RULES OF THE GAME MY FESTIVE TABLE BY

ORFEVRERIE CHRISTOFLE (acting on its own behalf as well as on behalf of the other companies of the group), a simplified joint stock company with a share capital of 5,950,000 euros, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 562 063 263 and whose registered office is located at 9 Rue Royale 75008 Paris - FRANCE (hereinafter referred to as "the Organizing Company") is organizing a contest (hereinafter referred to as "the Contest") on its European and US websites accessible at the following addresses: https://www. christofle.com/eu_fr/, https://www.christofle.com/eu_en/, https://www.christofle.com/uk_en/, https://www.christofle.com/us_en/, from November 16, 2020 at 12:00 am to December 14, 2020 at 12:00 am (French date and connection times being authentic, as recorded by the computer systems of the Organizing Company). The Organizing Company reserves the right to modify the above-mentioned dates if the organization of the Game so requires.

1/ Principle

In order to participate in the Game, each participant shall complete the registration form for the Game on one of the websites of the Organizing Company accessible at the following addresses: https://www.christofle.com/eu_fr/, https://www.christofle.com/eu_en/, https://www.christofle.com/uk_en/, https://www.christofle.com/us_en/. On the said form, participants shall complete their Surname, First Name, Email Address and validate their participation by clicking on the "Participate" button. The winner will be drawn at random from among the participants, under the control of the Organizing Company with the participation of independent witnesses.

2/ Duration

The Game will run from November 16, 2020 at 12:00 am to December 14, 2020 at 12:00 am.

Any participation registered by the Organizing Company after December 14 at 12:00 am will be considered invalid.

3/ Number of winners

A winner among the participants will be designated by the Organizing Company with the participation of independent witnesses.

The random draw to determine the winner among the participants will take place on December 16, 2020 at the registered office of the Organizing Company, 9 Rue Royale 75008 Paris, France.

The winner will be notified by email. If the winner fails to demonstrate within ninety-six (96) working hours following the message informing him or her of his or her win, the prize shall remain the property of the Organizing Company. No message shall be sent to the losers. If the contact information provided by the participant does not allow the Organizing Company to inform the participant, the winner will be disqualified and will lose the benefit of his or her prize without compensation or indemnity of any kind whatsoever to be paid by the Organizing Company.

The prize will be sent to the winner by regular mail with follow-up. The delivery address must be communicated by the winner to the Organizing Company by email.

The employees and representatives of the Organizing Company, of the partner companies as well as all persons having collaborated in the organization and realization of the Game, as well as the members of their family, may not participate in the Game.

4/ Prize

The winner will be awarded the following prize:

- a set of 24 pieces of silver-plated cutlery from the ALBI collection (ref.: 00021824) with a unit value of 1,575€ (Recommended European unit price Christofle TTC November 2020) / US$2490 (Recommended US unit price Christofle TTC November 2020) and £1,600 (Recommended UK unit price Christofle TTC November 2020).

The endowment may not be exchanged, taken back, or be the subject of a financial counterpart or financial equivalent of the endowment. No change for any reason whatsoever may be requested from the Organizing Company. It is specified that the Organizing Company shall not provide any guarantee or assistance, the endowment consisting solely of the delivery of the endowment provided for the Game. Any complaints concerning the provision of the prize may not consist of a financial counterpart and/or financial equivalent.

The Organizing Company declines all responsibility for any incidents or damages of any nature that may arise due to the use of the prize awarded and/or due to its use, which the winner expressly acknowledges.

5/ Participation

Any entry that is incomplete or does not comply with these Rules or made after the Contest Closing Date will be considered null and void and will result in the elimination of the entrant.

Participation in the Game is open to any person of legal age on the date of participation, residing in Europe and the United States, free of charge and without obligation to purchase. Participation is by name and is limited, for the duration of the Game, to one entry per person (same surname, same first name) and per household (one email address corresponding to one entry). It is therefore forbidden to participate under several pseudonyms, with several e-mail addresses or on behalf of other persons.

Participation in the Game implies full and unreserved acceptance of these rules. These rules are available on the European and US websites of the Organizing Company, accessible at the following addresses: https://www.christofle.com/eu_fr/, https://www.christofle.com/eu_en/, https://www.christofle.com/uk_en/, https://www.christofle.com/us_en/. The Organizing Company reserves the right to amend these rules at any time and to take any decisions that it may deem useful for the application and interpretation of the rules. The Organizing Company may inform the participants by any means of its choice. The Organizing COmpany also reserves the right to modify, extend, shorten, suspend or cancel the Game, without prior notice, due to any event beyond its control and, in particular, in the event of an event constituting a case of force majeure or a fortuitous event.

The liability of the Organizing Company shall be strictly limited to the delivery of the prize effectively and validly won by the winner.

Access to and participation in the Game shall not confer on the participants any right to the intellectual property rights of the Organizing Company.

Participation in the Game implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of the Internet network, in particular with regard to technical performance, response times for consulting, querying or transferring information, risks of interruption, risks related to the connection, the lack of protection of certain data against possible misappropriation and the risks of contamination by possible viruses circulating on the network. Consequently, the Organizing Company shall under no circumstances be held liable, without this list being exhaustive, in particular for malfunctions that may affect the Internet network, for any problem of configuration or related to a given browser that has led to failures in the administration, security, fairness, integrity or management of the Game.

The Organizing Company does not guarantee that the sites https://www.christofle.com/eu_fr/, https://www.christofle.com/eu_en/, https://www.christofle.com/uk_en/, https://www.christofle.com/us_en/ and/or the Game will function without interruption, that they do not contain computer errors or that any defects found will be corrected.

The Organizing Company shall not be held liable in the event of a technical malfunction of the Game, if participants are unable to connect to the sites https://www.christofle.com/eu_fr/, https://www.christofle.com/eu_en/, https://www.christofle.com/uk_en/, https://www.christofle.com/us_en/ of the Game or to play, if the data relating to a participant's registration does not reach the Organizing Company for any reason for which it cannot be held liable or if it reaches the Organizing Company illegible or impossible to process, or in the event of problems with the routing of e-mails or any other problem relating to telecommunications networks, on-line computers, servers, Internet access providers, computer equipment or software. The participants will not be entitled to any compensation in this respect.

The Organizing Company shall likewise not be held liable for any damage, direct or indirect, material or immaterial, caused to participants, their computer equipment and the data stored therein, or for any direct or indirect consequences that may result therefrom. 6/ Personal Data - Privacy

The information collected in the context of this Game is necessary for the consideration of your participation. This information is intended for the Organizing Company, responsible for processing, for the purposes of managing your participation, for determining the winners and for awarding and forwarding prizes.

By participating in the Game, participants may also choose to accept to receive emails sent by the Organizing Company. The data thus collected may be used within the legal framework.

In particular, you have the right to access, update and delete data concerning you. If you wish to exercise this right, please contact: service.clients@christofle.com.

7/ Disputes

The present rules are governed by French law. No telephone inquiries or complaints regarding the Game or the interpretation of these rules will be answered. Any dispute or claim relating to the Game and/or the designation of winners must be made to: service.clients@christofle.com.

No contestation or claim will be taken into account one month after the closing of the Game.

In the event of persistent disagreement on the validity, application or interpretation of these rules, and in the absence of an amicable agreement, any dispute will be submitted to the competent court of Paris - France, to which exclusive jurisdiction is attributed, unless mandatory procedural rules to the contrary.
