This competition is not sponsored or administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. By entering this competition, the participant agrees to a complete release of Facebook, Instagram or Twitter from any liability in connection with this competition.
Every natural person is entitled to participate. Persons who are not 18 years old at the time of participation require the consent of their legal guardian. Employees of SCOTT Sports SA or its subsidiaries and other persons involved in the conception and implementation of this competition are excluded from participation. Due to regulatory provisions, this contest is open for persons resident in France, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands or Luxembourg only.
Participants are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration are correct and complete.
Multiple entries to this competition are not allowed.
SCOTT Sports SA has the right to take legal steps against anyone who has manipulated this competition or who has attempted to do so.
The contest runs from November 22, 2021, 07:00 (CET) to December 19, 2021, 23:59 (CET).
3 winners will be chose randomly out of all participants who have entered the competition. Winners will be contacted by e-mail within a week after the contest is concluded. If no reply is given from the participants to SCOTT Sports SA within 14 days, the winners will automatically lose the right to the prize and new winners will be elected amongst the remaining participants at SCOTT Sports SA’s discretion.
The prizes of this contest are 3. 1st Prize: 54 La Classica, 2nd: Gardena Jacket, 3rd: Flannel Shirt + Weekender Canvas bag.. The prize will not be taken back as a gesture of goodwill. The prize is personal and non-transferable; a cash payment is not possible.
Any liability of SCOTT Sports SA and its organisations, employees and vicarious agents for damages arising from or in connection with the competition, irrespective of the legal reason, is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence, as far as legally permissible.
The participant agrees that his/her data will be stored by the SCOTT Group and passed on to partner companies as part of the prize processing. The participant agrees to receive information about products, special offers, events and other competitions from the SCOTT Group.
