513936740 (hereinafter the Promoter) is organizing in co-ordination with Indesit
Company Spa, Fabriano (AN), Viale Aristide Merloni, 47 – Italy VAT IT00693740425
(hereinafter the Sponsor) a photograph, writing and video competition called
"Indesit Passion for Football Main Prize Competition"
Entry into the competition is free and no purchase is necessary.
Employees of the Promoter and/or Sponsor, and their immediate families, their
agents or anyone professionally connected to this promotion shall not be entitled to
enter.
All entrants must be aged 18 years old or over.
The opening date for receiving entries is 00.00 GMT on 20th February 2012. The
closing date for receiving complete entries is 23.59 GMT on 13th April 2012. Entries
received prior to or after that time will not be accepted.
To enter the competition
To enter the competition, each person must register as a user of the website
http://football.indesit.com by completing the online registration form. Once the
registration process has been successfully completed, you will receive an e-mail
confirming this.
Each entrant must then log in to the website http://football.indesit.com, and follow
the online instructions to upload your entry to the website http://
football.indesit.com.
Facebook users may also access registration to the competition via http://
facebook.com/indesitfootball.
Each entrant must guarantee that all the information they have provided is
accurate. Winners may be required to provide a valid form of identification proving
their age and identity before receiving their prize.
There is a limit of one entry per person. However, an entry may consist of up to
five photographs or drawings, three videos and five written materials for a
maximum of 13 uploads.
Technical Requirements
All entries must comply with the following technical requirements: Photographs

• Size: 1 MB max
This promotion is about celebrating and demonstrating your passion for football for
the chance to win a prize. The Promoter wants you to demonstrate your passion for
football, whether you play football or not; tell us your story of skills, interest,
enthusiasm about football or anything you feel demonstrates your passion for
football. You may decide to demonstrate this on video, in a photograph, picture or
poem - be as creative as possible.
Videos:
• videos can be shot with a videocamera, smartphone, webcam o or any other
A/V (audio/video);
• maximum duration of 3 minutes (with a +15 seconds tolerance)
• formats: mov, .wmv, .mpeg, .mpeg2, .mpeg4, .mpg, .mp4, .avi, .hdv, .flv, .
3gp.
• maximum File size : 50 mb;
• Compression files will not be allowed
Written material:
• Maximum length 2000 characters
Each entry should not contain profane language, racial or religious discrimination,
violence, sexual acts or personal attacks on people or organizations
Once an Entrant's images, text and/or video has been published on http://
football.indesit.com the entry will be completed for the purposes of the Closing
Date and you will have entered the competition for the main prize.
Entries may only be submitted electronically. Submitted materials will not be
returned.
By entering the competition and uploading an entry each person confirms
that:
• They are 18 years of age or older
• Each entry is an original work created solely by the entrant;
• Each entry does not infringe another person's or entity's copyright,
trademark, moral right, right
of privacy or publicity, or other intellectual property right;
• No other person or entity has any right, title, or interest in the entry;
• Each entry becomes the property of the Promoter and Sponsor.
• They indemnify and hold the Promoter and Sponsor harmless from any
claims, actions,
proceedings costs and expenses arising as a result of any allegation or claim
that the entrant did not own or is not wholly entitled and authorised to allow
publication and reproduction of the work by the Promoter and Sponsor, or as
a result of the entrant not acting in accordance with these competition rules;
• They have not in any way assigned, licensed, disposed of, or otherwise
encumbered any of their rights which allow them to deal freely with the entry
and the copyright in that entry;
• They have obtained any and all releases and consents of third parties
necessary to permit the exhibition and use of the video, text and/or
photograph entered in the manner set forth in these terms and conditions
without additional compensation;
• The entry does not contain unlawful or illegal materials or materials contrary
to the laws or regulations in the UK and/or in the jurisdiction in which the
entry (being the video, text, or photo) was created.
• That no person appearing in any photograph and\or video is under the age
of 18 years old.
• The entry does not contain any form of unsolicited publicity not relevant to
the competition’s
theme.
• The Entrant's consent to the Promoter and Sponsor using the Entrant's
name, image and/or video in the event they are a winner (including
photograph, video and/or recording of the same) in any media for an
unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this
competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products
manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter and Sponsor, and
connected to this competition.
Please note - Any entry submitted will be reviewed by an internal committee,
before publication. The Promoter reserves the right to moderate, reject or
disqualify any entry, before or after publication, which, in its sole discretion, it
determines to be indecent, offensive or inappropriate or which is otherwise
inconsistent with the letter and spirit of these competition rules or which is
potentially damaging to either the Promoter, Sponsor, the Competition's, or any
other third party's' image or reputation.
All entrants that participate in the competition, agree to take part in any reasonable
publicity required by the Promoter; any winner consents to the results and winner’s
name being published on the Promoter’s website and any reasonable media and
promotional coverage created by this promotion and the prize(s) without
remuneration.
The competition consists of two rounds of evaluation for the uploaded
entries. Round One:
Each entry published shall be put to a vote on the http://football.indesit.com
website. All registered users of Indesit website may vote for the entry they consider
to be the best entry.
Online voting will open on 20th February 2012 at 00.00 GMT and close at 23.59 on
13th April 2012. No entries and votes after this point will be accepted. The 186
entries with the most votes will be shortlisted to proceed to Round Two of the
competition. In the event of entries with the same number of votes (186 and 187
for example) the jury will choose the finalist.)
Entrants may not vote for their own entry.
Registered users may vote as many times as they wish with a limit of one vote per
day per entry.
All of those published entries that do not proceed to round two of the competition
shall be automatically entered into the http://talents.football.indesit.com/en/rules/

