Conditions of participation
The competition starts on Sunday, 01.12.2024 immediately after publication and ends on 24.12.2024 at 23:59. The winner will be drawn as soon as possible and will receive notification from us by e-mail or direct message on the respective social media channel.
The prizes for the respective Advent calendar day will be drawn by us on the exact day (participation between 0:01 a.m. and 11:59 p.m.). It is not possible to enter later for the respective day. The following prizes can be won:

Participation takes place by leaving a comment on the respective calendar post in the corresponding social media channel, tagging a buddy and following Wiha in the respective channel. The respective co-author of the day must also be followed on Instagram. Comments that are offensive in any way will be excluded from participation.
Natural persons residing in Europe, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand are eligible to participate.
The participant in the competition must be 18 years old. Employees of Wiha Werkzeuge GmbH are excluded from participation.
The selection of prizes is fixed, no cash payment will be made. Vouchers or other alternatives are not possible.
We reserve the availability of the prizes and the right to terminate or shorten the competition. We reserve the right to exclude participants if there are signs of abuse, manipulation or other criminal behavior. There is no legal entitlement to participate in the prize draw.
We will notify the winner directly on the respective social media channel. He/she must then reply to the email within the next 48 hours. Otherwise we will draw a new winner.
Announcement: The participant agrees that his/her name may be mentioned in connection with the announcement of the prize, unless the participant expressly objects to this in text form
Collection and use of data
If you take part in the prize draw, we will store your personal data (e-mail address and postal address) for the purpose of processing the prize draw in the event that you win.
All data will be deleted 30 days after the end of the prize draw. Address information is only collected from the winner. We only use this information to send the prizes. We do not pass on any data to third parties. Participants are entitled to the statutory rights regarding information about the prize.
We reserve the right to announce the name of the winner on our social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Threads, YouTube).
