JLAB – DP World Tour Competition
Terms and Conditions
General
The promoter for the purpose of this promotion (the “Competition”) is PGA European Tour, a
company limited by guarantee (registered no. 1867610) whose registered office is at Wentworth
Drive, Virginia Water, Surrey GU25 4LX (the “Tour”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
The Competition is governed by: (i) the terms and conditions set out below; and (ii) the DP World
Tour Competition – Terms and Conditions, a copy of which can be found here (the “T&Cs”)
(together, the “Terms and Conditions”). By entering the Competition, in accordance with the
mechanics set out below, you are deemed to have read, understood and to have accepted and
agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
How to Enter
To be entered into the Competition you must, between 09:01 (GMT) on 17th November 2025 and
23:59 (GMT) on 7th December 2025, correctly answer the question (and submit the details
requested) found here.
If the above condition to entry is not completed within the Entry Period, you will not be entered
into the Competition.
No purchase or payment to enter is necessary.
Eligibility
The Competition is open only to individuals who: (i) are 18 years of age or older at the time of
entry; and (ii) are legal residents of the UK, the Republic of Ireland, France, Netherlands, Sweden,
Norway, Denmark and Germany. The following are not eligible to participate in or to win the
Competition: (a) players who have an active PGA European Tour membership and their
accredited support personnel; (b) players entered into a tournament to which the Competition
relates and their accredited support personnel; (c) employees and members of their immediate
families (including any live-in partner or household member) of companies within the PGA
European Tour’s group of companies; (d) employees and members of their immediate families
(including any live-in partner or household member) of any company involved in the organisation,
management, promotion, or administration of the Competition or its entry routes or donation of
prizes or their agents or subsidiaries; and (e) employees and members of their immediate families
(including any live-in partner or household member) of any company involved in any capacity in
the production or sponsorship of a promotion to which the Competition relates.
Prize
The Winner/s (as defined below) of the Competition, chosen in accordance with these Terms and
Conditions, will receive (subject to the T&Cs and, in particular, the ‘Prize Terms’ detailed below):
• First Place – One JLAB bundle to include; JBuds Lux headphones, GO Speaker and Epic
Open Sport
• Runner Up – 10 winners will win a pair of JBuds Lux headphones
(collectively, the “Prizes”).
Prize Terms
The Prizes will be shipped directly from the JLAB warehouse in the Netherlands following the
selection of the Winners in accordance with the terms below. Please allow 2-4 weeks from
selection of the Winners for delivery.
Selection of the Winner
We will, within 7 days of the expiry of the Entry Period, choose at random (from those valid
entrants who correctly answered the entry question) 1 (one) winner of the First Place Prize and 10
(ten) winners of the Runner Up Prize (the “Winners”).
The Winners will be notified of their win via the mobile phone number and/or email address
submitted on entry, within 2 weeks of the expiry of the Entry Period. If a Winner does not respond
to us within 48 hours or if a Winner is not eligible to claim the Prize, we reserve the right to, in our
sole discretion, either withdraw the Prize from that Winner or to offer their prize to another
entrant. In such circumstances, the relevant original Winner will have no right to insist on
receiving the Prize.
Conflict in terms
To the extent there is any conflict between the terms set out above and the DP World Tour
Competition – Terms and Conditions, the terms set out above shall prevail.
