Terms and conditions for participation in new collection sweepstake powered by Atomic Austria GmbH.
Organizer

Participants must be a natural person over 18 years. Employees of Atomic Austria GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation. Legal process and cash payout are excluded. In the promotional period, starting on 07.09.2020 only one price can be won per person and household. Deadline for entries is the 05.10.2020
Participation is free and independent of the purchase of goods and services. Multiple participations are not permitted.
Atomic Austria GmbH reserves the right to exclude any participant, deprive or recover and identify new winners of already awarded prizes if an interference with chances of winning is suspected by a breach of these terms and conditions or manipulation or other improper or unfair means or by government regulations.
Consent to the terms and conditions and privacy policy is mandatory for participation in the sweepstake.
Sweepstake notification
Drawing of the winners will be according to the principle of randomness within two weeks after the closing date. Winners will be notified by Atomic Austria GmbH or its commissioned partner by email stating further details ( "winning notification"). A Prize can only be handed out if a winner accepts it within five calendar days from receiving the winning notification ( "prize acceptance"). If within this period no declaration of prize acceptance has been made by the winner, a new winner will be drawn.
Prize
You receive a new collection perfect setup with ski, helmet, poles and boot. The winner will be announced in October 2020 in the Atomic newsletter.
One setup will be raffeled for each playground. Playgrounds: Piste, All Mountain, Backcountry Touring and Crosscountry.
