RefurbMe summer 2013 contest (the “Promotion”) opens on July 1st, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. (Greenwich Mean Time) and ends
on August 31th, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. (Greenwich Mean Time), or if earlier, until there are no more available prizes (the
“Contest Period”). Entry into this contests is acceptance of RefurbMe’s
Terms of Use
and
Privacy Policy
and the rules stated
herein.
This contest is organized by RefurbMe Ltd. (the “Contest Organizer”), 8/F Kongline building, 100 Jervois Street, Sheung
Wan, Hong Kong.

1. Participation
No purchase necessary. You (the “Participant”) must be a resident of one of the countries listed below, who has reached the
legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry to be eligible for this Contest.

To participate, participants must:

register or login with an existing account and provide the following information : full name, email address,
country, ZIP code and any other required information.
Only one entry per person may be made and the Contest Organizer reserves the right to reject participants
who submit more than one entry.
2. Increasing chances
When registering to the contest, each participant has one (1) chance of winning. That means that his name will be listed
once when we’ll draw the winner. (for example if a participant has 5 chances of winning, his name will be listed five times
during winning draw).
In order to increase its chances, the participant have to referrer friends to subscribe to the contest, each referral who
complete his entry to the contest will provide to his sponsor three (3) more chances. There’s no limit to the number of
referrals.
Participants can also get a bonus of two (2) more chances per social network, if they complete sharing steps on Facebook/
Twitter:

If the participant unfollow/unlike the page or delete the post after completing these steps, the bonus will be automatically
removed.
In order to score the bonus, participants must use the provided tool to track the action.
3. Prizes
Winners will get a refurbished iPad mini (late 2012 model) Wifi 16GB version. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the
Prize will depend on the country where winners are located, but in no event shall be valued more than 340
€
(or equivalent
currency).
The Contest organizer will purchase refurbished prizes directly from the Apple Online Store in the country where the
participant is located. If the product is not available at the “Refurb Store” for more than 20 days after the announcement,
RefurbMe will purchase a new non refurbished product and ship it to the provided address by the winner.
RefurbMe is not responsible for any problems with your entry, including technical failures related to computer, telephone,
cable, and unavailable network or server connections, or other failures related to hardware, software or virus, or incomplete,
late or misdirected entries.
4. Winner selection
Each month, two (2) winners will be announced on contest’s page and social network pages (on July 31th 2013 at 11:00
a.m. (GMT) and August 31th 2013 at 11:00 a.m.).
Winners will be selected in a random drawing, from among all eligible entries by Sponsor or a representative selected by
Sponsor, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Promotion. Eligible entries are those in which all required
fields have been completed correctly and otherwise comply with these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify
any participant or winner and may refuse to award any prize to a person who is ineligible or has violated any rule, gained
unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means.
Winners will be notified via e-mail or by SMS (if the participant provides a valid phone number), and we will ask for the
desired color (Black or White) of the Prize, but also for a complete profile information with a shipping address.
If RefurbMe doesn’t get an answer in 7 days, the selected participant will lose his right to claim the prize. So, a new winner
will be announced.
Acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent to the use of his/her name and country.
