1 Please read these terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") carefully. By accessing this website and/or any pages thereof (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), you signify your agreement with and understanding of the following Terms and Conditions and the legal information pertaining to both this Website and any material on it. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, do not access this Website. In addition, when using particular services, you and UEFA shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services that may be posted on the Website from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions.
2 UEFA reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice to you. You are therefore responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms and Conditions. Continued use of this Website following any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
3 Intellectual Property
3.1 The Website was created by UEFA, Union des Associations Européennes de Football, Route de Genève 46, Case postale, CH-1260 Nyon 2, Switzerland. All rights reserved. Copyright UEFA 1998-2011.
3.2 All names and logos, as well as main trophies, of the UEFA competitions are registered trademarks of UEFA.
3.3 Any and all rights in relation to UEFA's competitions are the sole and exclusive property of UEFA. No information or data may be reproduced in any format or used in any way without the prior written consent of UEFA. UEFA shall be entitled to withhold consent at its sole discretion.
3.4 Various pictures, graphics, games, community/social tools, interactive features text, translation, interpretation, video, audio and football data content/editorial elements on the website have been or are supplied by third parties working with UEFA.
3.5 All club names and logos are the property of their respective owners.
3.6 Nothing in the Website is designed to grant any licence or right to use any names, logos, pictures or trademarks. No act of downloading or otherwise copying or reproducing from the Website will transfer title to you to any software or material on the Website.
Except as otherwise stated above, you are granted permission to view, store, print, reproduce, distribute any pages or download any material from the Website for personal non-commercial use only provided that (a) you do not modify any such page or any such material and (b) you include these Terms and Conditions with any reproduction. Any unauthorised reproduction for commercial purposes of the Website or any part thereof is a violation of UEFA's rights.
3.7 For UEFA promotions, apps and/or competitions run on Facebook, the following special rules apply:
• Promotions, apps and/or competitions are in no way sponsored or administrated by, or associated with Facebook.
• Any information will only be provided to UEFA and not to Facebook.
• Winners will be notified by Email and not through Facebook.
4 Games
4.1 For the Games published on the Website the following rules apply:
4.1.1 When you enter and participate in the UEFA Games (the "Game"), you are bound to play and accept that you must participate in the Game in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the Rules of the Game (the "Rules") and any other materials relating to the Game published on the Website including without limitation the list of the prizes.
4.1.2 Every application to participate in the Game must be made by a natural person (the "Participant" or "Participants") on the official electronic application form. Applications must adhere to the required format. Entry and participation are free. Please note that, in accordance with Clause 4.1.13, prizes will only be attributed to Participants with legal residence/domicile in the following territories (the "Territory"): all countries whose football national association is a member of UEFA unless expressly stated in the rules of the game. These countries are listed on the Website. the Territory. Participants with legal residence/domicile elsewhere may participate in the Game for their own enjoyment, but will not be eligible for any prizes.
4.1.3 Union des Associations Européennes de Football ("UEFA") is subject to Swiss data protection laws when collecting and processing personal data. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy on the Website. Please note that if you consent/have consented to receive marketing information in the appropriate tick box, this shall be deemed to constitute consent in accordance with the Information Sharing and Disclosure section of the Privacy Policy. In addition, please remember that when participating in the Game, you are also subject to the Terms and Conditions of use of the Website.
4.1.4 By submitting your application, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete.
4.1.5 Only one application is allowed per person.
4.1.6 Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to participate in the Game. Participants between 13 and 18 years of age and/or not of full contractual age of majority within their own territory of legal residence/domicile (a "Minor") must seek parental permission before applying and participating in the Game and adhering to the Terms and Conditions. UEFA will not knowingly allow children under the age of 13 or minors between 13 and 18 without parental permission to register for the Game.
4.1.7 The computer record of the application will be considered as being the formal application. Any application not adhering to the above format, incorrect applications or incomplete applications will be deemed invalid. UEFA is not responsible for application information or results lost or delayed in the course of transmission.
4.1.8 UEFA reserves the right to refuse to accept application names that are considered by UEFA in its sole discretion to be inappropriate or offensive. Unsuitable names will be deleted and the application will appear under a default name chosen by UEFA. Please bear this in mind when you choose the name for your application.
4.1.9 Acceptance of an application to the Game is at the sole discretion of UEFA. All accepted and registered Participants will be notified by UEFA via electronic acceptance messages. Electronic acceptance messages that are either "undeliverable" or that remain undelivered will nullify the application and will result in the participation in the Game not being accepted. UEFA shall not be liable for electronic acceptance messages which are either not received or wrongfully sent or are "undeliverable" or remain for any reason undelivered.
4.1.10 All winners will be notified by email. All details of the prizes and in particular the terms of their attribution and use will be provided by notification to the winners. In the email to the winner, some information may be requested in order to enable the good delivery of the prize. In the event that the winner does not provide the requested information, a reminder will be sent by email. Should the winner not respond to the reminder email by providing all requested information within twenty-four hours, the prize shall, to the extent permitted by applicable law, be automatically forfeited by this Participant and UEFA reserves its right to grant the prize to another Participant.
4.1.11 No interest will be paid on any prize. Prizes may not be transferred without the prior written consent of UEFA. Participants cannot request a cash alternative or substitution of the prize. UEFA, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute a prize of greater or equal value in particular if any prize cannot be awarded as described due to unavailability.
