Le jeu est ouvert à toutes les personnes majeures (plus de 18 ans).
La participation à ce jeu gratuit, sans obligation d'achat, est ouverte à toute personne

Les participants ne donnant pas leur nom, adresse mail, préférence de langage et pays

La participation au jeu implique l'acceptation du présent règlement. Toute personne qui

Les participants doivent également répondre positivement à la question « J'ai lu et
j'accepte les conditions ». Les participants qui ont complété avec succès les champs
obligatoires seront automatiquement inscrits pour participer au jeu.
Désignation du gagnant :
Le gagnant sera désigné par tirage au sort, effectué sous contrôle d’huissier le premier
jour ouvré suivant la date de fin du jeu, parmi lesparticipants ayant trouvé les quatre
bonnes réponses.
L’Organisateur contactera ensuite le gagnant de sorte à lui envoyer le prix.
Article IV : Les prix
Ce jeu est doté des prix suivant : 77 heures dans une suite à l’hôtel Concorde Berlin
pour 2 personnes, petit déjeuner inclus. Valable sur réservation préalable et selon
disponibilité, pour un séjour compris entre du 1
er
décembre 2012 et le 31 novembre
2013, hors période de congrès, de festivals et jourde l’An. Les transports et
acheminement ne sont pas compris. La valeur de ce prix est estimée à 1 950 (mille neuf
cent cinquante) euros
Le gagnant recevra un bon cadeau électronique à utiliser, selon la disponibilité de
l’hôtel au moment de la réservation, à valoir avantle 30 novembre 2013.
Les prix ne peuvent être remboursés entièrement ou partiellement. Le prix ne peut être
envoyé à une autre personne que le gagnant lui-même.
Les gagnants seront désignés après vérification de leur éligibilité à gagner le prix.
Si le gagnant n’a pas répondu dans un délai de 60 (soixante) jours au plus tard après
avoir été informé du résultat à l’issue du jeu concours, le gagnant sera disqualifié et le
gain sera attribué au suppléant.
En acceptant la dotation, le gagnant autorise expressément l’Organisateur à utiliser son
nom, en faisant référence à sa ville de résidence sur tous les supports souhaités par
l’Organisateur et à toutes fins nécessaires et notamment sur le site internet et sur tous
les sites et les supports affilés, et ce sans aucune autre compensation que la dotation
initialement prévue.
En participant, le gagnant s’engage à accepter l’ensemble des conditions écrites dans
ce règlement. S’il s’avérait que le gagnant ne remplisse pas l’ensemble des critères
décrits dans ce règlement, le prix ne pourra lui être attribué.
Pour ces motifs, l’Organisateur se réserve le droitd’exiger au gagnant la copie d’une
pièce d’identité avant d’expédier la dotation. Toute absence de présentation de ces
justificatifs, de fausse identité ou adresse erronée entrainera immédiatement et
irrévocablement l’élimination du participant et la demande de restitution ou de
remboursement de la dotation qu’il aurait déjà reçu.
Article V : Envoi de la dotation
Les prix ne peuvent être échangés pour un autre objet, ou remboursés entièrement ou
partiellement par de l'argent. Le prix ne peut êtreenvoyé à une autre personne que le
vainqueur lui-même.
Article VI : Remboursement des frais de participation
Le remboursement des frais de connexion lies à la participation au jeu peut être faite
uniquement dans la limite de 2 minutes, sur la basedes tarifs de France Telecom (0.16
euro/minute).
Les participants ne payant pas les frais de connexion (forfait illimité, ADSL…) ne
pourront se voir remboursés.
Le remboursement peut être demandé par demande écrite adressée l’organisateur.
Les participants devront clairement mentionner leurnom et prénom, leur adresse
complète et adresser leurs coordonnées bancaires ainsi qu’une copie d’une facture
justificative des dates et heures de connexion correspondant à la participation au jeu.
Le remboursement de la demande de remboursement desfrais de connexion peut être
également demandé sur la base du tarif d’une lettreaffranchie au tarif économique.
Article VII : Droit d'auteur littéraire et artistique
Conformément à la législation française sur le droit d'auteur, la reproduction littéraire et
artistique ou la représentation de tout ou partie des éléments composant ce jeu sont
strictement interdites. Les marques citées sont desmarques déposées de leurs
propriétaires respectifs.
Article VIII : Les données personnelles - Informatique et Libertés
Une fois les participants ayant pris part au jeu, ils doivent fournir quelques données
personnelles (nom, prénom, adresse e-mail, la langue de préférence, pays).Ces
données sont copiées et sauvegardées dans un fichier informatique et sont nécessaires
pour le processus du jeu, la désignation des gagnants et le transport des prix. Ces
données sont pour le bénéfice de l'Organisateur et peuvent être partagées avec les
partenaires techniques et les partenaires responsables de l'envoi des prix.
Quand les participants s’enregistrent pour le jeu, les participants ont également
confirmé leur abonnement aux bulletins d'information de l'Organisateur.
Les données recueillies peuvent ensuite être utilisées légalement.
Toutes les données personnelles recueillies dans lecadre de ce jeu sont traitées

