Article I: Organization
Concorde Hotels & Resorts (Concorde Management Company) - Marketing Department
- register as number RCS 493 203 897 and having its registered head offices at Le
Village 5, 50 Place de l'Ellipse, CS 70050 - 92081 Paris La Defense Cedex, France, will
be running a free game with no purchase required, on the websites
http://www.facebook.com/concordehotels and http://www.facebook.com/palaismed from
the 01/02/2012 to the 29/02/2012.
Article II: Access to the game

Article III: Conditions and terms
Conditions
The game is for all people over 18 years old.
Participation in this free game, which carries no obligation to buy, is open to any
individual with an Internet connection and a valid email address (save for staff and
representatives of the organizing company, its partners and sub contractors as well as
their advisers and members of their families).
Participants who didn’t give their full names, email address, language preference and
originating country or who partially or wrongly gave them will be disqualified. So will be
all the participants who refuse to have the necessary private information collected
recorded and used by Concorde Hotels and Resorts.
The participation in the game implies the acceptation of the present rules. Any breaking
the rules brings about the cancellation of the participation and of the chances to get a
prize.
Terms
The user must go to the website http://www.facebook.com/concordehotels or
http://www.facebook.com/palaismed and upload a picture of a carnival that the user
would have taken in Nice or elsewhere, whenever the carnival took place.
The user will invite his friends to vote for his picture. A jury composed of marketing &
ecommerce teams of Concorde Manager Company will choose the winner among the
10 participants who would have got the most votes.
Respond positively to the question "I read and agree with the terms of the competition”
Customers who have successfully completed the required fields will be automatically
registered for participation in the game.
Designation of the winners
A jury composed of marketing & ecommerce teams of Concorde Manager Company will
choose the winner among the 10 participants who would have got the most votes.
The Organizer will then contact the winner in order to send him his prize.
Article IV: Prizes
This game is endowed with the following prizes:
For February 2012: 2 nights in a superior room partial sea view, two buffet breakfasts
included per night at the Hotel Palais de la Méditerranée, a dinner for 2 « Formule
Bistro » at Le 3e restaurant, 2 French Riviera Pass 24h, excluding transport and
transfers on prior reservation with the hotel and subject to availability up to 31/01/2013,
outside of any congresses period.
The value of this prize is estimated at 1434,80 €.
The winners will receive an electronic gift certificate to use, depending on availability of
the hotel at the time of reservation, before 31th January 2013.
Prizes may not be replaced by a cash payment or any other form of compensation and
are non-transferrable. Prizes is not transferable neither, to anyone else than the winner
himself.
If the winners have not replied within sixty (60) days of being informed of their win, they
will be disqualified.
Winners will be named after checking their eligibility to win the prize.
From the mere fact of accepting the prize, the winner allows the organizer to use his
name, and to mention his town and his area of residence in any promotional
demonstration on the organizer’s website and any site or affiliate support, without being
able to ask for compensation other than the prize won.
Winners must comply with the regulations. If it turns out they do not meet the criteria of
this regulation, their prize would not be awarded. Entrants authorize all checks on
identity, age, postal address or their loyalty and sincerity of their participation. For this
reason, the organizer reserves the right to request a copy of the identity card of the
winner before sending the prize. Any misrepresentation, false identity or address will
result in the immediate elimination of the participant and the appropriate reimbursement
of the prizes that have already been sent.
Article V: Transportation of the prizes
The organizer cannot be held responsible for the transportation of the prizes to an
inaccurate address, due to the winner’s negligence. If, unintentionally, the prizes could
not be transported to their winners due to any problem (the winner moved without
notifying, etc.), the prizes will indefinitely be the organizer’s.
The prizes cannot be exchanged for another object, or for money of any kind. They
cannot be entirely or partially repaid for. The participants are informed that the
exchange or sale of the prize is prohibited. The prize is not transferable to anyone else
than the winner himself.
Article VI: No purchase required
The refund for the connection fees linked to the participation in the game can be done
only in the limit of two minutes on the base of France Telecom tariffs to this day (0.16
euro/minute).
Participants who don’t pay the connection fees (illimites subscriptions, ADSL…) cannot
be repaid.
The refund can be asked by written request sent to the organizing company.
Participants must clearly write their first and last name, full address and send their bank
account details and the photocopy of the appropriate bill with the dates and hours
concerned underlined.
The refund for the repayment request can be obtained on the basis of the economical
tariff for a letter.
Article VII: Literary and artistic copyright
In accordance with French legislation on literary and artistic copyright, reproduction or
representation of all or part of the elements making up this game is strictly prohibited.
The trade marks referred to are the registered trademarks of their respective owners.
Article VIII: Personal data
Once again, to take part in the game, the participants must give some personal data
(first name, last name, email address, language preference, country where he leaves)..
These data are copied and saved in a computer file and are necessary to the process of
the game, the designation of the winners and the transportation of the prizes. These
data are for the organizer’s benefit and could be shared with technical partners and
partners responsible for sending the prizes.
When he registers to the game, the participants also confirm their subscription to the
organizer’s newsletters. The data collected can then be used legally.
Any personal data gathered in the context of this game shall be processed in
accordance with the “Loi Informatique et Libertés” [French Data Protection Act] of 6
January 1978. Under Article 27 of the French Data Protection Act, all participants in the
game as well as their statutory representatives, if they are minors, have the right to
access and correct data concerning them. Any application for access, correction or
opposition shall be addressed to Concorde Hotels & Resorts.
Article IX: Disputes and liabilities
The access of the SITE and the participation to the game that is therein proposed are
totally free.
Connexion costs to the SITE will be refunded to the participant at his/her request.
However, given the current status of service offers and technology, some Internet
Access Providers will make it possible for Internet users to benefit from a free or an allinclusive
connexion. It is strictly specified that any access to the SITE carried out on a
free or on an-inclusive basis (especially such as cable connexions, ADSL or specialized
links) may not make it possible to allow any refunding, insofar as the subscription to
Internet Access Providers services is contacted by the Internet user in this case for
his/her Internet use in general – also because the fact that the participant must connect
to the SITE and participate to the game should not impose any additional cost on
him/her.
In this particular case, to get the refund of his/her connexion costs as well as his/her
stamping costs on the in force costs (slow courier service), the participant must
therefore send a written request to the Organizer – established on a free written paper.
This must contain the following elements, such as his/her name, surname and personal
mail address. One refund per participant will be granted.
Article X : Legal filing
These rules are deposited via www.depotjeux.com at Etude COHEN-SKALLI-HOBA
située 5 avenue Gabriel Péri BP 4293401 SAINT-OUEN CEDEX. A copy of the rules
shall be sent free of charge to any person making a written request for one prior to the
closure of the game. Requests should be sent by post to the following address:

Article XI : Risks inherent in using the Internet
Entering the competition implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and
limits of the Internet, the lack of protection of certain data against potential diversion or
piracy and the risk of contamination by any computer viruses circulating on the network.
The organiser declines all liability in the event of incorrect use or incidents connected
with the use of computers, Internet access, telephone lines or any other technical
connections.