4.1.12 Each Participant can only win one prize in the Game and only one prize shall be awarded per household. In the event of a tie, the winner shall be determined as the Participant with the highest individual score from the final round of matches. If there is still a tie, then the preceding rounds shall be used until a winner is found. If no winner can be determined by following this procedure, the first person to have registered to participate in the competition shall be considered as the winner.
4.1.13 Unless otherwise specified in the Rules, prizes referred to on the Website will only be attributed to Participants with legal residence/domicile in the Territory.
4.1.14 A list of prizes is available on the Game website. Prizes pictured in Game materials are for illustration purposes only. Actual prizes may vary from the pictured prize. UEFA shall not be responsible for any costs or expenses not expressly mentioned in the Prize section of the Game website.
4.1.15 In the event a Minor wins a prize, the participation in the Game has to be confirmed and the prize has to be accepted by his/her parent or legal guardian and, if the prize is tickets to a the UEFA Champions League Match or Final, the Minor has to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. UEFA has the right in its sole discretion to amend or not to allocate a prize won by a Minor.
4.1.16 To the extent permitted by applicable law, application constitutes permission for UEFA and any third party authorised by UEFA to use the names and photographs of Participants at its sole discretion for publicity purposes. In particular, UEFA intends to publish the winner's name and, if available, a photo of the winner on the Game's home page. By participating in the Game, each Participant explicitly agrees to publication of his/her name and, if available a photo, on winning the Game, if this is required by UEFA.
4.1.17 The Game is not open to employees of UEFA (and/or any employee of associated companies of UEFA), their relatives, agents or agents' relatives or any employees of companies involved in the development or support of the Game website.
4.1.18 Informative and explanatory material relating to the Game (including instructions for this competition and the scoring system) and the Rules form part of these Terms and Conditions.
4.1.19 UEFA reserves the right to introduce new facilities to enhance the Game. Details of such introductions will be published on the Game website and will amend or vary these Terms and Conditions. These introductions will take effect from the date upon which such details are published on the Website.
4.1.20 UEFA may, at its sole discretion, suspend a Participant, disqualify any application or vary, amend or waive the Rules and/or the Terms and Conditions at any time or cancel the Game at any time in the event of circumstances arising beyond UEFA’s control or which make it desirable to do so. The Participants agree that UEFA shall not be liable as a result thereof and that the exercise of such discretion shall not result in any compensation being payable or paid to any Participant or other person.
4.1.21 To the extent permitted by applicable law, UEFA cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any Participant entering the Game or as a result of non-allocation or acceptance of any prize. UEFA is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to a Participant's or any other person's computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in relation to the Game.
4.1.22 By participating in the Game, you agree that no claim shall be asserted against UEFA, its parent companies, sponsors or affiliates or any of their respective directors, officers, employees or agents in respect of any and all losses or injuries (including without limitation special, indirect or consequential losses), damages, rights, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever that result from your participation to the Game and/or non-allocation of any prize and/or your acceptance or use of any prize.
4.1.23 UEFA reserves the right to take any decision in relation to any matter whatsoever in connection with the Game. No correspondence shall be entered into with any Participant.
4.1.24 Any legal dispute between you and UEFA in relation to the Game shall be governed by and interpreted exclusively in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Place of jurisdiction shall be Nyon, Switzerland. UEFA shall also have the right to enforce its rights and take legal action before any competent court of your domicile.
5 No offer of service
5.1 Unless otherwise expressly stated so, the material on the Website is intended to be for informational purposes only. UEFA makes no representation that material on the Website is appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions other than Switzerland. Those users who choose to access the Website from other locations do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations.
6 Disclaimer
6.1 Although UEFA has taken all reasonable care that the information contained within the Website is accurate at the time of publication, however no representation or guarantee (including liability towards third parties), expressed or implied, is made as to its accuracy, reliability or completeness.
6.2 Therefore, UEFA assumes no liability for the use or interpretation of information contained herein. Your use of the Website is on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS AND AT YOUR SOLE RISK, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, SUITABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS.

Information in the many webpages that are linked to the Website, and the applications and services available through the Website, comes from a variety of sources. UEFA does not author, edit, or monitor the content, links, or services provided by third parties. 8.1 These Terms and Conditions have been drafted in English may have been translated into other languages available on the Website. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that he/she has read and understood these Terms and Conditions and that he/she is fully aware of the rights and obligations arising therefrom. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and translated texts, the English text shall prevail and shall be used to resolve any doubts arising in respect of interpretation and/or application.
9 Indemnity
9.1 As a condition of use of the Website, you agree to indemnify UEFA and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all liabilities, expenses (including attorneys' fees) and damages arising out of claims resulting from your use of the Website.
10 Privacy & Security

10.2 If you communicate with UEFA by email, you acknowledge that the security of Internet email is uncertain. By sending sensitive or confidential email messages which are not encrypted you accept the risks of such uncertainty and possible lack of confidentiality over the Internet.
11 Applicable law and Jurisdiction
11.1 BY ACCESSING THE WEBSITE, YOU AGREE THAT THE LAWS OF SWITZERLAND, WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICTS OF LAWS PRINCIPLES THEREOF, WILL APPLY TO ALL MATTERS RELATING TO THE USE OF THE WEBSITE.
11.2 IN THE CASE OF A DISPUTE, YOU AGREE TO SUBMIT TO THE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION OF THE COURTS OF NYON, SWITZERLAND.