Article IX : Remboursement des frais de participation

remboursés à sa demande.
Cependant, étant observé qu’en l’état actuel des offres de service et de la technologie,
certains fournisseurs d’accès à Internet offrent une connexion gratuite ou forfaitaire aux
internautes, il est expressément convenu que tout accès au site s’effectuant sur une
base gratuite ou forfaitaire (tels que notamment connexion par câble, ADSL ou liaison
spécialisée) ne pourra donner lieu à aucun remboursement, dans la mesure où
l’abonnement aux services du fournisseur d’accès est dans ce cas contracté par
l’internaute pour son usage de l’Internet en général et que le fait pour le participant de
se connecter au site et de participer au jeu ne luioccasionne aucun frais ou débours
supplémentaire.
Le cas échéant, pour obtenir le remboursement de ses frais de connexion, ainsi que les
frais d’affranchissement de sa demande de remboursement, sur la base du tarif postal

Article II: Access to the game

The organizer expressly informs the participants inthe Game and the Game
participants recognize that Facebook does not endorse nor manages the game in any
way whatsoever. Information provided by participants through participation in the game
are for the Organising Company and not to Facebook.
Article III: Conditions and terms
The game is for all people over 18 years old.
Participation in this free game, which carries no obligation to buy, is open to any
individual with an Internet connection and a valid email address (save for staff and
representatives of the organizing company, its partners and sub contractors as well as
their advisers and members of their families).
Participants who didn’t give their full names, email address, language preference and
originating country or who partially or wrongly gave them will be disqualified. So will be
all the participants who refuse to have the necessary private information collected
recorded and used by Concorde Hotels and Resorts.
The participation in the game implies the acceptation of the present rules. Any breaking
the rules brings about the cancellation of the participation and of the chances to get a
prize.

Participants must also respond positively to the question "I read and agree with the
terms of the competition”. Participants who will have successfully completed the
required fields will be automatically registered for participation in the game.
Designation of the winner
The only winner will be drawn under bailiff controlon the first working day of the
following month, among all the participants who found the four correct answers.
The Organizer will then contact the winner in orderto send him/her the prize.
Article IV: Prizes
This game is endowed with the following prize: 77 hours in a Suite room for 2 people,
breakfast included at the hotel Concorde Berlin (Germany), excluding transport and
transfers on prior reservation with the hotel. Subject to availability only from 01/12/12 to
30/11/2013, outside of any congresses, festivals and New Year’s Eve. The value of this
prize is estimated at 1950€ (one thousand nine hundred and fifty euros).
The winner will receive an electronic gift certificate to use, depending on availability of
the hotel at the time of reservation, before 30
th
November 2013.
Prizes may not be replaced by a cash payment or anyother form of compensation and
are non-transferrable. Prizes are not transferable to anyone else than the winner
himself. Prizes are nominative; they cannot be yield to another person.
Winners will be named after checking their eligibility to win the prize.
If the winners have not replied within sixty (60) days of being informed of their win, they
will be disqualified.
From the mere fact of accepting the prize, the winner allows the Organizer to use his
name, and to mention his town and his area of residence in any promotional
demonstration on the Organizer’s website and any site or affiliate support, without being
able to ask for compensation other than the prize won.
Winners must comply with the regulations. If it turns out they do not meet the criteria of
this regulation, their prize would not be awarded. Entrants authorize all checks on
identity, age, postal address or their loyalty and sincerity of their participation. For this
reason, the organizer reserves the right to requesta copy of the identity card of the
winner before sending the prize. Any misrepresentation, false identity or address
will result in the immediate elimination of the participant and the appropriate
reimbursement of the prizes that have already been sent.
Article V: Transportation of the prizes
The prizes cannot be exchanged for another object, or for money of any kind. They
cannot be entirely or partially repaid for. The participants are informed that the
exchange or sale of the prize is prohibited. The prize is not transferable to anyone else
than the winner himself.
Article VI: No purchase required
The refund for the connection fees linked to the participation in the game can be done
only in the limit of two minutes on the base of France Telecom tariffs to this day (0.16
euro/minute).
Participants who don’t pay the connection fees (unlimited subscriptions, ADSL…)
cannot be repaid.
The refund can be asked by written request sent to the organizing company.
Participants must clearly write their first and last name, full address and send their bank
account details and the photocopy of the appropriate bill with the dates and hours
concerned underlined.
The refund for the repayment request can be obtained on the basis of the economical
tariff for a letter.
Article VII: Literary and artistic copyright
In accordance with French legislation on literary and artistic copyright, reproduction or
representation of all or part of the elements making up this game is strictly prohibited.
The trade marks referred to are the registered trademarks of their respective owners.
Article VIII: Personal data
Once again, to take part in the game, the participants must give some personal data
(first name, last name, email address, language preference, country where he leaves)..
These data are copied and saved in a computer file and are necessary to the process of
the game, the designation of the winners and the transportation of the prizes. These
data are for the organizer’s benefit and could be shared with technical partners and
partners responsible for sending the prizes.
When he registers to the game, the participants also confirm their subscription to the
organizer’s newsletters. The data collected can then be used legally.
Any personal data gathered in the context of this game shall be processed in
accordance with the “Loi Informatique et Libertés” [French Data Protection Act] from 6

