SHARE YOUR STYLE APP & COMPETITION − TERMS & CONDITIONS
No Purchase necessary for entry. By entering the Competition you are accepting these terms and conditions.
COMPETITION
Between 14/07/2014 and 31/12/2014 this competition and App will allow participants to share images of themselves wearing Dr. Martens footwear. Any image shared via the App during this time will be deemed as an entry to the competition.
The competition prize is a pair of Dr. Martens footwear to a value of £200. There will be two winners per month. Winners will be invited to pick from styles in stock at the time of contact. Dr. Martens will endeavour to fulfil the winner’s first choice request, but will ask for three options when contacting the winner(s).
Ten entries will be short-listed at the end of each month. From this shortlist, two winners will be announced within the first week of the following month.
ENTRY RULES
You should have the right to upload and publish any photograph added to the Share Your Style App. Entries which breach the copyrights of others will not be considered.
Photos or designs with any commercial logos, web address, etc. will not be short-listed
Images should not be uploaded for commercial use by other companies or organisations.
Photos not meeting the T&C’s will not be considered by the judges when compiling the short list.
Dr. Martens reserve the right to disqualify and ban any entry if they are deemed offensive. You must be aged 13 or over to enter.
There is no limit to the number of times you can enter
The competition is open to all countries
Winner Selection
Judges will short-list and select two winning designs using the criteria of: ‘best examples of an individual’s self-expression of what they stand for’.
Winners will be contacted by email. Dr. Martens are not responsible for an incorrect email address being given (or for non-delivery due to spam controls or factors beyond our control).
If a winner has not replied within 3 weeks of the notification email then Dr. Martens reserve the right to void the entry and select another winner.
Prize Rules
Two winners will be selected per month. They will be contacted and asked to choose a pair of Dr. Martens to the value of £200 GBP. Prize excludes Made in England and collaboration styles.
Dr. Martens are not responsible for any local customs tax or import duty that may be applied.
The prize has no cash equivalent and cannot be transferred to another person.
Promotional Use
By participating, you agree for Dr. Martens to re-use your image and text (if they choose) in subsequent marketing and promotional campaigns
If your design and text are used by Dr. Martens, there will be no links back to your Facebook or Twitter page or any personally identifiable information used (other than what you choose to share in the photo and text).
Use of an image does not indicate that you are a prize-winner.
Eligibility
Employees or agencies of Airwair International or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Competition may not enter the Competition.
To enter the Competition, you must complete the data requested. We take no responsibility for entries that cannot be entered for any technical or other reason. Personal entries only accepted − not those from organisations (commercial or non-profit).
