Promotion Event Terms and Conditions
This promotion – ROG Phone 5 event winner prediction (“Promotion”) is hosted by ASUSTeK Conputer Inc. (“ASUS”).
1. Detailed information with respect to how to play and win prizes in connection with this specific Promotion, ASUS Terms of Use Notice, ASUS Privacy Policy, constitutes part of this Promotion Event Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. ASUS may at any time revise the Terms and Conditions and other rules set forth by ASUS. Eligible Entrant (as defined below) shall be bound by any such revisions.
2. The Promotion commences at 00AM, February 18th, 2021, TAIPEI time and terminates at 00AM, March 10th, 2021, TAIPEI time (“Promotion Period”) and hosts worldwide (“Promotion Territory”).
3. People who live in Promotion Territory and would like to participate in this Promotion during the Promotion Period acknowledge as follows:
A. Eligible Entrant (as defined below) shall be at least 20 years old and considered an adult by the laws of the country where you reside in. Exceptions would be unlawful. Therefore, we reserve the right to check the age before sending the prize.
B. To enter the Promotion, entrants need to go to the Gleam event page (https://gleam.io/9QnUW/round-1-rog-phone-5-giveaway) or the ROG Phone 5 For Those Who Dare event page (https://rog.asus.com/event/ROG-Phone-5/ ) and enter via the entry button within the Promotion Period ("Eligible Entrants").
C. Eligible Entrants will be asked to provide their first name and email address (this data will only be used as a means to contact the Eligible Entrants regarding their participation in the Promotion). The Eligible Entrant should guarantee that all information provided is accurate and truthful.
D. The prize will be ROG phone 5 with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of seven hundred and ninety nine Euro ($799 EUR, please refer to ARV of ROG phone 3. The actual retail value will be announced by local sellers).
E. There will be (5) winners in total. The Prize winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries received for the Promotion who have submitted the correct answer for the question provided in the Gleam event page or ROG Phone 5 For Those Who Dare event page. And be subsequently informed within three (3) weeks after the event date (March 10th) by e-mail.

The specifications/models of the ROG Phone 5 will be specified based on availability when the Winner of the Promotion is chosen.
F. A cash payment of the prize is excluded.
G. Any failure of a Prize winner to make the contact information available to ASUS will be deemed a waiver of the right for the Prize awarded, and ASUS, in its sole discretion, has the right to conduct a redraw to decide a substitute.
H. The ROG phone 5 winner will be notified by email and requested to provide the consignee contact information within seven (7) days. The phones will be delivered to the provided address after the product is on shelved. The delivery date may be changed without prior notices.
I. You acknowledge that each email will be counted one (1) Entrant for this Promotion during the Promotion Period, and an Eligible Entrant is allowed to win one time only.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. No purchase is necessary to participate in the Promotion. A purchase will not improve Entrant’s chances of winning.