Die Teilnehmer müssen ferner die Frage „Ich habe die Teilnahmebedingungen gelesen
und bin mit ihnen einverstanden“ bejahen. Die Teilnehmer, die die auszufüllenden
Felder erfolgreich vervollständigt haben, werden automatisch zur Teilnahme an der
Veranstaltung registriert.
Bestimmung des Gewinners
Der Gewinner wird unter Aufsicht eines Gerichtsvollziehers am ersten Arbeitstag des
darauf folgenden Monats durch eine Ziehung unter allen Teilnehmern, die drei richtigen
Antworten gegeben haben, bestimmt.
Der Veranstalter kontaktiert den Gewinner, um ihm/ihr den Preis zukommen zu lassen.
Artikel IV: Preise
Dieser Wettbewerb ist mit den folgenden Preisen dotiert: 77 Stunden in einer Suite für
zwei Personen, inklusive Frühstück im Hotel Concorde Berlin (Deutschland), ohne
Transport und Transfer, unter vorheriger Buchung beim Hotel. Die Buchung erfolgt in
Abhängigkeit von der Verfügbarkeit nur für die Daten zwischen dem 01.12.2012 bis
13.11.2013, außerhalb der Veranstaltung von Kongressen, Festivals und Neujahr. Der
Wert dieses Preises wird auf 1950 € (eintausendneunhundertfünfzig Euro) geschätzt.
Der Gewinner erhält einen elektronischen Gutschein,den er in Abhängigkeit von der
Verfügbarkeit des Hotels zu den angegebenen Buchungszeiten vor dem 30. November
2013 einlösen kann.
Die Preise können nicht durch Barzahlungen oder irgendeine andere Form von
Entschädigung ersetzt werden und können nicht auf andere Personen übertragen
werden. Die Preise können nur vom Gewinner selbst eingelöst werden. Die Preise sind
namentlich und können nicht an andere Personen abgetreten werden.
Die Gewinner werden nach dem Prüfen ihrer Zulässigkeit für den Gewinn des Preises
ernannt.
Sollten die Gewinner nicht innerhalb von sechzig (60) Tagen nach Erhalt der
Information über den Gewinn des Preises antworten, werden sie disqualifiziert.
Allein durch die Tatsache, dass er den Preis akzeptiert, erlaubt der Gewinner dem
Veranstalter, seinen Namen zu verwenden und seine Stadt und die Gegend, in der er

