Benicassim Tickets Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
This prize draw is open to all New Look customers residing in the UK and EU.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
You must be over the age of 18 to participate in this draw.
You may enter by submitting your email address and personal details where prompted.
The draw opens at 12.01 GMT on 20th May 2014 2014 and the deadline for receiving entries is midnight GMT on 17th June 2014.
Ten winners will then be randomly selected (“The Winners”) from all entrants.
Each winner will receive a pair of tickets (“ticket holders”) to the Benicassim Festival, Benicassim, Spain on 17th of July 2014 until 20th July 2014 (“the prize”).
The draw will take place within 7 days of the competition closing and The Winners will be notified by email by 24th June 2014.
The prize includes return flights to Valencia OR Barcelona airports from a selected airport of our choice.
We will take care of your flight bookings.
The prize does not include travel to or from the airport, accommodation or spending money.
If we are unable to contact the winner via the contact details provided within 5 working days after the winner has been selected; we reserve the right to randomly select another winner. Our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The prize must be taken as stated and there will be no cash alternatives.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we assume no liability for any claim, loss or damage arising (whether directly or indirectly). Your statutory rights are not affected.
The winner(s) and their details may be used in post event publicity.
We may collect personal information for the purpose of administering this draw. We will use your details to keep you informed of relevant offers and other marketing communication (which you can unsubscribe to at any time). We accept no responsibility for any failed, lost or delayed entries.
We reserve the right to cancel this draw at any stage, or change any of the rules if deemed necessary in our opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of our control.
The names of the winner(s) may be obtained by sending a signed handwritten request along with a stamped self-addressed envelope detailing your request to the Brand Marketing Coordinator, New Look Retailers Ltd, 45 Mortimer Street, London, W1W 8HJ, UK, and marked with the name ‘Benicassim Giveaway’.
By entering this draw, all entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.
This draw is governed by the law of England and Wales and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
