Competition participation
The competition is organized by Sensation Travel GmbH, Prinzessinnenstraße 20, 10969 Berlin (hereinafter referred to as “Tourlane”). The competition is open exclusively to persons residing in Germany, France, Austria, or Switzerland who are at least 18 years of age.
Employees of Tourlane, its affiliated companies, and any cooperation partners, as well as their relatives, are excluded from participation. Each participant may only participate in their own name. Participation by proxy is strictly prohibited. Each person may only participate once. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will result in exclusion from the contest.
This does not constitute a claim to the organization of future competitions. The respective competition will be activated by its publication on the respective page. Publication does not constitute a claim to participation.
Requirements for participation and duration
Participation in the competition is subject to participants fulfilling the following requirements:
Follow the Instagram account @tourlane and @eddy_papeoo
Like the corresponding contest post on the Instagram platform, and
Comment according to the instructions given in the post.
Participation in the competition is possible until January 30, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. CET. Participation is deemed to have taken place if the above conditions are electronically recorded at the end time.
Prize A travel voucher worth €2,500 for a personalized individual trip will be raffled off among all participants under the following conditions:
The voucher can be used by the winner for Tourlane portfolio services, in particular for round-trip flights, airport pick-up service, accommodation, rental cars, and activities offered or arranged by Tourlane on site.
The budget does not include travel costs to and from the departure airport and/or train station in Germany on the day of departure or return, meals on arrival and departure and during the trip, any visa costs and/or departure taxes, personal expenses and tips, extra fees, in particular for rental cars, travel and health insurance, etc., other optional activities and expenses, as well as special expenses related to the execution of the trip.
If the value of the travel voucher exceeds the price of the trip, the remaining value will be forfeited.
The prize voucher is not divisible and can therefore only be applied to a trip that has been booked or is to be booked. If the price of the land program exceeds the value of the travel voucher, the difference must be paid by the customer.
The travel voucher won cannot be combined with other voucher and/or discount promotions, in particular with affiliate, referral, influencer, and newsletter sign-up vouchers, as well as the Tourlane Plus discount.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
The voucher can be redeemed until December 31, 2028, whereby the binding booking is considered redemption. After expiration, the claim to redemption of the prize expires.
Implementation, announcement of winners, and provision of prizes
The winner will be determined at random by lottery within 7 days after the end date.
After the draw, the winner will be notified via direct message (DM) on the Instagram platform. The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within 5 days of notification. If acceptance is not received within the aforementioned period, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be determined. Participants who do not win will not be notified separately.
The prize will be provided in such a way that the winner will be advised by one of Tourlane's agents regarding the predefined destination in advance of travel planning. The use of the respective budget for the activities and options available will be decided jointly by the winner and a Tourlane agent. Tourlane's terms and conditions apply to the booking process.
Liability
Tourlane shall be released from all obligations upon delivery of the prize, unless an earlier date is specified in these terms and conditions.
Tourlane shall not be liable for any material defects and/or defects of title in prizes donated by any cooperation partners. Tourlane shall only be liable for damages caused by Tourlane or one of its vicarious agents through intent or gross negligence or through the breach of cardinal obligations. The above limitation of liability shall not apply to damages resulting from injury to life, limb, and/or health.
Miscellaneous
Legal recourse is excluded. In all other respects, the General Terms and Conditions, the conditions of participation for the Tourlane customer referral program, and the Tourlane data protection provisions apply.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and conflict of laws provisions.