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries from participating in the
competition if it has reason to believe that anyone voting for such entries has been
paid or incentivized in any way for placing their vote, either by the entrant or any
third party.
Round Two:
By 27th April 2012, the 186 shortlisted entries will be judged by a diverse and
independent panel of judges. Each entry will be evaluated on the basis of the
relevance to the topic, originality, visibility and aesthetics. The panel of judges will
select 50 winners and 50 reserves who shall be contacted in the event that any
winner fails to claim the prize in accordance with the provisions below, or is unable
to take the prize for whatever reason.
The decision of the judges is final and binding with respect to all matters relating to
the Competition.
The selection of the winners is final and no correspondence will be entered into. A
list of the winners is available on written request to the Promoter. The full names of
the judges are available on written request to the Promoter.
All of those entries that did not win the main prize, including any reserves, shall be

Prizes of the Competition:
The 50 winners will get a round trip to London (please see details below).
Each winner will be notified that they have won a prize by email. Any winner who
has not responded to the notification within 7 days will forfeit their prize. The first
reserve shall be contacted in the event that a winner fails to claim their prize and
so on.
Details of the trip to London:
The mode of transport will vary depending on the residence of the prizewinner. The
Promoter shall organize all transport
The prize includes: standard class transport from the closest appropriately
connected city to the prize winner’s residential address and 2 night’s
accommodation in a single room for 1 person in a 3 star hotel, breakfast included.
The decision as to the most appropriate form of transport for the prizewinner’s
travel will lie with the Sponsor or Promoter.
Dates: from 14 May 2012 to 16 May 2012 (check out 16th May). The Sponsor shall
organise travel from the hotel to the Emirates stadium (and return travel) to attend
the Indesit Football event.
The prize does not include any spending money, meals, drinks, transfers, passports,
visas, transport to and from departure point, travel insurances, and all other
ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize or costs of a personal nature
not stated. These are the responsibility of the winner.
The winner is also responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports (that
meet the requirements of those required for a person travelling to the UK),
requisite visas, vaccinations and any other required travel documentation. The
winner must depart from and return to the same point of departure.
Winners are responsible for paying any applicable taxes.
Each winner must provide the Promoter with all information and copies of
documentation that the Promoter requests promptly and no later than 7th of May
2012, to allow the Promoter to book and confirm travel arrangements.
Once the travel arrangements have been agreed and booked by the Promoter and
communicated to the winner no changes will be possible.
The prize is not transferable, and no cash or other alternative arrangements will be
offered.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, or circumstances outside of the
Promoters reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to amend, withdraw
or substitute the prize for an alternative arrangement.
Personal information provided upon entry in the competition will be held and used
by the Promoter, the companies belonging to his/her group, its suppliers and
contractors, in order to administer the promotion, and otherwise in accordance with

By entering the Competition, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be
bound by these rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data
Controller (the Sponsor), for the purposes of the administration of this Competition

The Contest is open only to European residents, except where void or prohibited by
law.
Winners will be solely responsible for any federal, state or local taxes
Please note that the offer to participate in this Competition does not extend to
persons resident in countries where local, state, provincial or national laws prohibit
the promotion of, operation of or participation in sweepstakes, competitions,
lotteries or similar prize draws. Italian residents shall not be entitled to participate
in this particular competition. There is a separate competition for Italian residents.
Entrants will be invited to opt-in to receive further communications from the
Promoter, Sponsor or selected competition partners. By opting in, entrants consent
to the receipt of any email and/ or commercial communications in relation to the
aforementioned company's products, services and events. The decision by entrants
to grant or withhold their consent in relation to the use of their information for
marketing purposes will not affect the selection of the winner.
If any term of these Rules shall be found to be void or contrary to law, such term
shall be deemed to be severable from the other terms and provisions herein, and
the remainder of these shall remain in effect.
Save where the Promoter has been negligent, the Promoter shall in no way be
liable for any injuries, losses, damages or expenses suffered or incurred by any
winner of the competition, as a direct or indirect result of accepting a Prize.
Save where the Promoter has been negligent, the Promoter shall in no way be
liable for any injuries, losses, damages or expenses suffered or incurred as a result
of participating in the competition.
The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the competition
without any prior notice should the Promoter be unable to continue the competition
for whatever reason. The Promoter may also disqualify any entrant if they do not
comply with these terms and conditions or on other reasonable grounds.
The Promoter is not responsible for any technical problems or human error that
may result in an entry not being received or being lost or damaged or for any
destruction or alteration of, or unauthorized access to, competition entries or entry
forms.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of
England shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and
entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to
disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these
rules or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce
any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
