of games played throughout the promotion.

Eligibility
2014 Navigator Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. All entrants under eighteen (18) or who are considered minors in their state/province of residence must have a parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to participate in this Promotion. Timing
The Promotion begins on July,1 2014 at 12:00 a.m. GMT and ends on March 31, 2015 at 11:59 p.m. GMT (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor is the official time keeper for this Promotion.
How to Enter
During the Promotion Period purchase any participating Navigator product and receive a ream code (the “Code”). The participating Navigator products are specially marked with a sticker. Alternate Method of Entry: To get a Code without making a purchase, complete the online registration from at navigator-2014.com and click “Generate a Free Code”. You will then be emailed a Code for free to the email address provided.
Once you have obtained a Code, go to www.navigator-2014.com and follow the instructions to complete and submit the registration (which will include providing your email, country and Code) to become a registered entrant (“Registered Entrant”). Once on the Instant Win page, enter your Code where indicated. The Instant Win results will be instantly displayed. Potential winners will be provided directions for validation. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. Administrator is responsible for the functionality of the Instant Win. The Instant Win Page will close on December 31, 2014 at 11:59 p.m. GMT. Limit 3 Instant Win Codes attempts per person per day during the Promotion Period.

Sponsor’s decisions as to the administration and operation of the Promotion and the selection of potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. If you are the first person to enter a Code at or after one of the randomly generated times, you will be a potential instant winner of the prize indicated.

Release
By receipt of any prize, winner (and, if a minor, winner’s parent or legal guardian) agrees to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage to winner or any other person or entity, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to entrant or any other person or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of (1) the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, (2) administration of the Instant Win Game, or (3) participation in this Instant Win Game or any related activity.

General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Instant Win Game, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (subject to the approval of the Régie in Quebec). In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Instant Win Game or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Instant Win Game may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Limitations of Liability
By participating, each entrant (and, if a minor, entrant’s parent or legal guardian) agrees: a) that Sponsor and its designees may use (unless prohibited by law), entrant’s name, city and state/province of residence, biographical information, photograph and/or likeness for advertising, trade and/or any other lawful purposes in any manner and in any and all venues or media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without further compensation, permission or notification; b) to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage to entrant or any other person or entity, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to entrant or any other person or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of (i) the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, (ii) administration of the Instant Win Game, or (iii) participation in this Instant Win Game or any related activity; c) to waive all rights to claim or collect punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages.
In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant based on the email address submitted, entry will be awarded to the person named on the applicable registration form (regardless of whether that is the name of the authorized account holder of the email address from which said registration was submitted). If for any reason an entrant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Instant Win Game or Instant Win Game play, provided that if it is not possible to award another entry due to discontinuance of the Promotion, or any part of it, for any reason, Sponsor, at its discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. Disputes
Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York or the appropriate New York State Court located in New York County, New York; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