Die Rückerstattung für die Anschlussgebühren zur Teilnahme an diesem Wettbewerb
betragen höchstens 2 Minuten auf der Basis der derzeitigen Preise von France Telecom
(0,16 €/Minute).
Teilnehmer, die keine Anschlussgebühren bezahlen (unbegrenzte Abonnements, ADSL
usw.) können keine Rückerstattung erhalten.
Die Rückerstattung kann schriftlich bei der veranstaltenden Gesellschaft geltend
gemacht werden.
Die Teilnehmer müssen ihren Vornamen und Familiennamen, ihre vollständige Adresse
gut leserlich auf einem Blatt Papier mit ihrer Bankverbindung und der Fotokopie der
entsprechenden Rechnung, auf welchen die entsprechenden Daten und Urzeiten
unterstrichen sind, einreichen.
Die Portorückerstattung für den Gebührenrückerstattungsantrag ist auf der Grundlage
des normalen Briefportos möglich.
Artikel VII: Literarisches und künstlerisches Copyright
In Übereinstimmung mit der französischen Gesetzgebung zum literarischen und
künstlerischen Copyright, ist die komplette oder teilweise Wiedergabe oder Darstellung
von Elementen, die diesen Wettbewerb bilden, strengverboten. Die angegebenen
Warenzeichen sind eingetragene Warenzeichen ihrer jeweiligen Eigentümer.
Artikel VIII: Persönliche Daten
Zur Teilnahme an dem Wettbewerb müssen die Teilnehmer bestimmte persönliche
Daten (Vorname, Familienname, E-Mail-Adresse, bevorzugte Sprache, Land) angeben.
Diese Daten werden in einer Computerdatei gespeichert und sind für die
Wettbewerbsabwicklung, die Ernennung der Gewinner und den Transport der Preise
erforderlich. Diese Daten können vom Veranstalter an die technischen Partner oder
Partner, die für die Zusendung der Preise verantwortlich sind, weitergegeben werden.
Bei der Anmeldung zum Wettbewerb bestätigt jeder Teilnehmer auch sein Abonnement
beim Newsletter des Veranstalters. Die gesammelten Daten können dann Kraft
Gesetzes verwendet werden.
Die persönlichen Daten, die in Zusammenhang mit diesem Wettbewerb gesammelt
werden, können in Übereinstimmung mit dem französischen Datenschutzgesetz vom 6.
Januar 1978 verarbeitet werden. Gemäß Art. 27 des französischen
Datenschutzgesetzes haben alle Teilnehmer des Wettbewerbs sowie ihre gesetzlichen
Vertreter, falls die Teilnehmer minderjährig sind, Recht auf Zugang und Korrektur der
sie betreffenden Daten. Anfragen auf Zugang, Korrektur und Einspruch sind an
Concorde Hotels & Resorts zu richten.
Artikel IX: Meinungsverschiedenheiten und Haftungen
Der Zugang zu der Website und die Teilnahme an dem Wettbewerb, die hier
vorgeschlagen werden, sind gratis.
Die Kosten für den Anschluss an die Website werden dem Teilnehmer auf einfache
Anfrage rückerstattet.
Angesichts der derzeitigen Dienstleistungsangebote und des Stands der Technik,
machen es bestimmte Anbieter von Internetzugangsdiensten Benutzern möglich, über
einen kostenlosen All-Inclusive-Anschluss zu verfügen. Es wird ausdrücklich
festgehalten, dass jeder Zugang zu der Website anhand eines Gratis- oder All-Inclusive-Zugangs (insbesondere Kabelanschlüsse, ADSL oder spezielle
Verbindungen) eine Kostenrückerstattung unmöglich machen, da sich der Internet-Benutzer für seinen allgemeinen Gebrauch an den Anbieter wendet und ihm durch den
Zugang zur Website zur Teilnahme an dem Wettbewerb keine zusätzlichen Kosten
entstehen.
In diesem besonderen Fall muss der Teilnehmer daherdie Rückerstattung seiner/ihrer
Anschlusskosten sowie seiner/ihrer Portokosten (normales Briefporto) auf einem Blatt
Papier beim Veranstalter schriftlich anfordern. Er muss dabei seinen/ihren
Familiennamen, Vornamen und die persönliche E-Mail-Adresse angeben. Pro
Teilnehmer wird eine Rückerstattung gewährt.

Die vorliegenden Teilnahmebedingungen werden über www.depotjeux.combei der

OUEN CEDEX hinterlegt. Auf Anfrage vor dem Abschlussdatum des Wettbewerbs,
erhält jede Person eine Gratiskopie dieser Teilnahmebedingungen. Anfragen senden

Artikel XI: Gefahren im Zusammenhang mit dem Gebrauch des Internets
Die Teilnahme an dem Wettbewerb bedingt die Kenntnis und Annahme der
Charakteristiken und Limits des Internets, den Mangel an Schutz bestimmter Daten vor
potentiellem Missbrauch oder Piraterie sowie die Gefahr von Computerviren, die im
Internet zirkulieren. Der Veranstalter lehnt jede Haftung in Zusammenhang mit dem
unsachgemäßen Gebrauch oder Vorfällen in Zusammenhang mit dem Gebrauch von
Computern, Internetzugang, Telefonleitungen oder anderen technischen Anschlüssen
ab.
