Terms & Conditions of Participation

“Win a Trip to South Africa”

These terms and conditions govern the participation in “Win a Trip to South Africa” (the “Contest”), a
promotional contest organized by Crocs Europe B.V., [PO Box 84420, 2508 AK The Hague, The
Netherlands Chamber of Commerce No. 27276812; “Crocs”].
Those taking part in the Contest shall be referred to as “Contestant”, “you”, “your”.

1. The Contest is open to anyone legally residing in the European Union and above the age of 18.
Persons below the age of 18 are not eligible to participate, unless they are so permitted by a
parent. No employee, agent affiliate, officer, director or representative of Crocs is allowed to
participate.
2. No purchase of any Crocs products is required to participate in the Contest.
3. Participation in the Contest is subject to your accepting these Terms & Conditions of
Participation. Participation in the Contest is free of charge except for the regular costs of your
internet connection.
4. You may take part in the Contest by answering the multiple choice question on our website,
www.crocs.eu, between 31 March 2010 and 30 April 2010. To finalize your participation, you will
have to register by filling out the requested information completely, correctly and truthfully or else
you will not be able to participate.
5. A Contestant may not participate more than once.
6. After 30 April, 2010, 00:00hrs GMT you will not be able to register for participation.
7. The Prize winner will be notified before the 15 May 2010 by email. Return of an e-mail as
“undeliverable” or not responding to this email within 48 hours will result in your disqualification
and an alternative winner will be selected (re-draw).
8. The Prize consists of one pair of tickets to the Netherlands – Denmark World Cup Soccer game
on 14 June 2010 in Johannesburg. Included in the Prize are:
- two return plane tickets to Johannesburg, South-Africa (to: 13 June 2010 – from: 16 June
2010);;
- transport from airport to City Lodge and back (from: 13 June 2010 – to: 16 June 2010);
- hotel reservation for two persons at City Lodge ( arrival: 13 June 2010 – departure: 16 June
2010);
- transport to stadium Soccer City and back to City Lodge on 14 June 2010;
- entrance tickets to Netherlands – Denmark World Cup Soccer game on 14 June 2010.
Excluded from the Prize are:
- costs for a visa, when needed;
- costs for food and drinks during your stay in South Africa;
- costs for travel insurance and any further related costs.
9. The winner of the Prize must be eligible to travel to South-Africa between 13 June 2010 and 16
June 2010. Any costs, related to obtaining a visa or travel insurance, are for the account of the
Prize winner and the person accompanying him/her.
10. False or deceptive entries or acts contrary to these terms & conditions of participation will render
the Contestant ineligible for the Contest and Prize.
11. If you are the winner, you will be asked, upon being contacted by Crocs, to provide us with
additional personal information in order for us to book flights & hotel for you.
12. The Prize is not redeemable for cash. The winners will be contacted 15 May 2010.
13. By opting to receive emails from Crocs, you provide Crocs with Personally Identifiable Information
(PII). If you provide Crocs your PII, Crocs may periodically send you newsletters, e-mails
featuring exclusive sales and promotions and e-mails requesting your feedback on our products
and services. You can remove your e-mail address from our e-mail list at any time by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link in every Crocs e-mail. In the event that a promotional offer is co-branded
with or sponsored by another party, we may share your PII, with your consent, with that party.
Crocs may be obligated to cooperate with various law enforcement inquiries and reserves the
right to share or transfer your PII to comply with legal requirements. Crocs’ use of the provided PII
shall be subject to the laws of The Netherlands and any conflict arising out of such use shall fall
under the jurisdiction of the court of The Hague, The Netherlands, to which you consent by opting
to receive Crocs’ newsletter and e-mails.
14. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Contest should any virus,
bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond our control and in our sole
opinion corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the Contest
or for any other reason.
