This promotion – ROG Phone 8 PUBG Mobile Edition Giveaway (“Promotion”) is hosted by ASUS GLOBAL PTE. LTD.(“ASUS”).
1. Detailed information with respect to how to play and win prizes in connection with this specific Promotion, ASUS Terms of Use Notice, and ASUS Privacy Policy, constitutes part of this Promotion Event Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Promotion commences on December 11, 2023, and terminates on January 31, 2024 ("Promotion Period") and hosts within EMEA sales region, these includes: CZECH REPUBLIC, HUNGARY, POLAND, ROMANIA, BULGARIA, GREECE, CROATIA, SLOVENIA, LITHUANIA, ISRAEL, GERMANY, DENMARK, FINLAND, NORWAY, SWEDEN, UNITED KINGDOM, SPAIN, PORTUGAL, BELGIUM, NETHERLANDS, FRANCE of ROG Phone 8 Series. (“Promotion Territory”).
3. Employees of ASUS and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising representatives and agencies, who are involved in the Promotion, and the immediate families of any of the foregoing persons, are NOT ELIGIBLE for this Promotion.
4. People who live in Promotion Territory and would like to participate in this Promotion during the Promotion Period acknowledge as follows:
A. Eligible Entrant (as defined below) shall be at least 18 years old and considered an adult by the laws of the country where you reside in.
B. You shall enter and log-in to the ROG Phone PUBG MOBILE Edition Giveaway page with your Full name, Email and Date of Birth, agree to the Terms and Conditions and ASUS Privacy Policy and click Continue. Afterward you are required to “Visit ROG Phone 8 Event Page” and “Visit PUBG Mobile Website” and click “Submit” to successfully enter.
C. There are three (3) prize winners (“Prize Winners”) in total. The three (3) Prize Winners will be randomly selected in one (1) lucky draw, each lucky draw will have three (3) Prize Winners and will be done by ASUS. The one (1) lucky draw will take place on January 31, 2024, within the Gleam Platform (“Selection Date”, such date is subject to change upon ASUS’ notification on Gleam announcement), and be subsequently informed within two (2) business days after the end of each Selection Date by e-mail (ROGConnect@asus.com) and announced on the Giveaway page.
· ASUS provides three (3) ROG Phone 8 PUBG Mobile Edition Boxes and Prize Winners will receive one (1) ROG Phone 8 PUBG Mobile Edition Box. For reference, the RRP value of ROG Phone 7 Ultimate is one thousand three hundred ninety-nine dollars ($1,399). Winners understand and agree that the prize is provided “AS- IS,” and ASUS makes no warranty, representation, or guarantee regarding any prize, including but not limited to its quality, condition, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. The ARV of Prizes is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules and the date the Prize is awarded or redeemed. Prizes are non- transferable, and no substitution will be made unless ASUS, in its sole discretion, determines otherwise. ASUS reserves the right to substitute a Prize for one of equal or greater value should it become unavailable for any reason.
E. Prize Winners shall inform ASUS of their contact information within seventy-two (72) hours after receiving prize notification from ASUS. Any failure of a Prize Winner to make the contact information available to ASUS will be deemed a waiver of the right for the prize awarded, and ASUS, in its sole discretion, has the right to conduct a redraw to decide a substitute.
F. Each Prize Winner is required to provide his/her full name, physical address, and phone number in the reply to prize notification in order to receive the Prize (these data will only be used as a means to deliver the prize to the Prize winner). Prize Winners guarantee that all information provided is accurate and truthful. ASUS reserves the right to reject winning claims with incomplete or incorrect information.
G. The prize will be delivered to your indicated address within three (3) months after the Selection Date.
H. You acknowledge that each email account will be counted one (1) Entrant for this Promotion during the Promotion Period, and an Eligible Entrant is allowed to win one time.
· NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. No purchase is necessary to participate in the Promotion. A purchase will not improve Entrant’s chances of winning.
7. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You agree to grant Facebook a complete release regarding this Promotion. You acknowledge that you are providing your comments and Personal Information to ASUS and not to Facebook; and such information and Personal Information will only be used for this Promotion – ROG Phone 8 PUBG Mobile Edition Giveaway.
