PARIS-ROUBAIX 2021 CONTEST BASIS
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
LIMITED EDITION SHOES CONTEST
The contest is open to all people that submit their info to the questionnaire, except for the employees of Luck Cycling Shoes S.L. and their relatives. The contest starts on the 1/09/2021 at 00:01 (GMT) and finishes the 2/10/2021 at 23:59 (GMT). The winner Will be the person that guesses right the name of the cyclist winner of Paris-Roubaix 2021. In case of several people guess the name of the winner, the total time of the race will be chosen as a tie breaker. In case two or more people get the same time, a new drawing will be done between them. This contest is appliable to residents of Spain, Netherlands, France, Belgium and Germany
GENERAL
When participating into this contest, all participants confirm consent to this terms and conditions. This contest is regulated under Spanish laws. It is run up by Luck Cylcling Shoes S.L, Av. Quel 55, 26580, Arnedo, La Rioja.
PARTICIPANTS
The results could be used with marketing issues. Each participant can contest as many times as wished. However, in case of contesting with the same email, only the last participation within the drawing deadline will be taken into account.
PRIZES
The prize is- a pair of Luck shoes (subject to availability), to be chosen by the winner (also check size availability and stock). Returns will not be admitted.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be swapped to money. All expenses not mentioned or included in the prize are on the winners charge. Luck Cycling Shoes S.L. reserves the right of changing the prize for any part of it of same or higher value, in case of neccessity due to out of control reasons. If the reward is not claimed by any winner within 48 hours from deadline, after Luck Cycling Shoes S.L. has done a reasonable effort to contact the person, the prize will be considered as lost.
Luck Cycling Shoes reserves the right of changing, modifying or concluding the contest without previous warning in case of unpredicted circumstances make it inevitable.
Luck Cycling Shoes S.L. is the jury of the contest and reserve the right of changing, modifying, calling of or conclued the drawing at any moment without any previous written warning and no responsability regarding any participant.
Luck Cycling Shoes S.L. will not be responsable of any delay, operative problema or any other error sor inexactitudes. Luck Cycling Shoes does not accept any responsability for loss, harm, injury or disappointment suffered by any participants, or any other harm to the pone or computer as consequence of downloading data/material related to the contest.
DATA PROTECTION POLICY
All data provided through electronic questionnaires and/or email, will be treated with strict confidenciality as LO 15/1999, 13th december of Personal Character Data Protection stats. Data will be used exclusively in orders, invoices and direct marketing. Always having Access to the data file, rectificate and cancelation, being able to exert that right through LUCK CYCLING SHOES S.L., or by sending and email to info@luck-bike.es
