Advent calendar conditions of participation
The conditions of participation in the Xmas contest / Advent calendar by AmbienteDirect.com on facebook and its execution are as follows.
§ 1 Participation
(1) A person participates in the contest by answering the contest question in a personal facebook message sent to AmbienteDirect.DE, AmbienteDirect or AmbienteDirect.FR. The winner is drawn by lot each time.
(2) The answers need to be sent in by the deadline specified in the contest. The timely entry can be verified by the electronically minuted receipt in the messages section of the facebook pages AmbienteDirect.DE, AmbienteDirect and AmbienteDirect.FR.
(3) Placing an order is not required for participation.
(4) For participation it is necessary that all your personal information is correct. If not, you will be disqualified according to § 4 (2).
(5) Participation is restricted to persons of legal age.
§ 2 Contest execution
(1) Organiser of the Xmas contest / Advent calendar on facebook is Ambiente Direct Ltd..
The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, facebook. Any information provided by participants in the course of participating in the promotion is provided to Ambiente Direct Ltd. only and not to facebook. By participating in this promotion each participant agrees to a complete release of facebook from any claims.
(2) Complaints concerning the execution of the contest are to be titled with the contest and addressed to Ambiente Direct Ltd. in written form within 14 days of the complaint arising. Late complaints or complaints made by telephone will not be processed.
(3) The winners will be notified in written form by Ambiente Direct Ltd. via a personal facebook message.
(4) The daily prizes will be sent out by Ambiente Direct Ltd. (after the winning notification!) to the postal address specified by the winner. Within Germany this one-time delivery is free. Any additional transport costs and customs must be borne by the winner.
(5) Should the forwarding of the prize not be possible or only possible under undue circumstances, the winner will receive a replacement of equal value.
(6) In no circumstances will a payment in cash be made instead of the prize won or any possible substitute prize.
(7) If the winner does not contact Ambiente Direct Ltd. within three months of receiving the notification, their entitlement to the prize expires and a new winner is drawn from the lot.
(8) Entitlement to the prize or any substitute prize cannot be assigned to others.
§ 3 Premature termination of the contest
Ambiente Direct Ltd. explicitly reserves the right to terminate or end the contest at any moment without further notice and without giving a reason.
Ambiente Direct Ltd. may particularly make use of this option when the proper execution of the Xmas contest cannot be guaranteed due to technical reasons (e.g., virus in the computer system, manipulation or error in the hard and/or software) or legal reasons.
§ 4 Contest disqualification
(1) Employees of, suppliers and service contractors to Ambiente Direct Ltd. as well as their families are excluded from participation.
(2) Should any of these conditions of participation be violated Ambiente Direct Ltd. reserves the right to disqualify persons from participating in the contest.
(3) Persons, who intend to obtain an advantage by manipulation or provide incorrect personal information, will particularly be disqualified. In cases like these a prize already won may be revoked and reclaimed.
§ 5 Privacy
(1) Ambiente Direct Ltd. undertakes to observe the legal provisions with regard to data privacy. Particularly in this context we refer you to the general terms & conditions.
(2) In the context of this contest Ambiente Direct Ltd. collects personal data for the execution of the contest. They will not be disclosed to third parties, with the exception of the delivering freight company.
§ 6 Miscellaneous
(1) Redress through the court is excluded.
(2) The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively.
(3) Should any individual condition be or become inadmissible, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation remain unaffected.
(4) Ambiente Direct Ltd. may modify or amend these conditions of participation at any time without further notice.
