Official Rules
Do not participate in this competition unless you meet the eligibility requirements set forth below, and have reached the age of majority in your country of residence at the time of entry. This competition is run by BoConcept, Herning, Denmark according to Danish law.

The “From Denmark. To the World” competition ("Competition") will begin at 00:00 a.m. Danish time on September 4th 2018 and end at 23:59 p.m. Danish time on September 30th 2018 ("Promotion Period"). Participation in the Competition constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules, and the Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the competition. The Sponsor is responsible for all aspects of this Competition.
Eligibility: Entrants must have reached the age of majority in their country of residence at the time of entry.
Employees, officers and representatives of VisitDenmark, BoConcept, and any of their respective parent companies, affiliates, franchisees, licensees, distributors, suppliers, subsidiaries, retailers, advertising/promotion agencies, and members of their immediate family (mother, father, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters and spouse, regardless of where they reside) and household members of each such employee, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Void where prohibited by law.
Sponsor/Administrator: The Competition is sponsored by BoConcept A/S, Fabriksvej 4, 6870 Ølgod, Denmark (the “Sponsor”).

Completing the online competition registration
Completing the registration form is mandatory. All entries must be received by 24.00 pm Danish time on each day during the Promotion Period. Only one entry is permitted pr. Person. All required information must be completed in order to enter the Competition and be eligible to win. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. Proof of entering information at the Website is not considered proof of delivery to, or receipt by, the Sponsor of an entry. Internet entries must be made by the entrant only at the Website. Entries made by any other individual, entity or those entries originating at any other web site or e-mail address, including, but not limited to, commercial competitions subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this competition. The use of automated entry devices is prohibited and no mechanically reproduced entries are allowed; all such entries are void. The Sponsor is not responsible for: late, incomplete, incorrect, delayed, garbled, undelivered, or misdirected entries. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person or e-mail address that submits more than the maximum allowed entries. All entries, upon submission, will be the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
Entrant's Personal Information: By participating, the Entrant consents to the Sponsor obtaining, using and transferring his or her name, e-mail and country of residence for the sole purpose of administering this competition. Information collected from Entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.boconcept.com/en-gb/privacy-policy.html In the event that the Entrant should win the prize, he or she also gives express consent to have his or her name and country of residence used in all forms of media. In addition, by signing up to newsletters, the Entrant gives his or her express consent to receiving promotional materials.
Limitations of Liability: If the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, is impaired for any reason outside the control of the Sponsor and the competition cannot take place the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. The Sponsor reserves the right to subsequently cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition in whole or in part at any time without notice and award the Prizes using all non-suspect eligible entries received as of or after (if applicable) this cancellation, termination, modification or suspension date, or in any manner that is fair and equitable. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries (save to the extent that the same is attributable to the Sponsor). The Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from this competition or downloading any materials in this Competition. (save to the extent that the same is attributable to the Sponsor). CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO PARTICIPATE WITH THE PURPOSE OF DELIBERATELY DAMAGING ANY WEBSITE OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE COMPETITION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT OCCUR, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO
THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an e- mail address, the winning entry will be declared by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. If the Sponsor fails to comply with these Official Rules, the Sponsor is responsible for loss or damage an entrant suffers that is a foreseeable result of the Sponsor's breach of these Official Rules or its negligence, but it is not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if they were an obvious consequence of the Sponsor's breach or if they were contemplated by the entrant and the Sponsor at the time that the entrant entered the Competition. The entrant will be responsible and liable to the Sponsor for any and all losses, claims and liabilities suffered by the Sponsor as a result of the entrant's breach of these Official Rules.
Prizes: One (1) Prize will be awarded, at the completion of the Promotion Period. The Prize winner will receive a trip for two (2) people to Denmark.
The prize winner and guest will each receive a round trip airline ticket (economy class) to Denmark at a maximum value of DKK 10.000 per person.

The prizes are valid from October 1st, 2018 through December 31st 2019. The winner (and guest) will fly from the (to the winner’s private address) nearest international airport with airline tickets available within the prize budget (DKK 10.000 per person). All travel arrangements are subject to availability, blackout dates & other restrictions. Prize travel must be completed by December 31st 2019. The Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary throughout. Rebooking and changes are not permitted. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable and do not include transfer to and from the airport by which the Winner and guest travel from. The choice of airline is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. All expenses related to the acceptance/use of prize that are not expressly included (such as, for example, travel insurance, costs in acquiring travel documentation, all taxes including airport taxes on the prize) are the winner's sole responsibility. The prize is conditional on the winner and their travelling companion having all necessary documentation (including passports and/or visas) to travel to and from their departure destination to Copenhagen. The prize cannot be substituted unless the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, decides to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value in the event that the original prize is unavailable.
In the event that the aforementioned prize is not available the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value.
Drawing and Notification: The prize winner will be selected amongst all eligible entries received in a random drawing. The drawing will be completed within 48 hours from the competition is closed. The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by email.
Prize Conditions: The Prize winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes and/or any other costs associated with the prize or receipt of the prize. If any potential winner cannot be contacted within Five (5) days of attempted notification, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. The winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability / Publicity Release (unless prohibited) within 7 days of written notification or they will be disqualified. Travel companions must also execute and return a travel release. In the event of noncompliance with the Official Rules, if a winner cannot be reached at the email address submitted by the winner’s entry within 5 days of the first attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable, an alternate winner will be selected.
Disputes: By entering the Competition, entrants agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Competition, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with Danish law, provided that if an entrant is a resident of another European Union member state that entrant will still benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of their European Union member state of residence (regardless of any other provision of these Official Rules). Any legal proceedings stemming from this Competition or relating to these Official Rules shall be initiated only in the Danish court, provided that If an entrant lives in another European Union member state that entrant can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Competition and these Official Rules in either the courts of their European Union member state of residence or the Danish court. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid, otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
