The Promotion prize draw is open to all UK / ROI / France /Spain / Portugal /Germany /Denmark /Finland /Norway /Sweden/ Netherlands / Belgium / Greece / Hungary / Czech Republic / Switzerland / Slovakia / Ukraine / Austria / Poland / Australia / New Zealand / Romania residents aged 18 or over, except employees and immediate families of the Promoter, its agencies and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion. Proof of age may be required.
The Promotion will run from 1st April 2013 until 1st November 2013.
Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them when entering this Promotion.
To enter and take part in this prize draw participants must log on to www.dewalt.com/WIN and register your details. Maximum of one entry per person and per household. Alternatively, participants may enter the prize draw by attendance at one of the five MotoGP events by taking part in the 5 drive challenge and entering their E mail address as a valid entry mechanism. The fastest 5 drive winners at each of the five events will also win a LTD MotoGP tool kit.
Entries must be received between 1st April 2013 until 1st November 2013 inclusive entries received after this date will not be entered in the prize draw.
The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network computer hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending of your entry. Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties. Incomplete entries will be disqualified and not entered in the prize draw.
The winner will be drawn in the first week of November,2013 from all complete correct and eligible entries received by the closing date. The winner will be contacted by e mail or mobile phone within 14 days of the prize draw. If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days the promoter reserves the right to award the prize to somebody else. The promoter will not be responsible for any inability to contact the winner.
There will be one prize package drawn from online entries at www.dewalt.com/WIN The prize package consists of:-
package for two people with economy return flights from an appropriate international airport to Tokyo, airport transfers from Tokyo airport to the hotel. Seven nights accommodation including meals and drinks with evening meal. All other incidental hotel costs ( including drinks within the hotel and from the mini bar) are paid for by the winner upon check out on day of departure.
Hotel to race track transfer and return travel. VIP hospitality at the MOTOGP race circuit including food and drinks for qualifying and race day. Escorted access to the Pit garage ,paddock and hospitality and return transfers will be supplied to the winner in local country specification. Optional day excursions to 'Mount Fuji and Yamaha Motor Museum' The prize is non transferable and there is no cash alternative.
It is a mandatory requirement that the winner and their guest obtain a policy of insurance to cover for all eventualities and travel purposes during the prize trip to Tokyo.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend the date of the prizes if this is subject to change for reasons out of the promoter's control and to amend these terms and conditions at any time and any amendment will be found on the website www.dewalt.eu
The Promoter's decision is final and binding in all respects on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with the entry rules and conditions will be disqualified.
The winner will be invited to participate in any publicity resulting in this promotion, provided their written consent is given to such publicity.
All taxes that may be incurred as a result of the prize are the responsibility of the winners.
The Promoter agrees that it will in relation to any personal data processed in connection with this promotion comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 and process such data only insofar as is necessary for the purpose of performing its obligations and in accordance with its privacy policy.
You can obtain the name of the country from which the winner was drawn by sending a stamped address envelope to the promoter.
Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence, or in respect of fraud and so far as is permitted by law the Promoter and its associate companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from:
any postponement or cancellation of the promotion, and
any changes to, supply of, or use of the prize, and
any act or default of any third party supplier, which are beyond the promoter's reasonable control.
The Promoter will use the winner's and each entrants personal details for the purpose of administering this promotion.
This Promotion and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. You the entrant and the promoter irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
