Conditions for participation – paysafecard Ultimate Experience competition ESL One Cologne
By participating in the paysafecard Ultimate Experience ESL One Cologne competition, the participant confirms agreement with all the following conditions for participation:

Promotional period: The promotion will take place between June 1 and June 23, 2019. The closing date is June 23, 2018.

Access to the paysafecard VIP lounge

Personal Ultimate Experience Aftermovie
paysafecard PINs: 100 paysafecard PINs, each in the amount of EUR 10 (or an equivalent amount in the participant's local currency)
ESL merchandise: 8 pieces of ESL Classic T-Shirts
The main prize, the paysafecard PINs and the ESL merchandise may not be exchanged for cash or any product of paysafecard.com Wertkarten GmbH. All decisions are final.
Eligible participants: Eligible participants are all adults (the definition of adult is according to the law of the country of resident of the respective natural person) living in Austria, Australia (except Australian Capital Territory, New South Wales, Northern Territory, South Australia and Western Australia), Belgium, Bulgaria, Germany, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Luxembourg, Latvia, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom or the United States who participate during the promotional period by answering the competition question why the participant and an accompanying person should win the paysafecard UItimate Experience for ESL One Cologne. Only one entry per person. Participants must also fully complete the entry form and accept the Terms and Conditions of Entry. Participation is possible only via the entry form on the paysafecard promotional page (www.paysafecard.com/ultexpcologne2019). paysafecard employees as well as their family members are not permitted to participate in the promotion. Any attempt at manipulation or fraud will lead to immediate exclusion from the promotion.
Prize draw: The winner of the main prize will be selected on June 24 2019 by a jury based on the most creative answer. The drawing of the winners of all other prizes will also take place on June 24 2019 in a private location.
Communication of winnings: All winners will be informed within 7 days of the draw by a comment on their published contribution in the form of a comment on their win. The winners have 7 days after the notification of their win to confirm acceptance of the prize by private message to paysafecard using the social media platform through which they participated: the journey, accommodation and tickets as access to the ESL One Cologne will only be booked for the winner of the main prize and accompanying person and notified by email once the confirmation of acceptance by the winner has been received. If a winner who has been notified by us does not respond using the communication channel described above within reasonable time, or at least within 7 days after notification of the prize, the eligibility to the prize will lapse. We reserve the right to determine a new winner in this instance. Those who have not won a prize will not receive a notification. The Prize is as stated and is non-transferable, non-returnable and there is no cash alternative (even in the event of cancellation of the journey available). All other costs and/or services in connection with the journey, in particular optional travel cover, insurance, travel to and from the airport, etc. are not included in the profit unless otherwise stated.
Publication/Privacy policy: The winners’ first name, surname initial, social media nickname and country will be published on the paysafecard website, on the winners' page and our social media channels. Information given by the participant as part of this promotion will be used for prize notifications, as well as anonymously for marketing purposes. No data will be given to third parties. The winners’ personal data will be processed in accordance with the Paysafe Group Privacy Notice which can be found here.
The winner of the main prize confirms consent to this and explicitly agrees to use and publication of photographic and video materials created in connection with the ESL One Cologne by paysafecard and the ESL /Turtle Entertainment GmbH.
Premature competition Termination: We reserve the right to terminate this competition at any time both during and after the promotional period, without justification or prior notification.
This particularly applies in cases of organisational or technical complications (e.g. computer system viruses, manipulation or failure of hardware or software, etc.) or when necessary for legal reasons.
Final provisions: The competition is subject to Austrian law under the exclusion of the rules of referral. Place of jurisdiction is Vienna.
Should individual provisions of these conditions for participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

*The main prize includes two tickets, organised by Turtle Entertainment GmbH (Schanzenstraße 23, 51063 Cologne, Germany, Company registration AG Köln HRB Nr. 36678), for the event from 5 – 7 July at the "ESL One Cologne“ in the Lanxess Arena in Cologne, Germany. Paysafecard.com Wertkarten GmbH will assume the costs of the event tickets, as well as for the journey (economy tickets for train, bus, or flight) and three nights' accommodation (two single rooms or one double room). Any relevant entry visas for Germany remain the sole responsibility of the winner. In addition to our terms and conditions for the paysafecard Ultimate Experience ESL One Cologne competition, the General Event Conditions of the event organisers, as well as the house rules of the event venue, also apply to the main prize. The winner can therefore be denied entry to the event venue should they violate the General Event Conditions of the event organisers, or the house rules of the event venue.
