NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
• Eligible Participants must be aged 18 or above.
• The terms and conditions in this Clause are to be read in conjunction with and
subject to any other terms and conditions in relation to the Free Air Tickets
and DREAMHACK entrance ticket.
• The ticket certificate has no commercial value, cannot be resold, converted into
cash or replaced.
• Please note that flight times are subject to availability at the time of booking. GIGABYTE Aorus reserves the right to limit or adjust the number of award seats subject
to the status of booking on each flight. The number of award seats may be
unavailable on some flights or at some periods, even if seats are available for
paid tickets.
• Reservation changes are not permitted after booking has been made.
• Tickets are valid for the winner and accompanied by one travelling companion. These
terms and conditions apply to both the winner and the travelling companion. The
winner and his/her travelling companion must travel both outbound and inbound
journeys together.
• Winners must be in possession of a valid passport and visa, and, where necessary, must
have the necessary vaccinations and inoculations together with documentation
proving this.
• All ticket reservations should be made through GIGABYTE Aorus. The winners must
message us on AORUS Facebook fan page before 10th November (first stage) and 24th November (second stage) respectively to book their itinerary. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 5 days from the time award
notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.
• The prize includes only Return flights Tickets to Jönköping and DREAMHACK entrance tickets.
• The grand prize, Return ticket and DREAMHACK Entrance ticket, will be awarded for 2 in the worldwide.
•The winners will be responsible for their own travel to and from Jönköping Airport , accommodation, transfers and other costs associated with the trip.
• GIGABYTE Aorus reserves the right to change the Domestic Flight Ticket from any cities in SWEDEN to Jönköping to Train as alternative option if the award seats are unavailable at the time of booking.
• Details of the prize are as described, they do not include any additional benefits
(e.g. Transfers, insurance, visa, health documents)
• By entering the event you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to
these terms and conditions.
• In case of any dispute, the decision of GIGABYTE Aorus shall be final and
conclusive.
• GIGABYTE Aorus reserves the right for any change.
