Conditions of participation
The A380 competition
1. Data protection
Any data you supply is voluntary. Your information will be treated confidentially in accordance with the applicable data protection laws. We collect this data within the context of the
competition and it will only be stored by us for this purpose. After the competition closes, your data will be deleted if you have not given us your permission to use it for other purposes.
2. Participation
(1) Only persons aged 18 years or older at the time of participating in the competition are eligible for the prize draw.
(2) Each participant may only enter the competition once.

Registering for the Lufthansa Newsletter with information about the Lufthansa A380 is not a guarantee for success in the competition. All participants have an equal chance of winning,
regardless of whether they register. Participants will not receive confirmation when they agree to participate.
3. Closing date
The closing date for the A380 competition is 22 March 2010 at 11:59pm (CET). The date the contact details were saved online applies here.
4. Excluded persons
Lufthansa employees and employees (including members of their family) working for companies associated with the competition are excluded from participating in the competition.
Lufthansa accepts no liability for any errors that may occur during data transfer or any other technical problems. Furthermore, Lufthansa accepts no liability for any potential overloading of
the portal.
5. Changes to rules of participation and ending the competition
Lufthansa reserves the right to change the conditions of the draw at any time. Lufthansa also reserves the right to end or suspend the competition at any time. In particular, this applies if
the competition schedule is delayed or prevented for any reason.
6. Breaches of the rules
Lufthansa has the right to exclude any participant suspected of manipulating the competition.
7. Contacting prize winners
The winners will be sent an email informing them that they have won and will be asked to supply a postal address to which their prize can be sent. If the winners do not confirm the receipt
of the email within two weeks receiving it from Lufthansa or its representatives, then they are no longer eligible to receive a prize. This also applies if participants do not include a postal
address to which their prize can be sent in the confirmation email.
8. Determination of prize winners
The winners will be drawn from those who submit correct contact details by the closing date. Each participant may only be included in one of the prize draws. If a prize winner does not
comply with the conditions of participation, Lufthansa reserves the right to draw a new winner.
Legal recourse is excluded. Prizes cannot be exchanged, nor can they be substituted for money or changed in any way. Eligibility for prizes is non-transferrable.

10. Prizes
The prizes for each competition will be shown in text and image format on the official Lufthansa A380 website. In the event that the prizes shown here are not available, Lufthansa

The competition is subject to German law.
