Toshiba Portege Z20t B2B-Promotion
(“Competition Terms”)
1.This competition is open to all Toshiba B2B-Customers in EU Member States aged 18 or over excluding directors, employees of Toshiba, other companies and persons associated with this competition, and their families ("this Competition").
2.By submitting an entry (as set out in the Competition instructions located at http://www.businessrevieweurope.eu/ or http://www.manufacturingglobal.com, entrants will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these terms, and the terms of any prize they may win. All Competition instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
3.This Competition gives one (1) entrant the chance to win a Toshiba Protégé Z20t laptop (the “Prize”).
4.To qualify for this Promotion, entrants must submit a correct answer to the question about the Toshiba Portege Z20t.
5.Maximum of one entry per person
6.No purchase necessary to enter this Competition.
7.Online entry will open on 3rd August 2015 (the “Opening Date”).
8.All entries must be received by 4th September 2015 ("the Closing Date").
9.If an entry is received before the Opening Date or after the Closing Date it will be deemed invalid.
10.Toshiba reserves the right to exclude late, duplicate, incomplete or entries made by third parties, agents or made with automated devices.
11.Toshiba reserves the right to disqualify entrants and entries it believes are acting in breach of these Competition Terms.
12.Proof of completing or submitting an entry does not constitute proof of receipt.
13.The winner will be drawn at random from all entrants who submitted the correct answer to the question about the Toshiba Portege Z20t.
14.In the event the winner does not respond/is not contactable, after three attempts Toshiba reserves the right to reselect another winner.
15.The Prize Draw will take place within 7 days after the Closing Date. The winner will be notified by email within seven days of the Prize Draw. The winner will be contacted in order to obtain a shipping address and the Prize will be sent by recorded delivery to the winner at the address specified by the winner. Prize will be shipped within 3 months after notification of win..
16.Entrants must, upon request, present acceptable proof of name, age and address of the entrant.
17.The Prize is not transferable, and no cash alternative or alternative prizes will be offered. Winner is responsible for and account to appropriate authorities for any applicable taxes, liabilities, charges and duties arising as a result of participation and/or reward out of participation in this promotion.
18.To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Toshiba be liable for any losses or damages whatsoever. However, nothing in these rules shall have the effect of excluding or restricting Toshiba's liability for personal injury or death caused by the proven negligence of Toshiba.
19.Subject to paragraph 18 above, Toshiba’s total aggregate liability to an entrant in this Competition shall not exceed the value of the Prize.
20.Toshiba reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to disqualify any entrant, it reasonably believes of cheating, deception or fraudulent conduct of any kind (including, without limitation, manipulating the Competition, choice of Competition winner or any entry).
21.Toshiba shall not be liable for any failure to fulfil this Competition offer where such failure is outside of Toshiba’s Control.
22.All descriptions, specifications and images of the Prizes used in this Competition are valid at the time of going to print. Colours and other minor specifications of Prizes may differ from those illustrated.
23.Any user information that is provided for the purposes of this Competition is provided to Business Review Europe.
24.By entering this Competition, each entrant is taken to consent to Toshiba, Business Review Europe and Manufacturing Global using, or disclosing the entrant’s personal information to administer the Competition and to third parties as required by law (including authorities that regulate the Competition). For more information about how Toshiba, Business Review Europe and Manufacturing Global manage personal information, please consult our Privacy Policy contained on toshiba.eu,businessrevieweurope.eu and manufacturingglobal.com .Subject to No. 25, personal data will be treated confidential and will be saved only for the sole purpose of this contest and deleted afterwards. Data will not be communicated to third parties, unless necessary for the distribution of the prize to the winner. Registrants are free to revoke consent of participation at any time and can request deletion of data at any time by giving notice to the above mentioned address of the Promoter.
25.Toshiba reserves the right, without further payment or permission, to use and publish the name, county and country of the winner and to publicise the Prize-giving presentation and for other promotional purposes to which entrants consents by their participation.
26.Given the nature of online content, all entries may be available online even after the Competition is over; you agree that you shall not hold Toshiba or its affiliates liable for any use of your entry by third parties either during or after the Competition.
27.The Competition Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of German, and that the courts of Düsseldorf, Germany shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
