Conditions of participation
Participation in the Advent calendar "FALKEN XMAS CALENDAR - A DECEMBER TO REMEMBER!" organised by SOKRATIV GmbH, hereinafter referred to as operator or organizer, is free of charge and is based exclusively on these conditions of participation.
Schedule of the Advent calendar
On all five competition days (27.11.22, 04.12.22, 11.12.22, 18.12.22 and 24.12.22) participants will have the opportunity to open an Advent calendar door online. Each Advent calendar door remains open for participation for 120 hours, from 0:00 a.m. on the first day to 11:59 p.m. on the 5th day (example: 27.11.22 0:00 a.m. to 01.12.22 11:59 p.m.).
Participation
Participation takes place by starting the Advent calendar and then clicking on the current Advent calendar door.
A competition is stored behind the Advent calendar door. In order to participate in the competition, it is necessary to complete and submit the displayed participation form. The participation period provided for this purpose extends over five days (120 hours), from 0:00 a.m. on the first day to 11:59 p.m. from day 5 (example 1st competition day on 27.11.22 from 0:00 a.m. to day 5 01.12.22 11:59 p.m.). Entries received after the closing date will not be considered for the draw.
Only one submitted registration per participant and day will take part in the competition. It is strictly forbidden to use multiple email addresses to increase the chances of winning.
Participation in the competition is free of charge.
Eligible
Natural persons who are resident in Europe and have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Each participant may only enter a competition once per Advents calendar door. The participation is not limited to customers of the organizer and is not dependent on the purchase of goods or services.
If a participant is restricted in his legal capacity, the consent of his legal representative is required.
All persons and employees of the operator involved in the conception and implementation of the Advent calendar as well as their family members are not entitled to participate in the Advent calendar. In addition, the operator reserves the right, at its own discretion, to exclude persons from participation if there are legitimate reasons, such as
(a) manipulation in connection with access to or execution of the competition, (b) violations of these terms and conditions, (c) unfair conduct or (d) false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition.
Prize, notification and transmission of the prize
In the case of an integrated competition, a more detailed description of the prizes to be won will be provided directly on the day of the competition via the competition window.
In total we are going to raffle:
- a bundle of 1x Jackery Solar Generator 1000 Pro worth 1.699 Euro and 1x set of Falken tyres in a value of 400 Euro
- 2x a pair of skis (available sizes: 162 or 172) in an exclusive FALKEN edition worth 400 Euro each pair
- 2x Nitro snowboard in an exclusive FALKEN edition in a value of 400 Euro each
The winners will be determined in a random draw among all participants. The draw takes place within two days after the respective participation period has endend. If the competition is linked to a task, only those participants who have completed the task correctly will be entered into the raffle.
The winners of the raffle will be informed promptly via a separate e-mail about the prize.
The prize will be handed over exclusively to the winner or to the legal representative of the minor winner. An exchange, a pick-up and a cash payment of the prize are not possible.
Any costs incurred for the dispatch of the prizes shall be borne by the operator. Any additional costs associated with claiming the prize shall be borne by the winner. The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize.
If the winner does not respond within a period of 3 weeks, the prize can be transferred to another participant.
Termination of the Advent calendar
The organizer expressly reserves the right to terminate the online Advent calendar including its integrated promotions at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. This applies in particular to any reasons that would disturb or prevent the scheduled course of the Advent calendar.
Privacy
For participation in the Advent calendar, the indication of personal data is necessary. The participant assures that the personal information provided by him, in particular first name, surname and e-mail address, is truthful and correct.
The organizer points out that all personal data of the participant will neither be passed on to third parties nor made available to them for use without their consent.
An exception is the company Happy Contests GmbH Maximilianstraße 14, 86150 Augsburg, Germany, commissioned for the implementation of the Advent calendar, which must collect, store and use the data for the purpose of carrying out the Advent calendar.
In the event of a win, the winner agrees to the publication of his name and place of residence in the advertising media used by the organizer. This includes the announcement of the winner on the operator's website as well as on the website of FALKEN Tyre Europe GmbH, Berliner Str. 74-76, 63065 Offenbach am Main, Germany and its social media platforms. In the event of a win, the winner also agrees that the personal data provided by him, in particular first and last name as well as e-mail address may be transmitted to the company FALKEN Tyre Europe GmbH for the purpose of processing the prize.
The participant can revoke his declared consent at any time. The revocation must be sent in writing to the contact details of the organizer given in the imprint area of the Advent Calendar App. After revocation of consent, the collected and stored personal data of the participant will be deleted immediately. Applicable law
Questions or complaints in connection with the Advent calendar or its contents should be addressed to the operator. Contact details can be found in the imprint area of the Advent calendar. The Advent calendar of the operator is subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. The legal regulations on the restriction of the choice of law and the applicability of mandatory regulations, in particular of the state in which the participant as a consumer has his habitual residence, remain unaffected. Legal recourse is excluded.
